My husband, 8yr old son and I visited the museum yesterday and so glad we did. We had a blast! We were in there for 2.5hrs, and it flew by. We all really enjoyed it, its interactive, we are not French speakers but it didn’t matter. We were able to take our time and go round at our own pace, it was great fun. I’d recommend going if you have children.

terrible for the price what a waste of money, so over sold you couldn't enjoy it people were rude just jumping into the attractions while you were trying to get a picture. quite dirty not very good at all don't waste your money the worst thing we did .
30 minutes to go round. Asked if we had missed anything and they just chucked us out.
Fantastic fun for all the family, qould recomend!
We went with our 8 and 11 year olds. We leant in, did every puzzle, took every picture. First thing in the day wasn't too busy and the air con was great on a hot day. We had a great time. Some exhibitions are a bit old, but we saw staff cleaning mirrors etc and generally were really impressed with the quality. Quantity is fab, our 8 year old even ran out of steam before the end. Free lockers really worth using. Toilets only at start/end which was a bit of a trek midway with the the kids! The admission fee on the board is incorrect, our tickets cost the same as the website. If you take a flyer (we found one in our hotel) you can get 2€ off! Great flyer, it folds into simple origami, a nice touch.
It’s very interesting. There is so much illusion and the particularity is that we can interact with all of them. I recommend it.
Best way to spend time with kids. Highly recommend!
This is sooo cool I recommend it’s supper fun with family and friends!
Good time to spend with your family in Paris.
I spent around 1h30 at Paradox with my 2 children (7 and 11 years) and we really had fun taking loads of funny photos and trying different things out. I had bought tickets online the day before, no waiting time to get in. A bit of waiting for some of the most popular "attractions", but all in all it was quite quick and smooth, and all 3 of us enjoyed this on a rainy day.
It was fun for children. Takes around an hour.
The family had lots of fun. Good experience.
A great way to have fun and use a few hours in Paris! You might learn a few things as well! A lot of fun, informative and interactive.
Do not use FEVER app to book tickets. They do not pay for any refunds whatsoever. I paid for additional experiences that were broken. Staff said we would automatically get a refund. I contacted FEVER who advised their policy was NO REFUNDS and not negotiable. Terrible customer service. The place is too expensive for what it is and to then get caught out paying for things that are broke and no chance of a refund STINK.
Far too many people and too busy - despite tickets being sold in time slots (less people should be booked in). No staff on hand to help with taking photos - I went with a friend and we really didn’t get the most out of the experience as we couldn’t participate in many of the photo opportunities as you need a third person to take the photos. Staff were nowhere to be seen - presumably understaffed - such a shame. I have been to the Paradox Museum in London and had an amazing experience and staff were on hand at all photo opportunities and made the experience outstanding - explaining how to get the most out of the photo opportunities and offering to take photos as needed. Unfortunately the Paris Paradox was not so good - it needs some better organisation.
A tourist trap for families. Pay for timed entry but still line out the door. Enter in intervals. Told to come back to an exhibit if individual lines are long once inside. All lines are long. Many exhibits designed for two people without a way to see what is happening without a third to take photos. Anxiety provoking how many people and kids are running around. Cool concept delivered under a franchise model for an easy money grab. Not worth the money. Left in 15 minutes.
FeverUp is a platform which does not have the necessary controls in place and can therefore sell you ticket that you can’t use. Then if you try to change your tickets, you will converse with a customer service desk by e-mail because “they are not equipped to call you back” and have “no escalation procedure”. You will receive the same standard e-mail, over and over again, saying they are “sorry” but really can’t help you. They will take no responsibility whatsoever, will ignore good faithed arguments, will treat you miserably, and at some point will not even bother answering you. Probably my worst customer service experience ever. This attitude is disgusting, I will never ever use them again.
This place is an absolute rip off for what you get. The experience was over before we blinked and zero gravity (their main attraction) wasnt even working. Unless you're French, they couldn't care less about accommodating you. The host explained what to do in French as the majority of customers were French and then walked off. It wasn't until I caught his attention did he bother to relay the information in English. Great illusions, shame about the overall experience.
I loved this museum; the only downside was that you'd need a third person with you to take the photos. Other museums like this I've been to have timers and QR codes to download photos or have staff take them; however, this museum didn't.
We were very excited to go. Sadly couldn’t see or do much because of the extensive crowds. Some kind of cool things there when you could get close enough to see them but would not recommend for the amount of money it costs.
Whilst the attraction had such great potential the over crowed resulted in the experience being poor. Pushing and crowded meant to was not enjoyable with the main attraction being fully booked, even though entrance time slots were allocated.
Way too busy to be at all enjoyable. For a museum with time-controller entry, this is unforgivable. Most of the exhibits were just the same set of mirror tricks, and there was far too much emphasis on staged photo rooms which arent fun for a couple or parent+child, especially if there are 4-5 groups waiting at each one.
This was the most disgusting experience: Be very careful as their site registers your card data without your consent. I was browsing just browsing and I thought at some point they’d ask my card number. So once I pushed the button next the purchase was done. I asked the customer service, few phone calls and emails: at the end they made a voucher!!! They never refunded me. And once the voucher was issued nobody answered any more. Thiefs, no other definition I can give. Thiefs
We throughly enjoyed our trip here, more than we expected to do. We went with our young daughter and it was really interactive and we had a lot of laughs and got some funny pictures.
Very fun museum of optical illusions. Part of the Go City Paris Pass. Definitely have two or more people to play in the exhibitions. Also, the friendly staff will explain the illusions and take pics of you.
Paradox museums are presumably always fun for teens and kids. We were a family of 5 visiting at 11:45 on a rainy Friday in Paris. We had fun but I’m disgusted by the EUR110 price tag that I consider to be an absolute rip off. I will not step foot in another such museum again due to this price gouging.
This was fun but incredibly small (only two storeys, both of which were very small). The website boasts it has over 90 exhibits but many of these are just images on the wall. It was good but very quick to get around and I wouldn’t say it was worth the money for the time spent in the museum.
Enjoyed the Paradox Museum, particularly the Ames Room - very clever and the hanging rooms. Fun for all the family.
The museum is ok but I think it's designed for children, as an adult I didn't found it that interesting. You can get in for free with Paris Pass.
This was an amazing museum. We had so much fun. Staff was excellent on the day we went. Well worth the time and money
Excelent choice! It was si delighful for the kids and the pictures are memorable! The staff absolutrly amazing and the store of gifts very good quality!
Really great choice for a rainy day traveling with a teenager. In times of mobile phones and constant photos this is one of the best experiences to make a break between some more serious experiences plus great to push for more interaction. We loved it and have now great photos!!!
If you have a spare hour in Paris, don't miss this interesting exhibition. Great fun for both adults and childrens.
Museum was amazing so many different things to do and see and so many things to try. We had fun and it was worth the money and other was not too busy and we tried everything.
The museum was very cool but there weren’t enough staff to help explain and take photos as advertised.
The idea is great, but the museum in Paris does not have enough trained employees to guide the visitors and take good pictures of them. You need someone to know how to take the pictures so you can get that nice illusion, but like I mentioned earlier some of the employees don’t know how to take these pictures. I attached a photo taken by a staff member and you’ll see that the idea is great but not the picture. I would say that if you’re in Paris and have nothing else to do it might be worth it. Otherwise skip it.
Very interactive museum! It reminded us of the Twist Museum in London. There are optical illusions galore, and it's set up to be very hands-on which is a great way for anyone to learn, but especially for kids. We spent about 75 minutes exploring the exhibits. The staff even helps you accomplish some of them, and takes pictures for you. Overall it was a great family activity to keep the kids physically & mentally engaged while we were on vacation. Note- my kids are 10 and 7, and both had a fantastic time
Very good museum. But the flow of people really needs to be reviewed. An impossibly crowded world right from the entrance, they make us enter in small groups only to end up with about thirty people in the first hall.. Impossible to properly enjoy the museum, which is at a high price, all things considered. Impossible to take photos without being pushed, without hearing sighing, without someone getting in front of the photo. We are unable to fully enjoy the rooms. As soon as the museum ends, you find yourself in the shop but also in the place to enjoy ice cream or other things. But once again, it is an exit and at the same time a checkout counter to order. Horrible!! To be done only once,
Horrible experience! Way too many people despite booking time slots. Almost 40 min wait for 1min30 of gravity experience! Visit to be avoided at all costs!
Very, very funny! It is easy to get into the game and we have a good laugh.
Very nice museum, to be done at least with two people. Perfect for all ages: I went there, for the first time, as part of a team building event and I went back with my nephews during the holidays. They often have activities in addition to the museum visit; this summer there was a storyteller and a Hansel and Gretel scavenger hunt. Really great! I recommend it 200%
Fun museum You should definitely allow 80 min
Everyone come to this museum please
Best museum to visit and I recommend it
I recommend it, it is very fun
Very fun and impressive
Very good activity to do with children in Paris. Everything was very entertaining
Excellent experience. Small downside on the 2nd trompe-l'œil with the balcony, which hurts a bit when you do it. And the items in the shop are a bit expensive. Otherwise, really great.
The staff was very attentive, the ice creams are delicious, and the museum experience was unique!
Great discovery with the family! We had a good time between reality and illusion!!
