Eiffel Tower Small Group Tour With Second Floor Reserved Access

Great tour but didn’t realize that it was cut off as soon as we went up the tower. I think this is more of a skip the line option rather than an actual tour.

All of our communication told us to meet at the meeting point at 1930 and when we got there at 1920 we waited and nobody showed up. We starting asking other people if they were on a tour and they told us that our group had already left for the tower. I panicked and started running not knowing where to even go to try to find them. We found the entry gates and nobody spoke English so we went through and on the other side saw a group standing around a tour guide. I asked if she was our tour company and she said yes and I asked why did you leave without us? She responded that the meeting was 1915 and I told her it absolutely was not according to all of the communication I had received. So we missed most of the history talk and we were now stressed after learning our group had left without us. She asked my name and I responded that she should know my name since she left without me. I would expect her to know the names of who she had in her group. She was very unfriendly to us the remainder of the tour. I will never book through Viator again.

I booked this Eiffel Tower tour for 20 th June 2026. I arrived at the meeting point on time, but no guide or representative was there. I sent messages through the contact provided and got no response during the wait. After the stated check-in deadline passed, I was told I had missed the tour and would not be refunded. There was no call, no message, and no one at the location the entire time. If you book this tour, arrive very early and get the guide’s direct phone number in advance, not just a chat link. I would not book this again.

It was great and our tour guide was excellent. The actual place was crowded but it was part of the time we visited. It was worth spending the extra money to get the service we got.

Enjoyed our tour guide, Alexandra. She was both informative and pleasant. I do suggest you bring more specific on address meeting point. There is no number 14 displayed. We easily saw number 16 and a cafe on corner.

They sent an email less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour time to ask if we could move the tour from a 9am start time to a 930pm start time. We didn’t see the email and showed up at 9am as we had planned. No guide there. No phone call to tell us about the change in plans. The link to send a message via email was inactive. No offer to refund our money. Even if we had received the email to reschedule, we would not have been able to change the time as we already had other plans that day. Thankfully, a lovely lady from another tour group was able to accommodate us on her tour. Do not use this tour group! Unreliable!

Super bad experience. Avoid it. They changed my time schedule and then didn’t appear on the meeting point as re-scheduled. Finally the guide arrived 25min later and had no idea of my reservation. They asked me to cooperate and so I did, and finally could come to the Eiffel Tower but the whole was a Very bad experience.

we had no experience as no one showed up at the meeting point with a blue back pack and no one claimed to be our host. As we tried to call the phone number no one answered the phone. Truly a desaster, especially for that price!

Unfortunately it didn't work out at all! We didn't find the tourguide and it couldn't be solved via the messenger. Nobody could call us until two hours later. We had to buy new tickets because the children were so sad. A very stupid situation and I would like to have a reasonable answer for how we could solve it. Only AI answers don't help in such a moment! So I lost 255,- and would have to buy new tickets!

We had Alexandra as our guide and enjoyed our tour! She shared with us the history of the Iron Lady with humor!
