The views from on top of the Eiffel Tower were breathtaking! It is much colder if there is a wind blowing, we were there in November, so dress in layers. Our guide was full of facts and fun stories and was easy to understand.

Our guide, Archita, was excellent. Patient and helpful, and very knowledgeable about the Eiffel Tower. Although the weather didn't cooperate, she made the tour well worth it. Really enjoyed the experience, not the conditions, but that was not within our control. Thank you again Archita, you definitely made our visit memorable ❤️

Archi was our tour guide. She gave us a very detailed history of the Eiffel Tower. She was very informed and answered everyone’s questions. With our pass, we were able to go to all three levels. I highly recommend going all the way to the top. The view is incredible and worth the extra money. We took the 4:00 tour and it was perfect to watch the sunset.

Our guide was knowledgeable and personable so the tour was never dull. After about a 90 minute tour we got our tickets to go to the summit and were able to spend as much time as we wanted up there. Definitely recommend.

Tour guide was great and it was fun. But as expected really crowded and made it less enjoyable but obviously not the tour’s fault. I probably would pick something else because it was too hard to enjoy the view.

Couple keys points for the elevator tour that should have been noted on Viator’s site when buying tickets. First, there are steps even though it says elevator tour. One place it says 1 hour tour and another 1 to 2 hours. It took us 1 hour to get to the elevator and then we had to wait in line to get to this, the first elevator and they pack as many people in the elevator’s as they can. That elevator which we had to walk up steps to get takes you to the 2nd level. Then you walk up some more steps and wait inline again to get to the elevator that takes you to the summit and they pack them in there as well. Same process to get down at which point you have the option to stop at the first floor. They did not tell us if you have a cane you CAN NOT go to the top even though we paid for that person to go to the top. I expect a refund as this is not mentioned at all on Viators site. Also, when we went to find our tour guide, which she was very nice and knowledgeable, you would think with all those people around the Eiffel Tour, the tour person would have a Viator flag near where we were to meet. It was hard to find the address of where to meet as that was not marked at the corner where we did meet. They did send me a WhatsApp message but I did not hear it, about 9 minutes before we were to meet. All she had was a sheet that said Paris Diners that she was holding in her hand. While the view was great, trying to find them, the stairs and one in our group that had a cane was not allowed to go to the summit put a real damper on this tour. Viator could have selected a location that you could easily find on a corner sign, told you there still are stairs and about how many with the elevator tour and made their tour people carry a sign on a pole the said Viator Tour at the meeting point and that if you have a cane you cannot go to the summit. That would have solved all the issues and anxiety we had to go threw for this tour.

The guide was excellent, very informative and helpful, making it a great experience. Skip the line got us in quickly and saved us a lot of time.

Our tour guide was GREAT. Since we could not go to the top of the Eiffel Tower we were told we would get a partial cash refund. I did receive something about a voucher for a future tour which is nice but I’mexpecting a partial cash refund

Our guide Archie was very informative!! She was very detailed and explained the history . Very satisfied with this tour! She even did a wonderful job despite the weather its was pouring and cold!!

I booked my tickets for 7:00pm but the tour guide has booked the tickets for 7:30pm and she kept us in a very rainy and windy weather for 30 minutes to pass the time. This is not a guided tour, they over charge as a guided tour. The tour guide has kept the tickets till 7:30 to make sure that we stay with her during all the time.

Our tour was scheduled at 4 p.m. on 9/21. We were a family of 8, and we arrived early, at 3:20 p.m. We met with the guide (Meme?) who said we were early, and she suggested we go to the cafe at the corner, but to be back at 4 p.m. I confirmed the time and place with her before we left. We left the cafe at 3:50 p.m. and arrived at the corner where she said to meet at 3:52 p.m. (The cafe was very close on the opposite corner.) She was not there, but another guide said she left and to meet her at security. We were upset to say the least, but we finally found her and the group (not easy), who were not happy with us, which we did not appreciate. We were at the corner BEFORE the time she said to be. The rest of the tour through the Eiffel Tower ended up just being the eight of us, since the others went up to the summit. She flew through the information, talking very fast, and she was very difficult to understand. It was obvious, she did not want to be there. All eight of us were very disappointed with the guide for this tour.

Archi was a fabulous tour guide and told us lots about the history of the tower and surrounding historical and architectural sites. Well worth the money to skip lines and learn the history. Has been my dream to visit the tower since I studied French at 13 years old in regional Australia 🤩

The tour took several hours because of security and the elevators. I was disappointed that the guide had to divide her commentary between English speaking and French speaking participants. All the other tours in Paris, the guide only had English speaking participants. That took away from the experience where everything was said in both languages and very fast.

Ria was EXCELLENT AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE about the Eiffel Tower and Paris. She gave us lots of good advice on navigating Paris. Highly recommend her, and this tour to visit The Eiffel Tower.

We had a great experience at the Eiffel Tower. Even though it was raining we were still able to get some great views. Our tour guide gave some interesting history of the tower.

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. It was amazing going to the top of the Eiffel Tower.

We were told to be at the meeting point at 3:15. The tour started at 4:00 sharp. If we were late, we would lose our ticket. We were there waiting with other customers when the guide showed up at 3:58, two minutes until the tour starts, no communication, and we were not at the gate of the tower yet. Once we were on the 2nd level, the guide, who was friendly, gave us a 30 minute “spiel” about the history of the tower. We could tell she was in a hurry. She positioned us at the base of some stairs where people were constantly walking behind us and bumping us. She did not make certain that all customers on the tour saw her graphics on the iPad, did not allow for questions, and just hurried through her prepared speech. She could have taken us to a corner where people were not walking past constantly. Then she walked us over to the queue for the elevator and left us there to complete our visit on our own- no guide beyond the 2nd level. The only benefit we had was skipping the long que to get through the gates, but other than that, there were massive queues, a long wait to go up and come back down, which the guide avoided since she left us on the 2nd level. Next time we will book directly with the tower and avoid lines and the added expense of a tour with no real guide.

Tour was fun and educational. Guide (Riya) was pleasant and knowledgable about the structure. Would have been nice to learn more about the creator that you can't find online (at least not easily). Not worth the cost except perhaps for avoiding lines (when they are there). Just think the company charges too much for this benefit.

Amazing tour with Archita! She delivered so much knowledge not only of the Eiffel Tower, but the City of Paris as a whole, with such great enthusiasm! She was an absolute delight!

Once in a lifetime type of experience and not to be missed. The entire evening was wonderful and one we will not forget for years to come. Our tour guide Riya was a wonderful guide who was well informed and well spoken with a great sense of humor. She took good care of the entire group. Well worth the price to visit the Eiffel Tower’s summit.

The tour guide was great and gave plenty of information. Plenty of views of the city and picture opportunities. A warning that the lifts (elevators) get very full and the lines are long.

It was a good tour. The guide was fine. Didn't have the time correct for the entry, so we had to wait for an additional 30 minutes. Then we got up and the 3 out of the 4 elevators to the summit were broken. So it took forever to get up and a huge wait again to get down.

Timed this excursion so as to be at the top of the Eiffel Tower for sunset. Once you arrive to the top, we were able to stay there as long as we wanted at this time of day. We were able to capture incredible photos. Our tour guide was very accommodating and assured all the participants were able to have a snack and use the restroom facilities before ascending the tower. She was very informative about the history of the Eiffel Tower. Definitely worth every penny.

Horrible tour disorganized and we did not get to climb the stairs. The tour guide said she was unaware we had the tour with stair climb even though we told her twice.

The tour was excellent! Everything very clear during the tour, the instructions to get to tbe meeting point also very clear. Archita our tour guide was great, knows the history and was at the exact time and place at tbe meeting point.

The queue was lengthy. The guide lovely but no audio so was very difficult to hear. Otherwise the lift up was quick and the view spectacular!

The views from the second platform were great, Mina is a great tour guide - she was insightful on the tower’s history, construction and answered all our questions.

Tour was very good. Knowledgeable guide. Very friendly and made it interesting for our kids. Explains in understandable way.

It’s worth going to see and going all the way to the summit. I would plan to go around dusk so you can see the city during the, at night, and appreciate when the lights start flashing at night.
