We did the full day of 3 chateaux with audio guide app. Coach ride was clean and comfortable and driver was good. Had maybe 1.5 hrs to 2 hours per castle. Castles were gorgeous! Wish we had more time for each castle but its a lot to fit in 12 hours from Paris but otherwise great! A must if you are short on time but would like to see the Loire Valley Castles. Tour Guide spoke multiple languages on the bus. After castle entry, our group separated and had freedom to do our own thing. Rules and times were clear for shuttle bus return. Great audio app. Very easy to navigate.

The guide is enthusiastic, and really good at introducing the history.
Super funny in the morning , love her energy especially all of us are up so early.
New experience and cultural visit
Very nice experience. We enjoyed this Torio very much .Thank you.
The guides were very knowledgeable. The sites were awesome! However, there was very little time for each when factoring in walking from the bus to the location. There was absolutely not time enough to see the Chateaus and the gardens and lunch was nearly impossible with the small amount of time. Some did not get to have lunch. Also, they drove 2.5 hours there and back with no restroom stops where someone could use the facilities or grab a coffee. And the facilities on the bus were not in operation. This made the trip cumbersome and uncomfortable. When you spend your money and time you expect to be treated with a measure of comfort and consideration. That was not a part of our experience. I would choose an alternative to see these sites.
It has been an wonderful experience many thanks to Jeanette who helped us during our all stay
JEANETTE is super kind and help us!!
Concierge Jeanette. Very resourceful and friendly.
Day was hectic, very fast moving. So much to see, very little time to do everything. But very interesting and beautiful places. Loved it. But I wish we had more time to really enjoy the place.
thanks to Jeanette A wonderful, very patient, and charming young woman
Jeanette from Pullman hotels gave wonderful service and it was a great visit.
The experience was amazing ! But most of all the advices from Jeanette were perfect ! She knows all the tours perfectly and can find the one that match the most our needs ! She is a star ! I recommend and will book other tours for sure !
Jeanette is a good staff and work very good, thank you.
Best experience I ever had for visiting the castles of La Loire chenonceau, Chambord and Giverny are beautiful!!
Merci beaucoup a Jeanette !!!!!!!!
Jeanett was so great !! Thanks to her
Marisa was an excellent guide, the way se explained the history really captures the attention of the people
We had a wonderful experience overall and we will be checking out other trips like this in the future.
Good trip, there is a variety of different castles. Some cozy, some monumental. Good trip again.
Clean bus, small tour group, good views 👌
We enjoyed the castles and felt there was enough time to see each. Our guide and driver did a great job giving clear instructions and giving background information on the history of each chateau. Highly recommend!
I have a nice experience. Thank you
Thanks to Jeanette and the service
Great Loire Valley castle tour! Special thanks to Jeannette for her warm welcome and professionalism. Highly recommended! 👍
Wonderful tour of 3 beautiful castles! It was so fun! I loved hearing the history behind each castle and how flexible the tour was.
This was a very full day of great scenery along the way to the castles and chateaus. Jose was very informative and a great host.
We had a lovely time and the tour guide provided wonderful information at each of the three château’s we especially loved Chenonaeux. It was a long day but well worth every minute. I highly recommend this tour.
Worth it to see all the castles. Water and lunch are not provided so make sure to bring snacks and water. Very long day but very organized tour and everything was on time. Felt a bit rushed but if you want to see all the castles from Paris this is probably the best way. Guides were great.
It was a long day, but the chateaux were beautiful. Cheverny interiors were very strange, but Chambord and Chenonceau were magnificent. The tour guide seemed like he would rather have been somewhere else.
Long day but we had enough time to see everything. Very organized and thorough. I would go a little bit later in the season but the roses were in bloom.
This was a great tour! Jasmina and Sidiq were great to have all day. We had a smaller group, which was nice. The two castles are wonderful. Jasmina gave us so much good information and history all day. The wines that we tried at Chenonceau were a bonus- it was the first Sauv. Blanc I've ever liked! We had great weather, and the French countryside this time of year (April) is just stunning. I would absolutely suggest this tour to anyone who wants to experience the Loire Valley. Our stop in Bloise was a really nice lunch stop. It's a small town that wasn't on my radar, but I'm so glad to have seen it.
Impressed they could fit the trip to 3 chateaux in a single trip. It’s a self- guided tour with audio. You can spend your time in each chateau your own way.
First and foremost, we would like to thank Anna for a fantastic day! She is an incredible guide and we were so fortunate to have had her. She did a beautiful job keeping us well informed and on track for a packed day. All 3 castles were awesome and so different! We enjoyed the adventure- it was a great way to spend the day of New Years Eve! Thank you again to Anna and our great driver!!
This was an easy way to see three castles in one day. It was a long day, but after researching various ways to visit, including renting a car, taking a train and staying in hotels etc, this ended up being very efficient. At this time of year, November, the bus was only had full so there was plenty of room. There are three guide levels to choose from: no explanations, a limited audio guide downloaded to your phone, and provided earbuds and receivers for guided tours from the two tour guides on board who spoke French, Spanish and English. Cheverny did not provide written information pamphlets to groups like ours, which was disappointing. This tour is time-limited; that is, you could spend much more time at each of these locations exploring the history and art more in depth or the gardens and out buildings, kennels, chapels, etc. But because of the distances between castles this tour is a very efficient and comfortable way to visit these castles.
The "luxury" coach has very small, close seats, not enough room to put your tray down if the person in front of you lays back, limited air control, no place on the seat back to keep items. Our guide was very pleasant and worked hard unfortunately her strong accent made it hard to understand her English. If English were my second language I would have really struggled to understand. Cheverny seemed to be an add-on but was our favorite.
The bus was comfortable, but cold. Don't hesitate to say something. All the Châteaus were very interesting. No lunch is provided, but the second stop at Chenonceau has a very good cafeteria. The third Château de Cherverny is beautiful but should be given more time. Make sure you check out the dogs. One comment about the guide. She was very nice and enthusiastic, but spoke to fast. She spoke two or three languages, which is impressive, but flew through each one.
The bus ride outside of Paris is long, but the scenery was pretty and the castles were very interesting.
We knew we had a full day trip from Paris to see castles in the Loire Valley. What we didn't know was that we'd be crowded into a bus with less than coach-plane-seat space and no toilet. We were hours between stops and the experience was uncomfortable. They put many language speakers together, so every announcement was made multiple times. And finally, our guide was not a fluent English speaker. Understanding the French history associated with the area and castles from her was almost impossible most of the time.
Steven was great! He accommodated us and explained everything perfectly and waited for us. We had a great time.
Great guide. She spoke four languages, knowledgeable, provided commentary that kept our group engaged, and made this experience A+! Worth the cost when you count the transportation + tickets + guide. Do not hesitate!
Amazing tour with lots of history, the bus was comfortable and the guide and driver awesome. Lunch at a designated venue would make the tour much better
The tour of Loire Valley Castles was amazing! Jose was an excellent guide and is fluent in several languages! The bus was comfortable and air conditioned. Definitely recommend1
It starts early in the morning & we were on the other side of Paris; coordinated a taxi with our hotel. Got to the Pullman hotel in plenty of time for tour pick up which was on-time and easy. However, there is no place open at that hour nearby to get a coffee or pastry - bring a snack or coordinate a to-go bag with your hotel at least a day prior to your trip. You’ll have a quick minute to grab a bite after the first chateau, sit-down lunch is scheduled into free time after the second chateau. At this point, you are at least five hours into the trip. Our guide was excellent. She was quite informative and showed us the highlights of three chateaus. The bus was clean and comfortable. Bottom line: I’d take my family again, ages: 54 (me and wife), and daughters 25, 18, and 18. Yes, twinning is winning!
The tour lasted more than twelve hours and was very tiring by the late afternoon. Aside from that, the castles lived up to their reputations. They were beautiful, both outside and in.
The tour guide audio was not working. It was impossible to hear any of the tour information inside and outside the chateau.
A well chosen trio of Castles showing the diversity of the region. The guided tour is worth it to get lots of info quickly as visiting 3 Chateau in one day means you only spend 1h30 / 2h30 at each, but it's well spaced
The stays were not timed well. We had long stays at small castles and time for shorter at the larger one. Didn’t seem very organized
The entire excursion was just what we had hoped for. Everything ran smoothly and on schedule. All the staff involved were helpful and the guide was very knowledgeable and fun. It was great. Thank you.
It was a convenient way to visit three splendid French castles in the Loire Valley. It was truly a dream come true. Our guide Claire spoke English and Spanish very well and explained the history of the area well. Please note that the time in Chambord was limited. It would be wise to plane your visit to spend a bit more time walking around the beautiful gardens to get a great view of the castle. I had to run to capture the moments I wanted.
