I had such a great experience on this tour! It was perfect to see some of the highlights of the Louve, as it seemed overwhelming to go at this without a guide. Our tour guide Sarah was fabulous! She was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Christophe was an excellent tour guide. He was very knowledgeable on the Louvre, French history, and the magnificent art work and sculptures. Christophe made the art come alive. This tour exceeded our expectations.
Dasha was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Thoroughly enjoyed the tour and would highly recommend.
We had a wonderful experience with Thomas! He was very thorough with explanations and the history of the Louvre and the works of art. My 10-year-old daughter was with us, and he offered age-appropriate and helpful explanations. I would highly recommend booking with Thomas.
Our guide was incredible and organized our entire tour in a chronological order with great explanations. His expertise was excellent.
Francois was very funny and informative and quoted Monty python
Anatole made our visit to the Louvre truly unforgettable! His incredible knowledge, perfect sense of humor, and wonderful pace turned what could have been an ordinary museum tour into an exceptional experience. He has a rare talent for bringing history and art to life while keeping everything engaging, entertaining, and enjoyable. We never felt rushed, yet every moment was meaningful. A fantastic guide and an even better storyteller. If you're visiting the Louvre, do yourself a favor and book Anatole. Highly, highly recommended!
Our guide Lee was excellent. His knowledge of the artifacts and masterpieces is phenomenal. He was able to answer our questions and we enjoyed the personal attention and help maneuvering through the crowds. All the history was new to me and it was well explained. Having a guide from Boston was a bonus since I'm a little hard of hearing and English with an foreign accent is sometimes hard for me to follow. It was a very successful tour.
Thyago, our Babylon guide, was very professional, informative and attentive. He fulfilled all of our needs in a warm and personal way. He was an absolute pleasure to be with. Our travel agent used Viator to book Babylon. I highly recommend!
Thyago was an amazing guide. He showed us all the main masterpieces in the Louvre with detailed descriptions for each. We learnt so much and really enjoyed the tour
We had a fantastic experience with Babylon Tours, and our wonderful guide Nancy. It was a busy day at the Louvre, but she managed us brilliantly through the tour, ensuring we got the chance to see all of the highlights.. and her knowledge and descriptions of the art and artefacts was amazing. We are a family of four, including our children aged 14 and 11, and Nancy ensured the content covered these needs very well. She was great fun, full of energy and great to spend a few hours with. I highly recommend a guided tour, as you get so much additional information but are also managed through a carefully navigated route, with tips on best photo spots and how to avoid the crush zones in the crowds. A superb experience, and big thanks to Nancy who is fabulous. My one bit of feedback for Babylon is to dial back the messages slightly. I received 12 messages telling me our tour was coming up in the day 48 hours before our visit, and 22 in total, as well as a variety of emails. This is partially as we have children and they were registered to my mobile number and email, so I received duplicate hits for them. A small point though, and in no way detracts from a wonderful morning.
Hope that you get Agustina to show you around the Louvre. She is freaking fabulous!! Highly recommend this booking and this guide is phenomenal. The place is ginormous and crowded. You need help to see the highlights in a timely fashion.
Great energy! You can tell Amber truly loves her craft. She’s very intelligent and did an amazing job breaking everything down for the team, making it easy for everyone to understand. I really enjoyed listening to her. I just wish I had gotten a picture with her!
Tour guide very knowledgeable and provided an great tour.
Adrien was an amazing guide who provided a great overview alongside detailed descriptions of particular pieces resulting in a wonderful experience overall. He had great flair, relevant stories and helped bring the massive museum to life. Adrien’s move from being a high school history teacher to a guide at the Louvre is a loss for the high schools and a win for museum visitors. Thanks, Adrien.
The Louvre Museum Premium Guided Tour (6 person max/English speaking) is an absolute essential. I admit, when my wife suggested a guided tour, I wasnt super keen on the idea, I mean, its just a Museum right lo.... Well, I booked this tour, and it was the best thing we'd done. Ana was our host, and I seriously recommend asking for her when booking if possible. The meeting point was clearly explained, and the entry into the Louvre was smooth and effortless. We were set up with headphones, so there was no trouble hearing Ana throughout the tour, as some areas are quite crowded, so we could easily focus on her in amongst the surrounds. Ana was amazing, her knowledge, passion and intricate communication was outstanding. She layed out the path we were taking, which honestly seemed to flow very well. We covered an extensive area and tour of the Exhibitions, and Ana was more then happy to answer any further question at each point. I can say that we would not have gotten the pleasure or satisfaction without this tour, so much history, so many exhibits, and I feel we got wayyyyy more out of this visit then we all thought possible, Thankyou Ana, from Joel, Ky and Paige from Australia.
You really do need a guide for the Louvre if you’re a first or second time visitor. Kotryina was great!!!
Josef was amazing, but don’t tell him that I don’t want it to go to his head 😂! JK! He was absolutely full of knowledge about so many different aspects. It was incredible how much he informed us about in such a short time. He was always aware of everyone in the group and made sure that we were all doing well. Very confident, considerate and kept us all on our toes. From laughter to facts we all remained engaged. Thanks so very much Josef for giving us so much knowledge and making us really appreciate more of what artists think and feel. Sincerely, Ken and Lorraine Ostrowski💕🙏🏼
Adrien was a great guide and shared his knowledge in a friendly and informative manner, very enjoyable!
Our tour guide Christophe was wonderful, and so knowledgeable. We learned so much and saw the highlights we wanted to see. For me the 2 1/2 hours was perfect. I would definitely recommend this tour
Thyago did a fantastic job leading our tour. He was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and engaging. His background in the tourism industry was a plus as he included details that others may overlook (like letting us sit while he explained details before entering Mona Lisa) and was interested in our feedback. He tailored the tour to our group of six. I loved skipping the lines! I would highly recommend this tour!

Agustina was a fantastic guide, we learned so much and it was so great to go at 5pm when the Louvre was less crowded.
Hugo was an absolutely wonderful tour guide! I would definitely choose him. He's the best!
Booked with TripAdvisor, but tour was provided by Babylon. Maura was our guide and she was wonderful. She guided us with ease through the very crowded museum. She was very engaging and provided us with so much information about the history of the Louvre and the works of art. Unless you have days to navigate the Louvre on your own, this tour is the way to go.
We have been on many tours & would like to say that Maura was one of the best guides we've had. Her knowledge of art & delivery techniques were superb. She made it a very informative tour in a very enthusiastic manner. We all adored her personality & information.
We had an amazing visit to the Louvre on October 17. While, I can’t recall the name of our guide, he was friendly, thorough, and easy to understand. He is a bald native Parisian who’ve been doing this for years. His knowledge about the pieces and the history of the Lourve was fantastic. He provides a level of detail that was easy to absorb, but not too much. He was patient fielding questions and describing aspects of the artwork that we had never seen and considered before. The tour was 2 1/2 hours long and roughly 3200 steps. we scheduled this tour only a couple days before the demonstrations at the Louvre. Upon arriving at the destination, visitors need not get in line at the destination point but rather look for the tour guide who will be standing near the destination point and entrance and calling out your name. The guide will have a personal locker to safely store all of your items (purses, jackets, backpacks, etc) while you experienced the Louvre. You need not store anything if you don’t want to, but the locker was very convenient. There is a restroom for tour guide participants near the locker that is clean and much more convenient than the general restrooms He’ll share the access code to the locker in case you want to leave early or stay beyond the end tour time upon completion of the tour. You are free to see other areas of the Louvre and take as much extra time as you want. This was a wonderful experience and I could be happier with the guide that we had.
Fabian was a fantastic guided. His background in archeology really shone through with the details and information he shared with our small group. It was nice to be with such a small group as you were able to hear the tour guide without any issues. Highly highly recommend Fabian for this tour and any other!
Our guide Dina was the best! Her deep experience with art history provided an excellent tour! It was a great experience and wish we could spend more tour time with her at the Louvre.
We had a wonderful day with Stan (full name Stanislas). He was on time, thoughtful, and patient for a busy day at the louvre. He made sure we saw the important pieces, while sharing his own favorites and perspectives. This was well worth the money to navigate the busy museum and get options for later and extending your day. 10/10 recommend.
Emmanuel was an excellent guide , full of information and enthusiasm.
Fantastic tour with Florent. Wonderful guide and definitely saw all the highlights. Would recommend.
Elena met us in front of the museum. We were taken through an entrance with a quick wait time. Very swift entry. she then escorted us to restrooms designated for group tours that had zero wait time as well. She was very knowledgeable about the art we were viewing and focused on the main pieces listed in the tour description. When we completed our time together, we were able to view a few more rooms of the museum on our own (or revisit areas we already walked through) which was nice not to be rushed out of the museum. Additionally, even though we were a small group, it was still beneficial to use the earpiece to hear her talk about the artwork. This allowed us to listen to her as well as step away to get a different angle of the art/sculptures she was discussing. Thank you, Mary
Alban was an excellent tour guide! He made the art come alive with his descriptions and explanations. We learned so much and were able quickly maneuver through the Louvre to see the masterpieces!
Alban was very knowledgeable, funny and made the art relatable. Well worth the money to get the most out of your visit to the Louvre.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Alban Rochereuil was fantastic: very knowledgeable, friendly, and happy to answer every question we had. What stood out most was his kindness. One attendee wasn't feeling well partway through and couldn't finish the tour. Alban called for a wheelchair, helped him out, and then offered to extend the tour so we wouldn't miss anything. That's service you don't forget. Loved the small group of no more than 6. A tip for future visitors: the tour involves a lot of walking and stairs, so make sure you're fit enough to handle the steps, and bring water. Highly recommend asking for Alban!
Loved the tour! William was very friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoyed our time
The Louvre was very crowded that day because of a 2 hour shutdown. We entered at 2:30pm skipping the que and able to see all the important works and able to get closer thanks to our guide. Antoine was amazing guide with incredible knowledge of history and art. However his incredible wit made this tour 10 +. Highly recommended.
Book it! We had a 6 person tour of the Louvre. Smooth communication for meeting point. Prompt starting time. Be 10 minutes early to begin the tour promontory. Thomas was our guide, and he was wonderful! The background knowledge and interest he had on mythology was so beneficial for the museum tour. He was one of the top tour guides we have ever had. Perfect pace to go through the museum. Thank you Thomas! Wonderful!
Florence was an encyclopaedia of information. We saw all the favourites...including Mona...and treasures we were introduced to. Exceptional Tour. Well worth the small group fee.
What a great experience! Joe was so informative and delivered facts and history in a fun and engaging manner. He was patience and thorough yet covered so much ground! Not sure how he did it so effortlessly. Highly recommend …
Our tour guide, Julien, was amazing! He is so knowledgeable about the art and took us to the masterpieces we should see. He ran interference to get us through the crowds and removed all the stress. I learned and saw so much! This is the only way to experience the Louvre as a tourist!
We had a great tour with Florent. He has been to the Louvre 500-600 times as a guest and host. He is a student of the Louvre as much as a host. His excitement as well as his curiosity made the tour fun and the content memorable. This was our second time touring and we will be back again. We would ask for Florent again to do a deeper dive on the secondary elements of the Louvre. Thanks for a great tour, Florent!
Timothy was an amazing tour guide! He was so knowledgeable and we enjoyed learning so many interesting facts about the history of the Louvre and the art within. He also made the most of our time in the museum. Highly recommend!
The tour was great and Valerie our guide was knowledgeable and affable. She asked each group what was on their list to see and she made sure both groups got their needs met. Of course we saw the Mona Lisa and Venus de Milo but she gave us so much more. Great tour and guide.
Florence was a wonderful guide. The Louvre is a must visit and we’d highly recommend this tour!
Anais is a knowledgeable host
We really enjoyed the small group Louvre tour led by Francois. Francois was knowledgeable enough to focus on key areas to see and navigate throughout the tour.
Met up at 9 as requested for a 10:00 tour. Directed to get into a line and guide delivered his talk… and on and on as the line didn’t move. He made no attempt to find out the problem himself. We finally left at noon as another delay was announced followed by an announcement that there was an employee strike and museum would be closed for the day. Perhaps with a little more initiative he could have found out sooner?!
Absolutely wonderful tour conducted by an absolutely wonderful tour guide. Paloma was exceptional and I have had lots of tour guides!!!!
