La Vallee Village Shopping Outlet By Luxury Transport From Paris

First I need to Thank the concierge service at the outlet specially Ms Shehrazad vety helpful. We took the shuttle bus from Hotel Pullman Bercy scheduled 9 AM , it was a great experience from start to end. Clean shuttle bus and driver. For return you can choose between 14:45 or 18:45 Hrs. 14:45 Hrs is not enough at all to go around specially that outside the shopping outlet there is a huge commercial center including primark, Nike, addidas, Bertha & uni clo etc... but all shops in normal prices . The only disadvantages is the queue for the branded shops and some security are rude . It is a nice experience to try and highly recommend .

The place is about an hour away from the Champs-Élysées. We took the train A , it is direct, and the ticket costs €2.50 (the regular public transport fare). There is a huge shopping mall between the station and the outlet, so you can shop there on your way back. The outlet has a lot of stores. We went twice within one week, and both times we ended up buying something. The prices are reasonable, and sometimes there are additional discounts. The only thing is that you need to carry your passport with you if you need a tax refund, as most stores do not accept a photo of your passport.

The bus was on time for pick up. The driver was very nice and the 2 people who welcomed us were really friendly.

It was small size outlet than I thought and discount % is not so high. Then you consider travel expense and time you spend it is not worth it.

To be fair, we missed our bus because we were late. However to fellow travelers who is considering this tour: - The meeting point is far from the central Paris. We were late because of the Paris traffic and the distance to get to there. More than half hour just to get to the meeting point and guess what, it takes less than half hour from there to the village. I can uber myself there if I knew I shouldn’t trust the service

I felt very comfortable shopping with guaranteed to return to Paris. Yes, it’s cheaper than charter your own vehicle! Being coach bus was about 1hr between meeting (dropping off) point and the outlet. I chosen half day. Visited specific stores to looked for specific items so I still had a lunch there. I recommend this tour for people plans something to buy @ fancy brands like me or thinking a lot of things to purchase there.

I booked this full day .. LUXURY !! trip as the title stipulates … it was everything but luxury .. the coach was dirty and very old , torn seats tape up .. dirty interior , broken arm rests … and the air condition / heating not working properly( I have taken pictures it was so dirty ) .. also the coach driver was indifferent almost rude … beware that it leaves exactly 6:45 so don’t be late .. not a good choice .. the outlet itself was great …

had an absolutely fantastic experience shopping at the luxury outlet! From the moment I stepped inside, I was impressed by the wide variety of high-end brands offered at incredible prices. Gucci, Burberry, Prada, Furla were my first stops. For anyone looking for luxury at a great value, this outlet is a must-visit!

Lovely coach nice and clean easy pick up we picked the whole day at the outlets whcih at first we thought was to long but we was able to take our time hit every single store and there was even a mall at the end we walked through we thought that the bus would be hard to find because my gps had pointed us a different direction but the name and picture of the hotel was easy when we walked to double check if this was the meeting spot a lady was at the front door at a desk waiting to check us in so easy

If you love to shop high end and different designer collections, this is the place to go. There is also a mall adjacent that.You can go in and get food and other stores as well.

A staff from Paris City Vision greeted us way before we arrived at the bus with a warm welcome. He gave us clear instructions on the departure and return timing plus meeting points. Kudos to the team.

It was wonderful! I found some good bargains! I thought it was bigger. I did a half day tour and it was just enough time with the light crowd.

Great place and a must do. Excellent brands and good discounts. If you are from UK (excluding Northern Ireland) you have the added benefit of VAT refund, provided you spend over €100 per shop. The process has been made easy by apps that help you and can be downloaded from the App Store. We used AIRVAT. We found it v good because 1. Was easy to use. When got stuck the responses were quick, same day. 2. Uploading the invoices worked well 3. Generating the VAT receipt was super easy. 4. Upload to PABLO kiosk at CDG was easy. 5. Refund was super quick. 48 hrs. Tips 1. Always check your junk box. 2. Upload invoices asap. Happy shopping!!

I was pleasantly surprised at the number of stores. Did not expect a complete shopping mall in addition to the designer factory outlet shops - one stop shopping for sure.

They simply didn't show up, leaving us. They also didn't get in touch, even after telling us what had happened. Total disregard.

There is a lot of waiting time and the shuttle was late arrived only at 650 resulting in reaching Paris at 8pm (very late). The driver was also driving at a very slow speed on the freeway resulting in more delays. Note that this shuttle also serves the customers visiting Disneyland resulting in more waiting times and delays. Better to get other direct shuttles from the shopping outlets or taking public transport.

Everything was perfect, on time. They even let us come back early although we took the half day tour. Best/cheapest way to commute to and from La valley-Paris

We arrived 15 mins the hotel before 1330 and waited for the bus/representative in front of main entrance as advised in the guidelines. However by 1336, still no sight of it, and called Paris We were at the hotel, even with my friends going to the restrooms. We did not see any signage for the driver/representative inside and outside the hotel. When we first called ParisVisionCity about no sight of driver at 1336hrs, they said will check and get back to us. But there was nothing. After calling again at 1446hrs, they said will check and put me on hold. After more than 5 mins, they advised the driver did not see us and left. ParisVisionCity asked us to change the date, which unfortunately we cant as we were leaving the next day. I believe if we were at fault, they would not even offer us such. They would just tell us that we missed it and nothing else they can do. This is very unprofessional of them. My friends and I had to take uber to the location and arranged our own transport back after that. They also refused to refund us and gave excuse that it was a no show.

I wish I could give zero stars. They claimed they told us we were leaving at 2:45 but they said nothing to the group as well as online it says 3:30. Several people were left with us. We tried to contact them 2 hours prior to being abandoned about pick up time and no one responded. So we showed up twenty minutes earlier than the online listed pick up time.

Best price for best brands, at this out let you will find all Hight brands at especial price up to 50% off , very nice price , concierge off very helpful they can collect what you buy and you take when you leave

Signed up for the full day bus tour to La Vallée Village - Poor pickup arrangement; No signage; Being moved around from spot to spot before boarding onto bus - Deliberately providing false returning time, which should be 5:00pm (ended up at 6:45pm) as stated in both product description and booking confirmation. - We were put on the same coach with those who went to visit Disneyland. Quite possible that they changed to the returning time to accommodate the Disney tour without prior notice - Poor customer service: Called the office tel, no one answered; Sent them an email, no reply; Talked to the staff at the pickup point, poor and unprofessional response - if we look at some previous comments, some cases are really horrible and a lot of them are indeed “repeated issues”. - The company simply does not care at all as so many visitors travel to Paris everyday. Some tourists will just pay for a tour and they will make good money anyway. Good luck!

I tried to contact the tour guide because he was not at the meeting point. I called the company as well. After a hour of trying I took an Uber to the outlets. Their connected to a mall. The outlet trip itself was nice. It was a sale this weekend so there were a lot of bargains. I tried to contact the company again to arrange my way back or at lrwat request partial refund. They responded 24 hours later with an automated response that there would be no refund. I suggest either taking the redline train that ends there or Uber

Several of us left behind in the factory outlet because of the lady who was in charge told us to take the same bus to go back to paris. But actually it wasn’t the same bus. So we waited the same bus to come. And never came. We had to take uber back to paris. This is the lady from the paris city vision (I think her name is Valentina). So next time should be better explanation and clear english.

Too many people. Products the same as in American malls, but With one exception (Clergerie) which was very good) prices were higher than U.S.

The bus was on time both ways. The description on reservation of the location for the bus could be improved.

Nice place to shop, though limited collection at stores. the bus stop from where bus had to be boarded was hard to find, had to call tripadvisor to coordinate with the vendor! bus ride is comfortable and not crowded

I was given an address to wait for the bus. It didn’t come and when I called to complain and ask for credit they hung up the phone on me. Do not buy from Tour operator. Best to take public transportation.

The bus was comfortable. Information on ticket was somewhat inconsistent with real time: e.g exact address of but pick up. Return departure time on ticket was 3pm but bus departed at 2:30. Luckily we had arrived what we thought was very early otherwise we would have missed the bus back. Important to confirm times and places with bus driver.

Bus was late. The bus came 1 hour late. There was no signs. Nobody informed us they are going to be late.

The reason I rated it so low is because we we’re going around in circles trying to find the bus. Very badly explained and the driver didn’t have a sign. He was sitting in his bus. The other passengers were also floundering trying to find it. Better explanation please

The best part of the trip? It didn’t happen at all! The pickup failed to turn up! I called the company, spoke to 2 staff for 30mins and 2 days later, they still do not know what happened! Pls give me money back!

The shopping was amazing, the store associates were outstanding! The coordination and customer service from the trip organizer Party Vision was horrible... we were stranded due to a bus break down for several hours in cold.

Not many branded shops but there is a good selection which will cater to most shoppers. Travel time from Paris is bearable.

The shopping experience was excellent. The drive there was quick, comfortable and on-time. The shops are pretty high-end, such as Gucci, Burberry, Jimmy Choo, Versace, Chloe, Zegna and Loro Piana. So if you are thinking you are going to a mid to low end outlet with rock bottom prices you will be disappointed. If are looking to score some higher cost items with a decent discount (and an additional 12% off if you have a non-EU passport for the return of most of the VAT) then it is great. We went during the holiday sales seasons and found the prices to be discounted 20-30% from retail and another 20-40% for the holiday sales.

Good place to shop for discounted items...Bus service going there and coming back is OK. Bus was on time as to departure and arrival...Our trip to La Vallee was a pleasant experience.

La vallée village is a rare outlet with brands like Gucci, Zegna, dunhill, Ferragamo, Fred Perry, timberland etc. Both myself and my wife enjoyed shopping there. We compared metro and the bus. Metro will cost around 15euros for return trip. The bus ride cost 25 euros with guaranteed seats. Maybe because I'm not local, i feel safer taking the bus then carrying my purchases through the metro. After hours of shopping, we were so glad that that we picked the comfortable bus option instead of the metro. Details - I went with the half day tour from 9.30 to 4pm. Most of the pessengers were Asians. There were 2 buses to pick us up in the morning, and 3 buses to send us back in the evening. We reached the outlet at around 11am due to bus and traffic delays. It took us around 2 hours to checked out all brands we were interested in from the start to the end of the outlet, then another 1.5-2 hours to buyer everything we need. We were done at around 3pm and had another hour to rest and wait for the bus.

A typical discounted outlet experience with not much surprised but the tour agent Paris Vision is good.

Nice place to hunt for a good bargain shopping but we wish there could be more brands than existing.

It’s so worth it! If you miss the 4pm bus they allow you to take the 645pm bus so shop with ease. Thumbs up😀

Great prices and great time to visit IN October. Get the welcome booklet with stubs you can use in a lot of stores

The bus ride was good, weather was raining off and on all day, the check in process for the bus could have been done in a more orderly fashion, people were pushing and shoving to get onto the bus on the return ride. I would recommend

Not so faraway from Paris, on the way to Disneyland, you may take a visit to this yorker. Big brands and normal brands with better/smaller prices. Here there is a Primark shop too. First go to the top brands, across the mall. Take a break after, drink and eat - you have several places to choose. In the second part, you can take a look inside the mall. If you have time and you want it - reserve one day from morning till afternoon - for shopping here.
