Great tour, Ali was awesome with all his knowledge. Get the tour with the elevator if you’re not in great shape. 347 steps to level one and an additional 327 to level two. 😳 We did make it and the views are awesome! Highly recommend.

The experience was fine. Just know that you can buy the ticket to the summit for much cheaper on-line. I was coming last minute so none were available directly so I went with this tour that has (prebought) tickets to the summit. And, just know that the tour guide gets you to the 2nd floor then leaves you to go to the summit on your own.

Admission was smooth and JD took care of everything!

Meeting place a little confusing. Guide,Ali, was very good and informative. Enjoyed his commentary and historical facts. Overall very good.

We were extremely disappointed with this tour. We expected some sort of priority given we paid €95 pp. Our guide Melanie did her best to keep the group together but she lost us before we got to the summit. We were in line for about 45 minutes to get lift to 2nd floor and at least the same again to get to the summit. We were eventually told there was problem with 2 of the 4 lifts, so when we reached the top, there were so many queueing to get back down again, it was difficult to enjoy the experience or the views. We pretty much immediately joined the queue to come down again and did not stop on 2nd or 1st floor to take in the views or experience the glass floors because at this stage we did not want to stand in another queue. All in all it took well over 2 hours from when we met our guide at 1.00pm to when we got back down again at 3.30pm. This may or may not have been exceptional, but regardless it is not worth paying over twice the price for something that could be booked directly on line for about half the price.

Meet up place was hard to find. There were several groups also confused. Quick access, some good info, but wished more.

Excellent tour and guide. Made the trip easier especially if you haven’t done this before. The guide was a local and she knew Paris very well and all about Eiffel Tower.

I missed the tour. I could not find the location. It was very difficult. I speak English, others did not. People I asked had no idea where it was. I got a phone call. no one was there. I called back, no answer. Turns out they were communicating via "what's app". Had I known they were going to use "What's App" for communication, I probably could have found the group. I didn't find anywhere in the reading that communication was going to be through " What's App". Therefore, I completely missed the whole tour. They say to be there early. Doesn't matter how early if you can't find it.

This is a company that buys up available Effiel tower slots, charges 200-300% markup on tickets to use the group line - but only offers the expedited group line to the 2nd floor, then uses vague language about the summit. The time that you save getting into the effiel tower area is then wasted by a weak tour guide who also informs you that they can't help get you to the summit.

JD did an excellent job of telling us about the history of the Eiffel Towers. He also threw in stories about the Eiffel towel that were funny and lighthearted. He was very good about taking pictures of people in the tour so we could have lasting memories.

Ali was the best tour guide, full of interesting facts and information, and easy to follow and hear. Well worth booking the tour!

Such a great way to see experience the Eiffel Tower. Our guide, Ali (Ah-Lee) was awesome. He provided great history and commentary on the historical monument and was engaging and funny as well.

Joanna did an excellent job inspite of the rainy and cold weather. The history and various knowledge facets of how the tower was built was educational and at the appropriate level.

His enthusiasm, great sense of humour, and fascinating stories made the entire tour both entertaining and informative. Possible That top of tower can close at any time. Our tour guide was great though patient and information.

Effeil tower visit was excellent. But rates charged by agency where too high. The guide came late , everyone was waiting but he arrived late.

Lady E is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Love her positive energy!!! Can’t blame the trout company for equipment issues with no being able to go to the summit. We were told a partial refund will be given but we’ll see.

The actual tour was fabulous and we had the best guide. Unfortunately, Viator gave us printed tickets with the wrong date so we had trouble getting to the 2nd floor and trouble again getting to the summit. That’s the only reason for 3 stars. Otherwise, the experience and views from the Eiffel Tower were amazing! Definitely a must see!!

Ali gave a good tour. Friendly and informative. The tour isn't long. The package is mainly to let you jump the line. But he did give us a lot of fun information before we got to the 2nd floor deck, at which point the tour ends and you can linger as long as you'd like. We added the elevator to the summit, which was well worth it. 1st floor exhibit on Statue of Liberty was interesting. We went in the evening, which I recommend.

It is very overpriced compared to the cost of getting tickets directly on your own. The tour consisted of a brief talk on the ground before being escorted to the second floor. We were left on our own to go to the summit. This was not a good value and very disappointing compared to other Viator tours we took. The tour company was not willing to refund us when I complained about how unhappy we were with the quality of this tour for the price. I would not recommend it.

We took the tour with JD on the Eiffeltower. He brought a really good energy into our group. It was fun and we got a lot of interesting information.

The winds can get intense come prepared to loose umbrellas. The summit also will close during such weather. Nonetheless fantastic views of Paris and lots of fun history.

The merging place was not clear. The guide was awful. She read off notable facts and then showed a picture of the tower being built. She told me- I have a cane- I couldn’t take the lift to the first floor. I walked up WITH my cane. At the s3cond le status She told me I had to walk to the third level AND I would have to walk down the tower. She said could not take the lift. Well, I did take the lift down and when I got back to our hotel- Marriott- the concierge told me yes- I could have taken the lift. I want my account credited the $153.74 I spent. I look forward to hearing back from Viator concerning this matter
