It was easy to purchase tickets and receive them via text. Entrance to Musée D’Orsay was easy and quick as you avoid the lines..

Our fast track entrance was canceled due to the disturbances in Paris and our entrance was rebooked for the next day but regular entrance. We decided to go very early and only had a 20 minute wait in line. We were happy to get in and have a good visit.

Museum was lovely. Paid extra for Fast Track which nobody knew what it was. We stood in the same long line as everyone else.

Was supposed to be a fast pass and WAS NOT. Told to enter gate C and there is no gate C. Had to wait in very long line.

The de’Orsay is a beautiful museum with a nice layout. I went with a friend and we spent about3 hours including a coffee and pastry in the nice cafe. The downloaded audio tour was confusing to use. I rewatched since I returned home and found it interesting.

Great experience! The audio guide is very good and really helps to understand the works and their context. Its structure as an old station makes everything even more charming. The works of art are the main attraction. It's well worth it. Everything is so beautiful!

The museum was wonderful! I was a bit disappointed to discover a “skip the line” ticket was totally unnecessary. There was no line! And my sister was able to get a ticket for approximately $16. Vs. the $39. I paid.

Admittance desk was not letting us in after an hour in traffic because your delivery if the ticket was not accessible. Thank goodness another person could help us access the tickets on my phone.

We really enjoyed the Orsay Museum much more than the Louve. It is so easy to navigate and less crowded. It’s a beautiful building and has a great variety of artworks. Only complaint is I had to have WhatsApp or internet access to get our tickets compared to other viator tickets you add to your wallet. It really frazzled us upon entry.

The actual tickets were hard to download for me. I saved them in my apple wallet.. However, the admission agent at the Museum had to use my phone and ok my entry. Whether she actually found my tickets, I am not sure.

The museum is in a lovely old building and the impressionist paintings for just great. The ticket through visitor felt like a rip off and much more expensive than normal entry but we appeared to be too late booking a slot. However, lots of people did appear to be getting in on the day with no booking.

Difficulty getting tickets in a timely manner via WhatsApp and when they were sent were NOT fast track. This option is NOT available at the D’Orsay. The Priority queue is for Members only. These tickets were more than twice the price of the Museum Entry fee which is 16 euros. You should book tickets directly with the museum, as these are the official tickets you are eventually sent anyway. I have taken this up with both Vistor and Dream Fly some weeks ago and they are still offering this “sham” experience. Shame on them! I would have given zero stars had that been an option. In spite of this shocking experience the Musee D’Orsay was amazing, exceeded expectations and we would definitely revisit but not with Viator!!

It was an amazing experience! The process was smooth and efficient, allowing me to skip the long lines and get straight into exploring the beautiful art collections. I had more trouble than usual obtaining my online tickets. Was suppose to use WhatsApp, but did not know how. Also, I thought they were time specific, they were not. Bit there was no line. D'Orsay, still amazing.

Phenomenal museum! Loved the displays, use the map to tick off where you’ve been to make sure none are missed. To get the full effect I recommend an actual guide or optional headphones.

Very easy to get tickets. There were no lines today. Everything went smoothly. However, to market this as a “fast track” ticket is deceiving. The ticket offers no unique access to the museum. There are no special lines. No special hosts. It is a general ticket. Nothing more. Meaning, there are probably cheaper tickets with the same access.

THIS IS A SCAM. You will be scammed by this tour and Viator will say they “Have to ask the company” to “allow you a refund” and then you won’t get money back from Viator. Use Get Your Guide and don’t get scammed!

I was very disappointed because when I arrived at the museum with my fast track ticket, I was told that because it was sold to me by a third-party I could not get in the fast track line. So I basically paid for fast track with no fast track. Next time I’ll just purchase through the museum.

Bad experience. Paid a premium for a timed-entry ticket, went to the Quayside entry for 14:00. The museum staff told me I had an anytime ticket, for a different entrance, and waiting in queue at the Frontcourt entrance. My booking confirmation stated “Fast Track Entrance” which museum staff tell me doesn’t exist. Furthermore the ticket booking experience was through TripAdvisor, but ticket delivery was through WhatsApp, which seems unacceptably questionable. Completely unacceptable experience, when I could have saved a lot of money and just lined up for regular tickets for the same effect.

Tickets ordered Ju e 26th for July 10th. July 9th less than 24 hours before needed, no tickets, provider did not answer phone. Called Viator, they could not reach the ticket provider. Lesson learned, do not book through a third party.

This is NOT a skip the line ticket to the Orsay Museum. Even though it says it is in the headline and you are prompted to pick a time. When we arrived we were prompted to go in the line for people with tickets - not the priority line. Then we stood online for over an hour. When they started letting the priority line in, the museum abruptly stopped letting people in. After a half hour, we were told the museum would not be opening that day. We promptly informed Viator of the issue and that vendor said the ticket can be used for a different day. This was our last day in Paris and we requested a refund. They rejected our refund request.

This was billed as skip the line entry. Didn’t happen. Never found the guide fo me. Just lots of other companies. Wa directed to the general line for those without timed entry Not your fault but the museum act closed for the morning due to technical difficulties. Think it was the heat Called the contact number and emailed asking for a refund. Got this request for feedback before I have heard anything

Be sure you have the Viator app downloaded before you get there. Even though I had the museum vouchers in my apple wallet they wouldn’t help me gain admission until I got the app (while standing in a busy Paris museum line.)

We were sold tickets that were supposed to be for a reserved time but the tickets we received were general admission so we were not able to use the reserved line.

We booked too late to get a guided tour, but the fast-track entry was perfect. We literally walked right into the museum, showing our passes at the door and that was that. At the end of the day, we didn't miss the guide. The d'Orsay is a smaller museum and easily accessible. We followed signs and read placards, and after three hours, thought we had seen most of the items on display in the museum. We recommend the fast-track entry to anyone who wants to visit the Musee d'Orsay.

The fast track ticket allowed us to quickly enter the museum. There were very long lines waiting to purchase ticket which would mean about a 30 to 40 minute wait time. Excellent choice for entrance into this beautiful museum.

I wanted maximum time inside this magnificent museum so bought this untimed fast track ticket for a Saturday visit. I was directed to a separate entrance area and walked straight through to security and into the museum. There was literally no wait on a sunny dry Paris afternoon. Highly recommend!

We spent the money to fast track entry, and it was a complete waste. Showing our "skip-the-line" tickets, we were sent to a line that was blocks long, and didn't have the time, or patience with the kids to wait. We had to leave and miss the museum entirely. I think it was very busy because of the Easter holiday, but we shouldn't have been sold the tickets and led to believe this would be to skip the line. This was not just a security line. The was an enormous line.

Skip the line is a lie! While First off, Musée d'Orsay is stunning and a must see in Paris. We arrived at 10am, only 30 minutes after the museum opened. The queue to get in (with our "skip the line" tickets) was 1 hour 47 minutes. Outside. In 0°C weather. Freezing. Shame on you Viator! False advertising.

I was extremely dissatisfied with the “Fast Track Entry to the Orsay Museum.” My voucher was not accepted at the museum, forcing me to repurchase tickets on the spot. I tried calling and messaging the operator beforehand but received no timely assistance. The ticketing process is overly complicated: The link to access the tickets did not work when I arrived at the museum. I initially thought the fast track ticket with a barcode was valid, but it was not. A PDF link was provided, but it also was not a ticket. The fast track option itself was unnecessary and overpriced. We ended up in a line right next to the regular line, and the difference in wait time was minimal. I paid €68.32 for 2 fast track tickets, while regular admission for the same tickets is €28. This experience caused significant inconvenience and extra expense. Other reviews report the same issues, suggesting this is a recurring problem. I would not recommend this service in its current form.
