Eiffel Tower Top Floor Access By Stairs And Elevator Tour

Boat or canceled our tour at the last minute claiming “the top was closed.” Funny thing about that…we were already at the Eiffel Tower when we received the txt as we watched group after group go to the top. This is the second time this has happen us.

While my daughter and I absolutely loved the Eiffel Tower, we were not very happy with the tour experience. We spent money for a tour because we thought it would make our visit easier. In the end, we still had to wait in line for over an hour to get tickets, the tour guide did not seem prepared to give the tour and in the end, we went off on our own. The guide was very nice, but she just didn't seem like she had the experience with this particular tour to be an effective guide. I would not have spent the money if the description of the tour had been clear and indicated that we'd still have to wait in line.

It was the great experience. The guide Christine was very patient and explained the landmarks very well.

Our provider, Adventour, did not show up at the Eiffel Tower with our entry tickets. They were not available by phone, text, or email. We were not able to go to the top of the tower. Viator was great and gave us a full refund, but the local provider, Adventour never reached out to us or apologized.

It’s a lot of steps. And top floor could be closed due to capacity causing a wait. Our tour guide Garon was fantastic. A lot of tips and knowledge.

Whole family enjoyed this tour, including 15 year old daughter. We really loved learning about Gustav Eiffel.

The steps were a bit tough but so glad I did it. Our guide, Gabon, was wonderful. Even made it to the top.

While the climb to the second floor was tiring, it was totally worth it. Goran was fantastic. Great information and great sense of humor.

This tour was cancelled at the last minute; within an hour of the start time. Apparently, the guide was unable to get to Paris, ( no further explanation provided). We were already at the Eiffel Tower, ( having prepared ahead), when we received notice it was cancelled. The alternative option that was offered was not amenable to our schedule, so we requested a refund.

The tour started at 9.30am, at 7pm the night before I received an email to say they did not have tickets for me. By the time I received the email at 9pm, contacted Viator and told the company had closed for the day so that was that. I had ordered in advance and paid in advance. Totally shocking way to treat customers, told I could go a different day, but would have left Paris by then. So no Effiel Tower for me. It was already totally over priced, then they did not deliver, just left out to dry

It was very nice and interesting tour with Gorann. totally recommend to join and see the Paris from the bird's view

Nina was a great guide! Very friendly and knowledgeable. One thing that we didn't realize when booking is that she didn't accompany us the whole time; only to the 2nd floor. I also assumed we would get immediate entry, but we had to wait in line to buy tickets for our walk up to the 2nd floor, which we could've done without the booking. She used the wait time wisely but sharing with us information about the tower.

The tour guide did not show up! We paid $500 for tickets. The tour guide also did not respond to multiple attempts to calls and texts. He claimed we didnt show up therfore we lost our money. Viator will do nothing about this issue with the evidence I provided. The staff at Eiffel tower told us this happens all the time!! Shame on you Viator for scamming people!!! Offered zero resolve!!!!!!

We were contacted at 22:53 the night before to move the time from 5pm the next day to 9:30am. We had to change plans and then no-one was at the meeting point, really disappointed.

The guide was great and had a lot of interesting information. The wait for tickets was extremely long. I don’t feel like the summit was worth it.

We purchased the tour that included access to summit by elevator. However, on the day of the tour the access got closed due to weather. Our tour guide who was excellent told us that it is a normal procedure to issue refunds to the clients if the summit is not available. We requested a refund but Adventour rejected it. This is a very disappointing experience so we do not recommend using this operator.

They cancelled the tour 30mins before it was supposed to start!! They asked us if we wanted a refund or to reschedule - we requested a full refund since we don't have time to reschedule and have not heard anything!

Great experience. Niki/Nina was amazing. So knowledgeable and personable and easy to spend time with.

We booked the guided tour and Nina was the most amazing tour guide. Soo knowledgeable but above all just a great, friendly, happy, bubbly person who handled everything with ease and really got to know us - we weren’t just ‘another group’. We had a minor hiccup with the stairs up the Eiffel Tower being shut due to a marathon event but it was no trouble, sorted with additional tickets (cost covered by the company) to go up via the elevator. She took time to tell us things, answer any questions, pointed out things I’d never have looked at, told us loooads of facts about the tower itself plus surrounding buildings. Honestly, such a fantastic tour guide, we couldn’t have got anyone better. Nina, you were amazing! We wish you all the best xxxxxx

Nina was a fantastic tour guide, shows immense enthusiasm. We were on the 5pm tour on Saturday 21/2 Nina gave so much information about Eiffel Tower and surrounding land marks and Paris! Without this tour we would have missed out on so so much! Please do book a tour it is worth every penny and certainly enriches your Paris experience. Thank you Nina you where absolutely Fantastic and gave us an amazing tour!

We were put off to the next day, being warned at the last minute. Impossible for us the next day, so I am requesting a refund.

Guided by a love, but exactly the same things as if it were just, same steps, I take the Tickets ahead of us. Same as if it were alone, but paying 3 times more. The truth is purposeless.
