Eiffel Tower Climbing Tour

Rita was a phenomenal guide! From the moment she collected us from the meeting point, she was cordial, fun and informative. It was fascinating to learn so much interesting history of the Eiffel Tower from Rita. I would recommend Rita and this tour. She was hilarious, brilliant company and a great guide!

Climbing the tower itself was a great experience! However, logistics of this booking were disappointing. The time of the tour was changed, we were not emailed the correct meeting address and the guide was irritated that we could not find her, and then she stood in line with us and left once we entered the tower. While the guide was very nice, we did not get what we paid for. Buying tickets directly from the Eiffel Tower would have been much more cost effective.

Angela made the tour fun for everyone in the group. (Especially the kids, if there are any present). She was very knowledgeable and energetic. She was able to match the kids’ energy and made learning fun for all of us. She answered all our questions about the landmarks and was a pleasure to tour with. She also adjusted the pace to the need: she hustled us to beat crowd/weather deadlines, or encouraged us to walk slowly to conserve energy when hiking 600+ stairs.

Angela is a fantastic guide- energetic, knowledgeable and all good vibes. She was so patient with my children and kept them engaged with interesting facts and tower trivia.

Yeju was an excellent guide that went above and beyond to make our tour the best experience. I would highly recommend booking this tour and request Yeju if you can. We booked early to beat the crowds and Yeju also covered aspects of Notre Dame as our tour had been cancelled the day prior. The photos Yeju took of us on all levels and out the front were excellent.

So knowledgeable and friendly! Perkins pointed out all there was to see, and gave pointers in Paris in general too. Our tour was so fun and exciting. Recommend 100%!

Excellent experience! Rita is the best!

This was the most negative experience I’ve had with both this company and Viator. I became ill and had to cancel overnight, which I believe was the responsible thing to do. I contacted Viator’s 24/7 support, and they told me they had notified the tour operator. I also attempted to contact the tour operator directly but initially received no response. When I was finally able to reach the tour operator, I was told that Viator controlled refund decisions. I then contacted Viator again and was told that the decision was up to the tour operator. I submitted a formal refund request but was denied despite having a legitimate reason for a last-minute cancellation. As a result, I lost $100. Meanwhile, approximately one-quarter of my booked activities booked through Viator have been canceled at the last minute for various reasons, which apparently is considered acceptable. Be careful when booking and make sure you are absolutely certain you can attend your activity. Based on my experience, do not expect a refund, even for a legitimate unforeseen issue.

We booked the Eiffel Tower walk up all 674 steps + Summit tickets through the tour guy. Our guide Yeju with Cleva Tours was fantastic! She was relaxed but what was awesome were all the interesting information about the Eiffel Tower and Paris she shared. So worth the seamless care and knowledge! Thank you Yeju!

Very friendly guide. Good knowledge. Got us through the right entrance, through security, and to the start of the climb, and then we were free to take our time and enjoy the experience. Just what we wanted.

JD was such an engaging and lovely tour guide. Was very creative with storytelling - he even had an iPad and mini model to show videos and photos part of the Eiffel Tower history. Overall, a very good tour guide, it didn’t seem like he was just there to do a job. He was genuine and can tell he enjoys taking the tours. Very knowledgeable as well and kept everybody interested in all the history and development of the Eiffel Tower. Had a great experience despite the freezing cold
