Eiffel Tower Summit Reserved Access Small Group Tour

FRAUD!!! Jubilant the tour guide STOLE OUR MONEY. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS TOURRR COMPANY!!! Refund our money NOW!

We got stood up and could not go on the tour. Operator did not answer the phone!! Terrible service. We waited in the area for an hour before so as not to be late! RUINED our night in Paris. Refund isn't even enough to make up for the lost time and disappointment!! Would leave 0 stars but site wouldn't post review then.

Not only did this tour company not show up when they were expected to, but they did not answer the phonE, EVER! Viator made me wait another 20 minutes before I was even allowed to buy my own tickets before issuing the refund. We waited in the area for an hour before so as not to be late. Ruined our one night in Paris.. Terrible experience!! Stay far far away from this tour!

Tour guide never showed up. If I could give 0 stars, I would. We were confirmed the day before by text. So they had our contact information.

Absolutely terrible experience. I booked a guided Eiffel Tower Summit tour for 9:30 PM, and I had plans before that. Since it was my last day in Paris, the timing was very important. Just a few hours before the tour, they suddenly emailed me saying the time had been changed to 7:30 PM, forcing me to cancel my plans. What made the experience even worse was the queue. People who didn’t have tickets and wanted to buy them on the spot had a much shorter line than we did. Because the tour company gave us e-tickets, we had to stand in an extremely long queue for hours. I specifically chose this tour because they advertised reserved tickets and claimed there would be no need to wait in long lines. I paid over €100 for a guided Summit tour, but the “guided” part lasted only about 3–4 minutes. The guide briefly explained who built the Eiffel Tower, handed us the tickets, said goodbye, and left us on our own. After waiting for over two hours, Eiffel Tower staff informed us that the summit was closed for the day and told us to contact the agency for a refund. I immediately contacted both the agency and the guide, but they refused to refund me. I paid for a guided summit experience but received neither a proper guided tour nor access to the summit. This was a complete waste of time and money and a very disappointing way to spend my last day in Paris. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Abigail was a great guide. She gave an interesting insight on Eiffel tower about its history and how is it maintained today. The meeting point could have been nearer to the entrance of Eiffel instead of a bit farther away. I must say for the group who joined at the pickup, it was confusing as especially the number of the building was not visible and the restaurant name which was mentioned in the app for Meeting point was not seen But overall it was a good experience with Abigail as our tour guide

While guide gave us a brief history outside of tower. Other than that - no tour of sites from 2nd level as promised and definitely not 1 1/2 hours. She took us to 2nd level and then summit elevator and left. Totally not worth it other than fact we waited too late to book summit tickets independently. Book at least 30-60 days ahead on their site.

Alexandra was punctual, courteous, funny & knowledgeable.

If you are able to get tickets directly from the site that is a better option. The only benefit of the guided tour was not waiting in line. The guided tour is significantly more expensive than the tickets.

We arrived 10 minutes early at the appropriate meeting place and no guide was there or could be found. We had no way to communicate with them thus we had to miss our tour and go through the hassle of getting a refund. Thankfully Viator handled the situation efficiently and fairly and got me a refund. The outfitter’s communication throughout the process was poor.

The tour guide was never there - no flag or communication. They are also refusing to refund, this is definitely not right; Viator can't even do anything about it. I was there on time and did not see anyone at the meeting spot. I also went to the Eiffel tower and no TOUR was happening at that time.

Alexandra was a great guide. The problem was that I booked and paid for the Summit and only got tickets for the second level. I'm told that I will get refunded the difference between the two, but that really doesn't make up for the disappointment. Not like I live in Paris and can just make it up next weekend. Very unhappy.😡

The guide from Tourr.com never showed up in the meeting spot. My wife and I were 30 minutes prior and after. There was no number to call. No messages from the guide. We feel that it was a scam. We want our money back

This was this horrible experience for us. The tour operator showed up without our tickets, and then the guide herself had not been given a ticket. The tour operator apologized for it being their fault, but were unable to do anything about it so we were unable to take the tour. Those who were able to take the “tour” were not actually on a tour since the tour guide just sent them to the elevator, let them ascend by themselves, and then left to go home. Viator is impossible to get a hold of other than over their chat feature, and they were no help whatsoever. Please read the reviews for this tour and guide yourself accordingly.

My sons and I had a horrible experience with this tour. We showed up and were told by the tour guide that the tour operator only provided her two of our three tickets, even though she could see that we had paid for three tickets. I had received a confirmation of our reservation when we paid, then again one day prior to the tour, and again an hour prior to the tour. The tour guide put me on the phone with the tour operator, and the tour operator acknowledged it was their fault, but that they couldn’t do anything about it, and that we wouldn’t all be able to go on the tour. In addition, the tour guide herself did not have a ticket, so she sent the rest of the tour guests up on their own. So the rest of the people effectively paid a lot more for general admission tickets without getting any sort of tour or history about the tower. In the end, we did get a refund, but it was devastating as it was a bucket list item for my sons and we couldn’t enjoy this together. There are a lot of negative reviews about this tour, I should’ve listened.

Not the experience we were expecting. Paid for and received confirmation for full summit access. When we arrived the "tour guide" told us they had only received confirmation of 2nd floor access. Even after showing proof of our reservation, were told "What do you want me to do? I only have tickets for the 2nd floor!" No actual assistance in sorting it out and basically told. Stiff Sh!t suck it up and try for a refund. The "tour guide" was more like an escort to the gate. Although she had some good information about the tower it stopped at the base. Felt like a dump and run. Better things to do. The tower is a great visit. Would recommend going to have a look. Would i recommend this company? Not likely. No help in trying to sort the issue out, no communication after raising the issue and no response when escalation requested.

Our guide Alexandria was great! She was super sweet with our kids! We ended up on the tour with just our group of 5. Actual guided portion was “short” - but just the right amount of time. Alexandria gave us the history of the tower and walked us up. She took a few family photos, gave us some pointers, and then left us to explore which was wonderful. We didn’t feel like we had to rush or check in with anyone if we wanted to move to another floor. The tickets also included skip the line which was a MUST for the short time we had in the city!

Alexandra gave us a quick tour of the Eiffel Tour and its history. We were able to explore the Tour at night which was an amazing experience. We went in March so pack a warm jacket. It’s cool and windy on the summit and 2nd floor

We booked and time was drastically changed the night before with only notice sent on rarely used app. I was called two minutes before tour saying your out of luck. They did agree to a refund which was the right thing to do. it may be fine as long as you are properly notified of time change and agree to it.

Very good experience. Our guide was polite and funny. she didn't have all the answers to our questions, but we enjoyed the experience. Going up to the summit is definitely the best option so you can have a 360 view of the city.

We had Abbey as our guide for the Eiffel Tower and she was fantastic! She managed to make the tour both fun and informative mixing in lots of interesting facts with a great sense of humour. We went to our spot to meet 30 min early. They did Not show up another company took pity on us and let us tag along with them when we waited forever and very frustrated

Guide was late arriving but otherwise a great adventure. The Summit is a must. Skip the lines is a must as well.

We were met by a very informative guide who got us through the gates & gave us lots of information on the history & construction of the Tower. We then went up on our own & despite the hoards of people, loved the experience.

The guide didn’t have the flag as stated in the directions. I had to contact Viator to find the guide. He walked us up to the entrance he said. Enjoy your day and left us to walk in the entry point for skip the line ticket.

I can’t even give them a half a star. It was the worst tour experience we have ever had. We were 5 minutes late because another tour group looked at our vouchers and said we were with their group. However, after standing in line to check in with the individual guide, he said we were in the wrong place. The guide we were supposed to be with left 2 minutes before we got to them. Another guide, Alexandra, who came about 40 minutes later had no empathy at all. She even lied and said that our guide who left without us had tried to call me at least twice, and I showed her that nobody tried to call me. She finally called a manager after I asked her several times to see if we could join a later group, and the manager also had no empathy and didn’t care that we were 5 minutes late through no fault of ours and that nobody tried to call us before our group left. The company only wants your money and don’t give a crap about customer service!!

Alexandra Was Great! We were running a little late and she called on WhatsApp to find out our ETA. Definitely get WhatsApp. Very commonly used the EU.

The description said skip the line, which is not true. You have the same wait and same access point as everyone else, only with a guide which wasn't necessary. Our guide was very informative and had great energy, but overall, we didn't need help finding our way to the top of the tower. Overall, if we hadn't booked this experience, we wouldn't have been able to get tickets, so it was worth it in the end. Like everywhere else in Paris in July, there were huge crowds, half of which were Instagram influences trying to do a photo shoot among the throngs of people. The views were amazing. We had fun on the glass floors.
