The tour guide was lovely but they appear to be there to help you through the queues! It’s easy to navigate the site. We agreed that we’d have just brought our tickets in advance and made own way through queues if we’d known

We missed our first tour due to a long traffic jam in Uber and ran for quite some distance. We had to rebook at an additional fee (even though we notified the tour company of the delay). On the day of our rebooking- Nina, our guide was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. She answered our questions and made sure everyone could hear the details of the information she was sharing. She made sure we knew our decent options and took photos. I would book her again.

Raymond was awesome. He shared a lot of knowledge and was helpful answering questions as well. This is my first time in Paris. Although the weather was not great today (cold, very windy, rainy), I’m glad I still participated and got some great photos and videos. Thanks Raymond for a great experience!

The tour started on time. Jasmina our tour guide was very thorough, friendly and professional. She was very informative. She has a great sense of humor and made sure her group stayed together. She speaks English very well .

Weather wasn’t optimal for viewing but Maria was very informative and helpful for our trip!

Seeing the Eiffel Tower was a wonderful experience but this was a self-directed tour we could have done in our own. It was not a guided tour as described. We were "guided" thru the entry line, taken to the second floor and left to figure everything else out in our own. We were not shown the landmarks of the city or anything else except where to take (on our own) the elevator to the top. Beautiful building and views but do not expect a "guided tour"...

This was no so much a tour of the Eiffel Tower as a way to get through the long lines. That said, it’s worth the price as you shouldn’t spend your vacation time waiting on a line. Our guide was pleasant, but provided some aspects of the the tower, but he could have added more

What an amazing experience! Our guide Maria was fabulous, very knowledgeable, interesting, fun!! She had many interesting stories and pictures to show us. We went to the top of the Eiffel Tower and even though I am somewhat fearful of heights it was an exceptional experience!!! Don’t miss going to the top!!!

It gets very busy, we went to the top of the tower, which is a one off for us , but beautiful views.The guide was very nice and knowledgeable. When coming down it was a very big queue to get in, one couple went under the rope to skip the queue , just take your turn, as people have qued for a long time.

Wonderful hour on the Seine. Viator description was exactly what I was looking for. Lovely weather for a boat ride. Only suggestion would be to stick to Parisian music, not American.

It was a comprehensive guide that included the history and many important facts about how it was constructed so many years ago. Our guide, Nina shared her wealth of information with us, she kept our group together, and made sure she led us to an area on the top level that had less wind so we could hear better and take beautiful pictures of all the points she described to us. She genuinely loves her job and it really shows

We had a great time with our guide “Nina”. She was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. As we were waiting in the rain she share her umbrella with my wife. Also they had close the top for some difficulties but she remained confident that they would open it. And they did! We would recommend the tour again and to have her as the guide!

Good tour. Saw a lot and learned more about the history and significance of the Eiffel. Guide was comical and made sure we all kept toting the large crowds that evening. Nighttime was best time to go to see all the city in lights.

We had a wonderful experience with Maria from City wonders. We gained lots of new information about the Eiffel Tower and the park. She did a great job keeping us together as we negotiated the crowds. A few of us had different problems arise and Maria was patient and a wonderful problem solver.
