Eiffel Tower Summit Or 2nd Floor + Seine River Cruise Options

My email with the guide contact information arrived after my tour time expired so I couldn’t find my guide. Very disappointing experience.

The experience was good, but don’t expect the guided tour person will Be there all the time, you will receive instructions and a little bit of the history of It.

Evening entry, easy moving through security line. Great view of Paris at night. Especially the twinkling lights on the Eiffel Tower shown every hour.

Great way to get access to the top of the tower. River cruise was a nice way to relax after exploring the city.

Our guide was very accommodating with taking excellent shots of ourselves and the tower and spoke clearly! The river cruise was very enjoyable and it helped to orient us within the city.

Great tour. A bit of a queue to board the elevator, but we have to say, it was all worth it! Great views from second level. Seamless boarding for the Seine river cruise too!

I am very disappointed right now. I arrived an hour early to find my meeting point keep in mind I have never been to Paris. The instructions were there but Everyone I ask point in a different direction. I tried to call both contact numbers that did not work. This was experience I had been looking forward too

Very good experience. Directions were good and straight forward and it was easy to get to the tower to eat. Food was great. The tour length is longer than 5.5 hours though so take that into consideration.

Magical! Very easy meet up and escort to the 1st and 2nd floors of the Tower. Highly recommend the summit where we sipped champagne watching the sunset. Don’t miss the boat experience. We saw the Eiffel Tower, blinking lights two times that evening from the water.

I thought I had booked to go to the summit but when we got to the second floor our guide said thete was no booking to the summit and she wouldn’t let us go. Very disappointing as the ticket implied summit was an option.

False advertising and false promises and charged 400% cost and did not even provide the service. Requested refund and no one is even talking and pointing fingers between provider and booking company. Should never take this trip. Viator you lost a Customer for ever

This was the biggest waste of money that it was insulting. We met about a block from the Eiffel Tower and walked over. There was no line if you wanted toto purchase tickets and go right up, but we had to wait in a line with our tickets purchased in advance. The guide told us very little information. Most of the information you could’ve gotten in the first paragraph of Wikipedia. He brought us in and up to the first level and left us. That was it. Everyone who wasn’t in groups was just walking up to the ticket counter, buying their tickets and coming right in at the same time that we were. Don’t waste your money.

Mattieu was very kind and knowledgeable. No issues. We got the cruise option - you can use for anytime after your Eiffel Tower trip (time/date), which was super convenient.

If you are looking for a detailed tour with information about the Eiffel Tower this is not the tour to book. While it was nice have the guide walk us directly up to the entry point, and tell us where to catch the boat that was all he did. It seemed like a lot of money for what we got. Also our guide told us that the boats left every half hour and that was false. It was more like every hour. The boat tour portion was great! I would suggest booking a cheaper tour with a guide that is more knowledgeable.

Everything went smoothly and Nina was knowledgeable and a pleasure. I’m not sure it saved a lot of time in this case because you only ‘skip’ the initial line. The Tower itself was great!

It was an absolute win to book this tour. We had amazing tour guides and everything was so well organised. Instructions were very clear and easy and we got great information about the tower from our wonderful guide Dominique. She was so friendly and approachable. We were so happy that she even speak croatian so she could give us even more detailed information on what we asked. She is definitely a keeper. Our bus tour guide (Loiise if im not mistaken) was also amazing and took really good care of us all while we were on the bus, she even checks on us upstairs if we are cold as it was quite windy that day. Her info on the amenities we were driving by were very informative and interesting and made our ride even more entertaining. You have amazing guides!!! I highly recommend this tour for anyone who wants to see as much as possible of Paris in a day.

I only received the ticket for the Eiffel Tower, and not the ticket for the cruise. So I paid way too much for half of the package. And I didn't find how to reach you without a phone, as I couldn't reply to your emails.

It was good. Fast and without lines. The guide spoke perfect Spanish, and that is VERY GOOD. The guide's last name was Gotig. Excellent.

We were, as requested, at 5:55 PM, at the meeting point. At 6:00 PM a violent thunderstorm occurred. The guide left running with some of the tourists in the direction of the Eiffel Tower under torrential rain. We were not able to follow him and access the Eiffel Tower. Consequently, the tour of the Tower and the cruise on the Seine scheduled afterwards were not possible. I contacted the service provider Extime Travel the same day, who asked me to contact you. I am requesting a full refund of my payment.

A very kind and cheerful lady named Dominique speaks good English and Italian; we were very well looked after and also given advice for after the metro and the trip.

The activity was a bit long unnecessarily. We met up with the guide far from the Eiffel Tower and we saw no point in that meeting because we had to walk for quite a while and there was no valuable explanation that was worth it. Then there were delays in getting the tickets, we had no priority for being with a guide, the explanation was minimal, and we went up on our own. We had to tour the third floor alone and then on the second floor the guide was no longer there even though she had said she would explain things to us there. It would have been the same to go alone, although we surely would have done it in less time and cheaper.

Tourist trap! The guide only takes us from the meeting point to the elevator. The tower is WOW but we are paying for an activity that we could have had considerably cheaper with the Eiffel Tower directly. Really disappointed

The visit was with a Spanish guide, who accompanied us to the elevator that went up to the third floor. Our guide was Louisse, who in addition to being super friendly, giving us all kinds of explanations (which we didn’t expect), taking us down a street with spectacular views of the Eiffel Tower and taking a photo there, devoted all his time to giving us information in Spanish and English, as our group was mixed.
