The exact meeting was near the base of the Eiffel Tower but was difficult to find on the side street. Allow extra time!
Queues were not too long. I had expected to have had to queue for longer. Very hot weather and quite crowded in the lift. Make sure you have a ticket that allows summit entry as it is really worth the extra. Several people we saw were disappointed not to be allowed entry to the summit as they did not have the correct ticket. Meeting place was very close to the tower and our guide clearly explained the procedure and gave us useful information about the tower. A must see experience when in Paris.
Really looking forward to taking my daughter to see this amazing structure however the sheer numbers of people queuing and the length of queues really is an issue! We were supposed to have a 2100hrs summit ascent however the length of the queues meant we didn’t actually get in the lift until 2230!
A terrific guide named Michelle (otherwise named Nicole Lisa or Elizabeth) who was sweet funny and engaging. Gave a good story and got us to where we wanted to go

Our guide called Ope was so pleasant and very informative regarding history and construction of tower. He stayed with us for two hours!! He even accommodated those of us who took stairs and met us on 2nd floor to continue tour. Couldnt recommend this family high point of our trip to Paris enough!
Liz, our tour guide was very knowledgeable and well prepared for the visit. She navigated us through the crowd skilfully and gave us all the information we needed. We visited the summit in December (low season) and we still had to queue for the packed lifts, for the toilets, and for everything else a lot. This experience would’ve been a nightmare during high season.
Paris is my favourite city, and I was so happy that I can see Eiffel Tower with audioguide option. We find it hard to follow guide for hours so audio guide option was the best fit for us. We could enjoy Eiffel with my boyfriend. All the instructions were so easy, we appreciate the customer service. They answered all our questions in advance. If you would like a better experience you can choose Vivicos. In the most romantic city, this was the best tour we got ever! Merci beaucoup!
We booked tickets with Audioguide & host for the Eiffel tower, me and my boyfriend like to see monuments without rush and on our pace. Vivicos team sent us the instructions on how download the audioguide with wifi before the tour and all informations and tickets were given by Vivicos representative at the meeting point. The Audioguide is not only on Eiffel tower but it cover the highlights of Paris as well so it is very usefull because you can use it for the other sites of Paris. I recommed this experience for all that would like to visit the Eiffel Tower and the city on their own.

I wanted to explore eiffel tower on my own and without rush and thanks to this I made it. The entry ticket allowed me to enter fast and without waiting plus the audio guide was so interesting! Definitely recommended!
For nearly triple the price per person all I received was the entrance fee when it was advertised as having a guide. The instructions gave a meet up address, the time and said a rep who would have a white flag. When the time came and went I learned after sending a message to customer service that ‘there was no guide with this tour and tickets were emailed directly to me just before my ‘meet up’ and ‘we were to enter on our own thru gate 2.’ I was also instructed to download an app which allowed me access to a listen to a taped story of the history of the Eiffel Tower. So I found that this advertised ‘tour’ was a complete sham and I hope you don’t waste your money like I did.
Was good, but was very confused about where to get the tickets. There was a meeting point listed on the email so I went there. Eventually ended up calling them and they had sent me my tickets on WhatsApp, but I had no idea they were gonna do that. The nice people at the towerlet us go in even though we were past our time.
We could not find the redemption place. We waited at the meeting place until 9:40 and no one showed up. We ended up buying tickets to get in.
I signed up for Sunday evening. Week or so before, contacted that the time was wrong in the app. Only choice was Wednesday morning. They kept trying to contact me with WhatsApp instead of texting or calling. Went to meeting place Wednesday. No one was there. Went to WhatsApp and they had just attached two tickets.
The Eiffel Tower did not disappoint and it was great to skip the long lines after missing the chance to get tickets directly. When we ran into problems, the communication via WhatsApp was really helpful. Don’t miss the instructions sent in WhatsApp - they are different than those in the original confirmation email!!
I was provided with a fast access ticket that got me right to the top. The view was breathtaking and definitely worthy! Also local staff was Proactive and helpful Definitely recommend It!
It was a wonderful experience! I was always supported by someone from the team who made the organization super easy for me, with this ticket I was able to save a lot of time given the long line, time that I spent admiring the splendid view of Paris! I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit the Eiffel Tower! Paris and the Eiffel Tower filled my heart, a trip to absolutely do at least once, I recommend this option for the really good price and the excellent service!

Great experience, would definitely recommend. The meeting spot was clear and easy to find and tour operator was very communicative. Our guide walked us directly to where we needed to go and gave great recommendations for the activity and further things to do that day or on the trip.

We were really happy about the German-speaking audio guide but it was anything but relaxed. We did not get access to the audio guide and the travel companion had completely no idea what I was saying. He spoke English, but so badly that he could hardly be understood. After my excitement and several phone calls with customer service lift we finally get sent access. It was simply an app to download (very hard abroad). About Eiffel Tower, this was exactly 3:19 “valuable” information that you would have otherwise read on Wikipedia, for which we paid a proud 59.90€ instead of the regular 36.70€. Sorry, but this is a clear rip-off. Now I'm still curious who will pay for these calls - I hope I don't get the extra cost.
All in all. The only trouble is waiting for the guide on the corner without knowing who will come and if he will come...
We had just had a fantastic experience with the Vivicos tour to the Eiffel Tower and I had to share it so that no one would miss it. You feel like a local history expert is personally guiding you. We learned about the construction of the Tower, the reviews of the time, and even details of how it is painted every 7 years! No queues, no stress: The great advantage of booking with Vivicos was skipping the endless queues for the lifts. Priority access is REAL and saved us hours waiting in the sun. The meeting process with the Vivicos Representative was very simple and well organized. Freedom to explore: Unlike group guided tours where you go to the rhythm of the guide, the audio guide allowed us to climb at our own pace. We stayed longer on the first floor to walk on the glass floor, enjoyed the views from the second without hurry and then climbed to the top for the obligatory photo. It was perfect to take all the pictures we wanted. Stunning panoramic views: Obviously, the Eiffel Tower is the protagonist. Having the audio guide at the top helped us to identify all the monuments of Paris we saw: the Arc de Triomphe, Montmartre, the Louvre, Les Invalides... It was like having a talking map in your hand!
