Eiffel Tower Dining Experience – Lunch, Dinner & Upgrades

Ope our tour guide was very knowledgeable and was able to answer every question we had he’s also very nice and made the experience. Very interesting. I wasn’t expecting to listen to it, but the information he gave us was both informational and fun if you were going to book with them ask for Ope.

Jubilant was an excellent guide for our family! This was our 1st time visiting Eiffel Tower, and Jubilant made it very interactive and inclusive by providing a lot of facts and my kids were very interested in learning.

Meeting spot was not exact- a bit confusing. Ended up as a private guide for just the two of us. Very friendly, great English and knowledgeable. Overall a bucket list experience. Too much food and wine!! My only suggestion is a better idea of the schedule ahead of time- likely would have chosen the earlier time. We did not realize we were eating at 9pm so made for a very late night.

Today, I met with Mr. Opeyemi on time at the meeting point. A nice young man and willing to answer all our enquiry concerning the history of the Effiel Tower. We are very satisfied with his service and the introduction and explanation in Chinese to my wife. We wish him every success in his good work.

Opeyemi , our coordinator for the Eiffel tower visit was a friendly, courteous and knowledgeable gentleman. He made our visit very interesting by explaining its history with the help of pictures he carries with him. An honest effort is made to make it a good experience for visitors. Would definitely recommend wonder meet and tours and especially Opeyemi.

Guides Helen and Effe were good knowledgeable and very personable. The food and service in the Restaurant was world class and surprising for a tourist location

We enjoyed the historic tour regarding the Eiffel Tower and the lunch was excellent! The Boat ride was nice, but would have liked a longer route. We did not have much time to see the Louvre, which was disappointing.

Sara did an excellent job leading us and sharing a lot of history and fun facts about the Eiffel Tower. She stayed with us all the way to the summit. The view is AMAZING. I would recommend this to everyone.

This was not a boat cruise. It was a ride to the Louvre less than 10 minute ride. I expected a cruise at the Siene river with the final destination being the museum. The cost of the tour packets did not meet what was delivered.

The start of the tour was very bumpy. We were given strict instructions on where to meet and to look for someone with a bright green cap and holding an 8x11 sign. Couldn’t find them anywhere. I got in contact with the company who assured me repeatedly they were there. I assured them he was not. They questioned if I was in the right place, I was. Well we got a call back that he is wearing a blue cap (not bright green like everything we were told) and the guy had no sign. Extremely frustrating. Lunch at the Eiffel was wonderful, would definitely recommend. When we met Imene for the second half of our tour (new tour guide) she was very friendly, knowledgeable and it was nice hearing what she had to say about the boat tour and the louvre.

Our guide a young lady was exceptionally knowledgeable and conversant on Parisian history. The tour time however was to compressed. The boat ride was a public water taxi and was useless. It left us insufficient time at the louvre. We were not taken to the museum entrance but left a quarter mile away with a here’s how you get there. Lunch at madame brassiere’s was very nice quite good in fact. In all not a good value

The company is excellent with regard to availability and follow up. I could not find the initial meeting point and someone guided me to it and stayed on the phone until I reached the location.Thereafter I decided to finish the tour independently and they called me to see if I was ok. If you want to avoid the hassle of booking on your own, I recommend this Agency because of the customer service was outstanding.

Lunch was fabulous! Tour guide Yemisi was fantastic. Group tour conductor left a lot to be figured out on your own. …There was…NEVER…a ‘flag’ or other identifyer. She was very disappointing…but Eiffel Tour guide, Edmund, connected us before things too out of hand. Several other clients complained on lack of information.

My group of friends and I had only the day to tour Paris. We found what appeared to be a perfect tour for the relatively short amount of time we had. It looked like a nice, quick tour of many of the most famous sites. We were very excited to visit Paris. Two days prior to our scheduled tour I received an email from the management side of the tour company that notified us that our tour had been, due to "capacity issues" moved from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM, but that we would still get to experience all the sites promised. We waited for our guide at the pre-arranged location and found out that she had been there since 11:00 am and hadn't gotten the schedule change from management wasting crucial time that would have allowed the tour to proceed on the original schedule. I have to mention that both guides appear to be very capable and quite professional. However, the schedule change greatly limited what they were able to accomplish based on the original published schedule. My complaint is not with them but with the poor management of the company. We received a short, but nice, overview of the Eiffel Tower from our first guide who left us after about 30 minutes or so to ascend on our own to have lunch on the first level up. Lunch was great and the view was nice, as well. We then went down to to meet the second guide at about 2:45, who again, seemed very capable. He took us on a taxi for a quick photo opportunity in front of Notre Dame and then to the pyramid in front of the Louve. We spent about 45 total minutes with him. We then had less than two hours to tour the Louve when the advertised period of time was supposed to be three hours. We did not: "Ascend the Eiffel tower using the elevator with our experienced tour guide. Broaden your knowledge of the city and of Paris." We went up on our own. Nor did we Pass by the Parc du Champ de Mars, Invalides, Basilique du Sacre- Coeur de Montmarte, Arc De Triomphe, La Defense, Jardin des Tuileries or Arc de Triomple du Carrousel. We did not take the Seine River Cruise as there was not time to do so. The company recommended we do it on our own that night without the services of the promised guide. Due to our schedule it was not possible. Frankly, I wish we had used another company. My best estimate is we only received 20% of what we were promised. When we complained to the company they promised to refund only their cost of the Seine Boat Cruise to us. At this writing, I have not received that partial refund. We paid over $900 for this disappointing experience. We did not come close to getting what we were promised.
