Excursion To Versailles By Train With Entrance To The Palace And Gardens

Title: Very Disappointing Versailles Tour – Poor Organization and No Refund We booked a guided tour of the Palace of Versailles for six people on October 10, 2026, through Buendía Travel & Tech. Unfortunately, what should have been a wonderful experience turned into a frustrating and disappointing day due to poor organization and problems with the delivery of our entrance tickets. Despite having a confirmed reservation, our tickets were not provided to us in a timely manner. We experienced unnecessary delays, confusion, and inconvenience that significantly affected our visit. Following the tour, we submitted multiple complaints explaining what happened and requesting compensation of €351. We contacted the companies involved and made every effort to resolve the matter professionally. Unfortunately, despite our repeated complaints and follow-ups, we have not received the requested refund. As travelers, we expect tour operators to honor their commitments, provide proper organization, and take responsibility when things go wrong. I am extremely disappointed with Buendía Travel & Tech’s handling of this situation and the lack of a satisfactory resolution. I would advise other travelers to be cautious when booking through this company, especially when purchasing tours that include entrance tickets and guided services.

Great, our guide, Denisse, made the tour very enjoyable. There's so much to see in Versailles; a thorough tour can take up to 2 days.

Veronica, our guide, was spectacular. She gave us in-depth information and insights to the gardens and palace. She has an amazing wealth of knowledge and made sure we understood and were engaged with the tour the entire time. She even took time to connect with our child and give them tips to make this trip exciting and interesting for them. I highly recommend this trip. We have gone on other guided trips and just got the basic information. This was not that kind of guide! It was a must to go to Versailles with this knowledgeable guide. Veronica even took time to make sure we got amazing family photos in perfect locations. It was the best experience.

Gardens were great,,wish the spring wasn’t late and would have been even better. Our guide was wonderful and made for a nice visit The only thing was it wasn’t clear that it did not include the train ticket, the others in our group thought so also. Our guide met us and helped us with good commentary and directions. She was very knowledgeable. I wish she could have taught us thru the palace and not just the gardens.

We were fortunate enough to capture a few pics in the sunshine, even with the frigid weather and rain. Our guide was Richard Acero; his knowledge and gentle manner in working with my family were excellent! The Spanish guided tour illuminated the experience for us, and I highly recommend it to families.

The experience was excellent. Our guide, Lucia, accompanied us and kept an eye on the whole group. The interaction between history, curious facts of the place, culture and tour, made a beautiful visit. Highly recommended

El guía súper amable, lo que te cuenta en la visita guiada está muy padre, datos importantes y apesar de Versalles es grandísimo te da tips para poder seguir tu recorrido al terminar la visita guiada.

Fue una muy linda excursión. Nuestra guía, Denisse.... muy atenta y responsable, cuidando de que no se perdiera nadie. Contó detalles con mucho entusiasmo. Evidentemente, disfruta de su trabajo.

Pued las explicaciones dobre la historia del palacio y dud jardines fueron muy interesantes y Paco lo hizo ameno y divertido

Me gustó la info de Denisse . Pero si yo sabía que tenía que sacar boleto de tren. Ir en tren y aparte pagar la audiología en el palacio y no tener guía adentro hacía la visita x mí cuenta . Así que no pienso recomendarla mala atención

Viaje cansador, perdimos la visita a los jardines y el guía prometió que nos devolverían parte del costo del tour, no recibí nada aún

El paseo por los jardines y la fascinante explicación de Paco. La conservación del castillo y los hermosos óleos q lo adornan, igualmente, los muebles.

Fue muy lindo compartir este viaje con mi hija y la guía que nos llevó fue una joven muy agradable y con gran disposición para cualquier consulta. Realmente la pasamos muy bien.
