The city wonders tour group in Paris took over for viator. Instructions for meeting place were vague. All in the group agreed it was confusing. The guide from there was late. The actual person who was taking us however wss there on time. She just needed the tickets from the city tiur guide. Yursa was a great guide. Very informative with the history of the eiffel tower. We were a little disappointed with the amount of people allowed in. It was walll to wall people. I felt very claustrophobic. If you dont like crowded spaces this is not for you. The view is just a big crowded area if buildings below. We would not go back We opted for the river criise after. It was much more relaxing and not crowded. We liked it

So informative and inclusive to everyone on her tour. Groups are decently sized so not too crowded but grouped well. I think we were 20-25. Fantastic views! Thanks Yusra!

Solo traveler in Paris & booked this last minute. Meetup spot was easy to find, tour guide was friendly & knowledgeable, pointing out the facts around the Eiffel Tower & surrounding sights. I would definitely recommend a tour over just buying tickets (and go up to the summit!).

Prepare for crowds. This tour only covers a few highlights which is only possible given the size of the museum.

Guide was excellent. Kept group together and explained a lot of history.

Summit was closed was part of my plan that I bought, at the tickets would not honor the voucher did get to go on cruise

Our guide was very nice and sweet nature. The important thing to know on this tour is there is just expected to be long wait times to get up to the elevator line for the Eiffel Tower. It is obviously a very popular attraction. Its limited numbers can get on the elevator at a time. So I don’t think it’s avoidable. We were in line for about an hour before we actually hate it into the tower itself. After that, it was fine and it was a good experience. So unfortunately, the guide’s main responsibility was to keep us entertained for that one hour that we were standing in a long line. Afterwards or even before, you can opt to do the cruise, which is very pleasant. Not sure if this price point of $140 per person seems appropriate.

Our guide Ana B saved the day that suddenly turned rainy and cold. Her resilience in continuing the tour, giving all the history and explanations despite the rain, cold winds and reduced visibility was very much appreciated! And as the rainy reduced to a slight drizzle, the views from the top surely iced this cake!!

Hoping that your Uber or taxi know the area well enough to put you in the right place. After the tour was over, the Uber switched drivers twice and the 3rd one was a charm.

Our 3 o'clock tour didn't even get us on the elecator to the tower until after 4:30 which made it impossible for us to enjoy the sights from the 2nd platform, descend the elevator, walk out of the tower park area, cross a busy street and descend to the pier for the optional Seine boat ride by 5:15 departure. My wife and I are in our 70's and walk with vmcanes, but even able bodied persons would have had difficulty making that happen. The elevator delays alone made it problematic. For anyone booking a 4 pm time slot, Viator should caution that participants should take the 2 pm Seine River cruise departure to ensure being able to enjoy both bookings. Also the instructions of the address of the meetup was an apartment building, instead of around the corner on an open street. (Instructions detailed a Viator booth which didn't exist)

Worst ever operator.We booked Eiffel Tower Top with them and we reached almost 10 minutes before the departure and we can’t find any office nor any guide.We immediately rushed to Eiffel Tower entrance almost 50 meters hoping to find someone with some name of tour operator.No one.We convinced someone to use their phone to call number in the online tickets.After long waiting,someone came and offered us another slot after two days as it was useless as we had all the booking for remaining journey. Also when we checked summit tickets at official place below the tower,it’s almost half of what this Travel Misadvisor are offering with this local travel agency. Please avoid them

Our guide with the 4:30 tower tour, Dee, was excellent. Fun, informative and engaging. Our disappointment came when we went to get the tickets for the river cruise only to find out that boat was full and we’d have to wait an hour for the next cruise. We’d been up all night flying and chose not to wait.
