Oh my Goodness.. Mean is a very funny lady who made sure we are not bored while she’s giving us the tour/induction. We were very much entertained and the tour was very much educational. Mena is a very energetic and knowledgeable lady who was able to share all what she knows with the rest of the tourists. I am very happy and thankful to the Paris Diva👏👏❤️

Not family-friendly or stroller-friendly at all. We had to wake our sleeping infant just to get into the elevator to go up, and the tour guide never warned us that this would be an issue. The tour itself was disappointing. The guide spent a lot of time talking about information that felt irrelevant and unnecessary. Complete waste of 2 hours. Traveling with a baby is already challenging, and this experience made it unnecessarily difficult. I would not book this tour again and definitely would not recommend it to families with young children or strollers.

They did not have a red and blue flag or sign with them as capital one description said they would. But we found tour guide, holding a piece of paper with some name of a Tour company on it and she had her name on the list. Good history given on the second floor summit at North southeastern West before getting on elevator and going to the summit.

Meet up point wasn't very visible however the tour itself was fantastic and the tour guide was very knowledgeable and brilliant.

Our Eiffel Tower tour guide Lovett was proficient and explained the history of the tower as well as the places around the tower.

Wonderful guide. She patiently walked us through the history of Eiffel tower. She started the tour promptly, made sure everyone is checked in. Didn't rush us.

As a solo traveler the tour guides are everything to me. My tour guide Lovette was great! She gave all kinds of relevant and relatable information about the Eiffel Tower. I would definitely recommend taking this tour to friends.

Overall, it was a good experience. Our guide, Lovette, was very funny, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. She explained everything clearly and made the tour enjoyable. The only downside was the long lines, and unfortunately there were no headphones provided, which made it a bit difficult to hear the explanations at times. Despite that, we still enjoyed the tour and appreciated the guide’s great attitude and professionalism.
