Full Day Private Luggage Storage In Paris

The storage was easy to use. The service was very quick and friendly. Luggage was kept in a back room and secure.

FYI they wanted to see the confirmation email with the luggage storage address which is not on the Item you can save in your apple wallet. Other than that shuffle everything was fine. We did have to carry all our baggage downstairs the curve. Storage is in basement near restrooms but door to storage area is locked. This location is inside the Cafe de Arts.

The drop off at the hotel was easy , the people are polite and welcoming and the bag drop off is near the Gare...walking distance

The experience was uneventful and seamless which is what I want when storing luggage. It was everything I expected.

This is such a great service. We dropped our luggage off for the day at a hotel near where we had dinner reservations. We were then able to spend the day in Paris before heading to the airport, luggage-free. The folks at the hotel were so lovely! Highly recommend this service, esp if you have a morning checkout and an evening flight.

Was great to stash our bags for the day before we departed Paris, left us to explorer the city with less things to worry about!

We turned up at the drop-off place at 3 du pas de la mule in Paris; but it was a residential apartment building (it had a big number 3 above the door, so we assumed we were at the correct location). We asked at the shop next door, showing the booking, but the lady said she didn’t know what we were looking for. We went for a coffee for 15 mins then came back to the same shop. This time we spoke to a different lady who then made a phone call to confirm that yes, this was the place to leave the bag. So a bit of clarity on the booking confirmation would have helped (along the lines of - it’s not the building with the number 3 above it, it’s the place next door), as well as some staff training. Anyway, we picked up the bags from the basement of the shop. However, when we got to our destination and opened one of the bags, we saw that there were 6 packets of cigarettes missing. Now we cannot be 100% sure that this happened whilst in the Stasher partner location (it could have been the ground-staff at either Istanbul airport or Paris Orly, but in all of my 30 years of international travel, I have never had items stolen from a suitcase before by ground-staff), but of course we have our suspicions. So we ended up buying 4 packs in a Tabac at €12.50 a pop to replace the stolen ones. All in all, it was not a satisfactory experience and we will not be using this service again in the future.

Very easy and efficient to use. The storage receipt and delivery experience was very straightforward and the staff at the shop were very friendly. Also felt secure. Was a much needed service when we had time to kill between checking out of the airbnb and going to the airport. Highly recommend.

Really good and easy to do. Cheap and accessible. Only thing is it doesn’t tell you the exact places when booking (only shop near or hotel near) , only once you’ve booked and so we booked and dropped our bags at one. Went to book it again but it didn’t say exact place so I chose the top one I thought it was and it was different. This is no way affected us but would have been nice to have been the same

Super easy, secure and friendly staff for luggage drop off while you explore the city. Close location to the Les Halls train/metro station which goes to the main airport.

The guy there was nice but just grabbed our bags and put them in a back room and when I asked if I get a ticket number or a way to confirm my bag, he said " Dont worry, I know which ones are yours." Then when I picked them up he said "Just take a look and tell me which ones are yours" Very insecure and unprofessional service. I don't feel confident using it again.

Wow! Now THIS is the service we have needed forever! I booked my reservation online, at a location that was very close to my destination. I showed up and was greeted with a huge smile. After storing my luggage I was efficiently provided directions to my destination. When I returned, they called a cab, put the luggage in the cab, and let the driver know the address I was going to. Amazing! I highly recommend giving this service a try. I will definitely be a repeat user.

It is very convenient as there are plenty of places to drop your luggage. Definitely I would repeat next time travelling abroad.

Super convenient and close to the Orsay/Louvre museums. Drop off was easy, as its located in a little flower shop. Staff was peasant and friendly. Bags were stored securely down in the basement. Highly recommended.

Left baggage at Hotel Concortel at 21 Rue Pasquier, Paris, for the day -- it was a real lifesaver! Such professional friendly service... we were only leaving luggage, for a few euros, but we were made to feel absolutely at home -- including being treated to coffee. A wonderful oasis of calm in the heat and chaos of the city.

This was such a great solution to our dilemma because we had to check out of our hotel, but wanted to spend the day in the city before picking up our car rental. In order to be able to access everything we wanted to do we needed a safe place to stash our luggage. Without this option we would have been much more limited that day. Instead, we were able to stay effecient by traveling to the area of the city we wanted to spend time, stash our bags nearby, then pick them up and keep heading on to the car rental place. I was amazed that within minutes of my husband realizing the dilemma of us having our luggage with us and it's effects on our plans for the day, I was able to find this service, locate a stash spot near where we would be for the day and book it. It was so easy. The stash location explained how we take a photo of our bags then he stashes them away safely until we return, show him the photo and he then knows exactly how to pair the right bags with the right people. With all the expenses of a trip adding up, I still felt like the price for this service was very reasonable.

Everything went fine, we went to the Cafe and everything was pretty easy. We put the luggage downstairs, get a card with s number and left. When we come back, they brought us downstairs and locked up, we took out luggage an went on. Very easy and super comfortable

We used this luggage storage location for the day we checked out of our Airbnb. They were very friendly & had a unique luggage storage situation that made our day!

I went to the hotel with my email. The receptionist was surprised by my booking via tripadvisor. Despite the presentation of my confirmation email, she could not find my reservation and did not want to take my luggage. I had to pay a second time for her to want to take my luggage. The platform did not provide any solution. The claimant was supposed to call me back but I never received a call.

Easy and comfortable. Located very close to RER Bibliothèque François-Mitterrand station, you can pick up your luggage on the way to Orly airport and continue on metro 14. The Stasher platform helped me have a light day without complications of carrying suitcases, before entering my accommodation. It is very easy to reserve and, above all, you pay without problems. A very safe service.
