Professional service. Brilliant driver. Very welcoming and great with the grandchildren. Cannot recommend this company highly enough. Would definitely use them again.

If I could review our drivers separately, I would give ten stars to the ride TO Disney and like 2 for the ride back. Trip there: timely, courteous, very knowledgeable about Paris and friendly. Shared some fun Paris lore and pointed out various things along the way. He had a back way into the parks to avoid the huge morning lines. Ride home: the vehicle was so hot and there was a huge language barrier (she turned the heat UP when we asked for cooler). Driving was erratic. While we acknowledge traffic, there was a lot of abrupt stops and Starts. Combined with the heat we were very relieved to get out of the car.

We used this transfer last week to get to Disneyland and were really happy with the service. Our driver Alex was lovely, very friendly and helpful, and the car was clean and comfortable.Our youngest was absolutely fascinated by everything on the drive into Disneyland and the driver was great with him, which was a really nice touch.He even explained how the switches and buttons in the van all worked .Everything was easy and stress-free from pickup to drop-off. Would definitely use them again next time we come to Paris.

Our driver was great. He was helpful and courteous. His driving skills were superb while navigating the traffic.

Our driver did not talk with us, he was speeding and weaving in and out of traffic. There were several close calls where we almost in an accident.

2 sets up flights canceled so had to come in a day late. Communication could have been better. Said reservation had been amended but reservation still said October 31, not November 1, so were not sure if driver was going to be there. Reservation dropped off Viator website before we landed. But driver was there waiting. He was great!

Excellent. Our driver was fantastic. Stopped and got us coffee and croissants. He was absolutely delightful.

There was a little confusion at the airport, but I called and the driver was there in 10 or 15 minutes. Since my flight was late, I expected the driver to be waiting. That was the only small hiccup.

They were a No Show. We followed our instructions for the meet and greet. Waited 90 minutes. Finally got another ride to our hotel in Paris. The Viator. River called me later in the day and was very rude. Said he was there with a sign with our name. He wasn’t. We were there.

Very easy to locate the driver after customs. Our driver (cannot remember his name, Alex was the other vehicle driver) was friendly, helpful, and full of knowledge and useful advice for our vacation. All 8 passengers fit just fine and had more than enough space for our luggage.

Driver had great signage and was waiting for us after bag pick up . Bob was informative on our drive into Paris.

This pickup service was a disaster as the "where to meet" instructions on the Viator app were completely wrong. As a result we were running all over the Paris airport and lost an hour looking for our driver. This was no fault of the driver. I did receive communication from a Viator representative and sent them the specific instructions that we were given. Hopefully they will correct their instructions for future travelers.

We arrived on August 11th and also used them to depart August 15th. We were greeted by our driver holding a sign with our name, and on return, we were picked up promptly at our hotel. Clean, spacious vehicles on both trips, and both drivers were professional, courteous, friendly, and excellent drivers. Highly recommended service to get from the airport to the Ile de Paris.

We could not find the driver anywhere until we contacted support (which still took 15 to get a response) We lost us an hour of time to visit the city before our connector! We missed our Notre Dame Tour time! She was on her phone and/or ipad the whole time WHILE driving.

Very convenient, driver easily met us at the airport and assisted with our bags. The street in front of our hotel had construction so we were dropped off further down the street but Woody walked to the hotel with us and assisted with our baggage.

Driver went to the wrong hotel even with the help of the google map. Pick was ok, normal service. Car clean. No other commend.

First time using Parishuttle services and they did not disappoint! I was stuck at immigration causing me to be late for my pick up service . Richard checked in multiple times and ensured that I’ll have a driver no matter what. He met me at baggage claim where he walked me over to my shuttle driver, Gilberto. Gilberto was very pleasant and got us safely to our hotel. Shuttle services from my hotel back to the airport was also great! My driver, Sabri (love this guy!!) arrived 15 minutes before scheduled time and we spent the entire ride to the airport talking all things France and also had just general nice conversation. He even carried out stuff and walked us into the airport and made sure we knew where we were going. Honestly, I wouldn’t hesitate to use Parishuttle services again and hope that I get the same drivers because they truly were amazing!

The service they provided was excellent. Our flight was delayed by five hours and we had no way to contact them to re-arrange pickup time. They were checking the flight times and were at the Charles de Gaulle Airport ready to take us to our hotel. The car was clean and comfortable and driver provided excellent service.

The worst! Private driver a no-show. One hour late! I should have taken a cab instead. The people on the phone were not very helpful or nice.

The driver picked me up at the airport in Paris, France (CDG). It was worthwhile having flown from Dallas, TX, to London, then to Paris. I did not have to struggle to find a taxi or call Uber to get to my hotel. This was simple to do and the results were exceptional

Picked us up on time after a late arrival flight. That’s was good. We had four ladies and lady luggage and he knew that ahead of time but came with a mid-size SUV. 3 of us crammed into the back seat and our luggage barely fit. We were going from Orly airport to a hotel near Charles de Gaulle airport and he didn’t have the exact location figured out. We were tired and needed to get to the hotel to get up for a flight home in the morning. We stopped at 3 hotels before getting to the proper one even though we got our phones out to show him our mapping to the proper hotel. I’d pick a different transportation service before this one of going again.

Really poor show, driver was late and had a mini van that had a step that was far too high. When I asked about this as I booked a car not for my 86 year old mother not a van I was told we were upgraded! It’s not an upgrade when you do not receive what you booked at then end of a 17 hour flight for someone that has difficulty climbing stairs! They did bot care at all so I cancelled the return journey.

The experience was seamlessly and professional. We were greeted with a sign after passport control. The cars were large and clean. The drivers were professional.

The driver was at the agreed upon location with an electronic device with my first name. Our flight was a little late but the driver showed no irritation of having to wait longed than expected. There was construction on the road in front of the hotel and we had to walk to our drop off point . The driver waited until we were safely inside the hotel.

On time and hassle free service a must to have when visiting Paris. From leaving the airport to them being on time at 4:50 am to our hotel to take us to the airport. No stress and made it to the airport on time. FYI airport opens at 6am

Paris Shuttle was prompt and friendly!! Will use them again. They met us after we picked up our luggage and the driver was waiting with our name on a tablet and he got us to our hotel in Paris safely and efficiently and he was very friendly.

No show on arrival. Had to call several times. Finally driver shows up. Had a bit of an attitude and seemed very uninterested in us. Started to turn it around but frankly would not take Paris shuttle again. There seemed to be better options with many others waiting for their party at airport either signs. Praying the return transfer is better since I already prepaid

Driver never showed. Since I was out of the country. I could not pull up drivers information to give him or her a call. I ended up taking a expensive taxi to my destination.

Other than communication barrier the ride and the pick up process was great. The driver was friendly and knowledgeable. The driver was on time and reach as soon as I landed.
