Great trip to the summit even though it was cloudy and a bit of rain. Ikaette (sp) was our guide with Trip Paris. She was very informative and I learned a lot about the building of the Tower. Wish we had been able to see the city at night!

Our guided tour of the Eiffel Tower in Paris was wonderful. Our guide was ALWAYS smiling with lots of energy and made the experience awesome. Seeing Paris from the Eiffel Tower was incredible, and the Seine River cruise was equally amazing.
Definitely worth booking this trip. We avoided long queues and having Hippolyte as our guide made for a stress free visit. He was excellent, informative and funny. He took care to ensure everybody in our group of about 12 people stayed together and could hear the information he gave, which was full of interesting facts.

Fantastic tour of the Eiffel Tower with a quick river cruise afterward. Sarah the tour guide was very good and spoke excellent English. The meeting location was easy to find, and was a quick walk to the Eiffel tower. She provided a good amount of history and facts about the Eiffel Tower, got us to the first viewing platform, and then set us free to walk around. We opted to go to the top which of course has fantastic views of Paris. The river boat cruise was very nice, on a crowded boat so try to get upstairs in the open air.

Amazing experience. We chose to go up the tower later in the evening to see the city light up in the dark....we weren't disappointed. We had the lovely Marcella as our guide who was very enthusiastic and full of information about the tower. Our package included a boat trip on the Seine which we chose to do straight after. The views from the boat of the Eiffel Tower all lit up and sparkling were amazing. An unforgettable experience.

Ticket office a bit hard to find but process smooth. The guide only helped get you through the main gate and on the elevator at the tower. Once on 2nd floor he pointed out some general landmarks from each side of tower and left. I believe you can do most of this yourself without a guide.

We booked this package specifically to get to the summit and paid the summit upgrade for two people. Only at the meeting point were we told the third level might not be accessible and it was indeed closed that day. Nothing in the listing warns that this can happen. The summit is sold purely as a paid extra, it is even in the product title. We were merely told we could claim a refund ourselves. Having taken money for a level they knew that morning they could not deliver, the operator should have apologised and refunded the supplement to our card on their own initiative. The Seine "cruise" is not part of the guided experience: you receive simply a standard Bateaux Parisiens ticket, walk over yourself, then queue over an hour to board a large boat with hundreds of others: no personal service, and the ticket can be bought directly. The guiding effectively ends at the lift to level 2. The view over Paris is magnificent. But for what you actually receive, this package is clearly overpriced, and the listing does not tell you what you need to know before paying.

Absolutely beautiful experience it was. Had opted for Eiffel Tower 2nd floor access with Summit, followed by the Siene River Cruise. The best part was getting to know about so many facts of the tower from Ekatte, she was our wonderful guide for the day. Knowledgeable with a dash of funky essence, she's amazing. Definitely a must do when seeing Paris. The tour director walked us to the Eiffel Tower and brought us up to the second level where she walked us up to the line where we waited for the elevator to the top. She was very knowledgeable and gave us interesting bits of trivia and history. I felt like we saved alit of time by going with the tour and less waiting in long lines.

You meet the guide in a friendly and comfortable office, and walk about five minutes over to the entry to the Eiffel Tower. The guides are assigned based on language, although ours was able to communicate just as fluently with a family that came who spoke a different language. She was friendly and clear and very efficient in getting us through all of the steps getting into the elevator to the Eiffel Tower second level. Then we were free to roam as we chose. A very nice afternoon and great experience! We didn’t get a chance to take the boat tour as well because of our limited time in Paris, but even with out that this was certainly worth the price.
Honestly I panicked when I had trouble booking a summit access of the Eiffel Tower directly with the Eiffel Tower website. So I booked this combo thru Trip Advisor. Yes, it did get us the tickets we needed to get to the top, but it was really overpriced. I should have done a bit more investigating on how to get regular-priced tickets and probs could have even purchased them there that day. The meeting place was in a nearby storefront travel agency and was easy and organized. The tour leader was just OK, nice but kind of bored. And of course the Eiffel Tower is grand and spectacular and you MUST go to the top. We never even used the Seine cruise tickets since we got them free with another tour we went on.

We have visited the Eiffel Tower before but this was by far the best experience. Miguel walked us to the tower from the tour office. He gave us the history. He took pictures for us. Walked us to the first elevator. Told us where to take another elevator to get to the third level. Our visit went very smoothly because of his very specific directions.
Our wonderful guide got us right in. Took us to the third floor elevator and told which restrooms were the best to use. The Seine cruise with Bateau Boats was informational.

Guide was great and informative. I do however think it’s easy enough to pay there and not book the tour. Not a reflection on the guide just don’t think it’s necessary to book through a group. You can get tickets and access to the top for less money at the tower
The Eiffel Tower tour was fantastic! However, if you are booking the river cruise with it be aware of horrendously long queues! When we got there the queue was nearly a kilometre long and it didn’t matter that we booked in advance as we still had to stand there for an hour and a half before we got on! You can’t book a time slot for the cruise so had to wait with general admission. The only good thing about booking in advance is that we didn’t have to queue for the tickets as well. We ended up going in the evening and thank goodness we did because no way could we stand there for that long in the heat and it was brilliant to see the city lit up!
Reserve several weeks in advance. The guide was nice, knowledge and helpful. The staff at the office/meeting place was also polite and helpful.
Easy booking experience, clear directions to meeting point with option to save on Google Maps. Guide was waiting to register us outside the office as it was out of office opening hours. Guide was very friendly & multi linguistic, she was also very Informative taking us directly to the second floor of tour Eiffel. Guide had lots of knowledge of the history & answered any questions raised, she was very good Indeed. Guide left us at second floor so we could tour the summit at our own pace & for as long as we liked, giving all clear information about the summit and directions. Very enjoyable, would highly recommend an evening tour for this reason.
This is great way to experience The Eiffel Tower. Our guide presented the history and a few facts that are not common knowledge. We enjoyed hearing about the history of the Tower over the years. Although we had the “Skip the Line” tickets, we still had to stand in line waiting on elevators but we were never standing in line for more than 10 minutes. The views from the top were amazing and luckily we had a clear day and could see all of Paris. We had the ticket package that included a 1 hour cruise on The Seine River. The boat cruise was a nice way to relax after seeing the Tower but really not worth it. It was simply a cruise down the River and back. We wouldn’t recommend the cruise option if you’re looking to take this tour. Overall, touring The Eiffel Tower was well worth it for us and if you’re visiting Paris, we would recommend you take this tour.

A great tour of effiel tower second floor. If summit is included you do that bit yourselfs which was nice. Our tour guide was great and extremely helpful with questions. Office was easy to find to check ourselfs in and collect our tickets. Would highly recommend this company to use

We paid £200 to visit the summit. There was a technical issue with the tube so we had to take an alternative route and were 11 minutes late arriving at the meeting point, which is not at the Eiffel Tower and still before our accent time. We phoned the number provided for the tour guide and it went to a French speaking answer phone and there was no reply. They stipulate about arriving on time and of course it was our fault we were late but I imagine that’s why they provide the contact number. We then walked to the Eiffel Tower and kept phoning the number provided but there was no reply. We also called the following day. Very disappointed and will ensure we don’t use this company when we revisit.
