We included Musée de l’Orangerie in our Paris itinerary, and it turned out to be a fantastic decision. The Water Lilies rooms were the highlight of our visit. We also enjoyed discovering the other artworks in the museum. Everything made for a memorable cultural experience.

Musée de l’Orangerie was one of the highlights of our Paris trip. Seeing Monet’s Water Lilies in person was a completely different experience from seeing them in pictures. The rooms were peaceful and beautiful, and we could take our time enjoying the artwork. I highly recommend visiting!
This is a ripoff. This tour provider uses ambiguous language to make you think you’re getting special “avoid the line” admission. You will not. This ticket is no different than a general admission ticket which is less than half the price of this ticket. You are better off booking directly with the museum, who will provide you a time slot to arrive. Otherwise you will be waiting in the longest of the 3 entry lines.
I got there early, when the entry openened we went straight in. It was amazing to see the Monet Water Lily panels.
Wow! Small museum with a collection of very special artists, Monet, Renoir, Picasso, Laurencin, Soutin and others.
Seamless way to get tickets. Skipped the line and avoided 45 minutes in the very hot sun.
Unfortunately, this is a complete waste of money. The museum only gives preference for timed tickets. This is NOT a timed ticket. If you have no timed ticket you wait in line with all the people who have no ticket at all. Then when you enter the museum at the same time as the people with no ticket, and they pay only 11 euros. So save your money, get in the line with people who have no ticket, pay only 11 euros. The extra money for this World Pass Tour gets you nothing.
Everything went exactly as planned. We received our tickets well before our visit, entered without any issues, and spent a wonderful morning exploring one of Paris's most peaceful museums. Highly recommend both the museum and World Pass Tour Paris.
I didn't expect such an emotional experience. The Water Lilies rooms are breathtaking, and the modern art collection upstairs was equally enjoyable. Tickets were delivered on time, and entry was completely smooth.
The museum has such a relaxing atmosphere compared to larger attractions. We could enjoy the paintings without feeling rushed. The direct entry ticket made everything simple from start to finish.
One of the highlights of our vacation. Monet's Water Lilies are even more impressive in person than in photos. The booking process with World Pass Tour Paris was quick, and everything worked perfectly at the entrance.
The direct entry ticket saved us time and hassle. The museum isn't huge, but every room is filled with masterpieces. If you enjoy Impressionist art, this place is a must-see during a Paris trip.
Walking into the Monet Water Lilies rooms was unforgettable. The atmosphere was calm, and the timed entry helped make the visit smooth. Booking through World Pass Tour Paris was easy, and our tickets arrived exactly as promised.
Booking was straightforward, communication was excellent, and entry was quick. The museum exceeded my expectations with its stunning collection and quiet atmosphere. I would happily book with World Pass Tour Paris again for future visits.
This was a scam. They sent a voucher with a bar code that was useless. Even the museum said so. I ended up just paying for tickets twice.
It's high season and I was happy to get in to the museum, as it was sold out on the museum website. Just be prepared to stand in the long "day pass/no ticket" line. The wait is longer than if you purchase directly from the of the Musee de l'Orangerie website.m for time slot entry.
DO NOT BUY THIS. I was totally scammed so please don't fall for it. The museum requires TIMED tickets. I thought this would be a timed ticket but after I paid and got the ticket there was no time. I wrote to the operator six times with no response. I wrote to Trip Advisor and they said I had to deal with the local operator. Here is the scoop: When you get to the museum there are two lines. One is for people with TIMED tickets and the other is for everyone else--people with no tickets and people with untimed tickets (like this one). Once they start to let people in from that line, everyone goes at once. The people with no ticket pay 11 euro. This ticket is $46 and gets you absolutely nothing different than the 11 euro one. I got lucky and the line was only about an hour wait so I got in and had a great time. But this was a waste of about $35.
World Pass Tour was very responsive from the moment I booked. My ticket arrived quickly and all my questions were answered within minutes. Excellent service and a smooth experience.
I needed help before my visit and World Pass Tour replied immediately. Everything was clear, the ticket worked perfectly, and entering the museum was easy. Highly recommended for their quick support.
Direct entry made the visit stress-free. The Water Lilies rooms were even more beautiful than I expected, and the museum was calm compared to other attractions. A wonderful experience.
Musée de l'Orangerie is a hidden gem in Paris. The collection is stunning, especially Monet's masterpieces. The direct ticket saved time and let us enjoy the museum without any hassle.
Sarah was absolutely wonderful and our girls (5&8) loved her and the tour concept. Hit all the highlights and Learned a lot too. They were interested to the end and never bored. Five stars for Sarah and the tour!
It is not a huge museum, but every room is worth seeing. The Water Lilies are the highlight, and seeing them in person was unforgettable.
I booked this mainly for Monet, but the other collection was also excellent. The visit was easy, clean, and well managed. Really enjoyed it.
Beautiful museum, easy to enter, and perfect for anyone who wants a relaxed art visit. The ticket process was simple and the visit felt very smooth.
The Musee de l’Orangerie was terrific but it’s important to know that these tickets are not timed and you can’t necessarily enter the museum when you want as the World Pass Tour Paris ticket suggests. We booked through TripAdvisor/World Pass Tour Paris because the museum website indicated that the museum was booked out on the days we were in Paris. We were glad to get the tickets but we had to line up with the people who didn’t have tickets. There was therefore little advantage purchasing more expensive tickets when we may as well have waited to buy the tickets at the museum. The folk with timed tickets were prioritised and those who had untimed tickets (us) and no tickets had to wait in the queue until there was room in the museum. We waited for an hour and a half (in heatwave conditions) so it was not pleasant. Best to book a timed ticket with the museum well ahead of your trip.
I booked one museum in Paris but received a ticket for a different one. This was sad and unfortunate -especially since I didn’t notice until I was at the location and did not have a lot of time.
The tickets were not provided until I tracked them down and they did not include an entry time option. As a result we stood in line for more than an hour waiting to enter the museum. This ticket is only a paid ticket.
HUGE WARNING: if you plan to do anything else during the half day you’ve set aside for this museum, do NOT get a simple entrance ticket. Get one WITH A TIME SLOT or be prepared for a possible two hour wait in a line outside of the museum. TripAdvisor did not give any information about this process. We’ve LOVED our time in Paris, but this was a frustrating low point. We waited in line for two hours, got to within 20 feet of the entrance and had to get out of line for a Louvre tour. TripAdvisor has still not returned a request to move tickets to the next day. We get it…we chose to plan these two experiences on the same day, but a warning on the time it can take without a time slot would’ve saved me $140. That being said, Paris has been awesome.
It was terrible. We were not permitted to use the ticket that was sent to us. The museum called it a voucher and said it wasn’t actually usable for admission. We will be filing a protest of the charge on our credit card. We had to purchase tickets from me museum when we arrived.
They did not provide us with a time slot, it is needed to enter this museum. You have to stand in line with non ticket holders. They say you have to go to the museum website to set up the time, an extra step they don't tell you up front. Then when you get to the museum website they don't offer you a time slot without buying a ticket. SO WHAT WAS THE POINT OF PAYING THE PREMIUM TICKET PRICE? We were scammed out of our money. In addition, they sold us tickets to a sold out day, and yet all sales are final. This is theft! Terrible experience.
The process was very sketchy. I had to reach out on what’s app and also call several times before I got a response. Once I got a hold of them they sent me tickets in PDF. Based on the experience was sure they weren’t going to work, but they did. If I had not persisted to track out and also ask pastor to reach out, I don’t think I would have gotten my tickets.
Warning- I bought these tickets and got to the museum and had to wait in line with approx 300 people so I finally left. I tried to call to ask for a specific time (which had a much shorter line of about 50 people) or a refund. They refused a refund. Or a specific time block. I’d have paid extra for that and they said they couldn’t do that. So unless you have hours to wait in line even after purchasing these tickets I wouldn’t bother.
Says direct/skip the line and the reviews all mention they walked in without issue.....this is the same exact line as people who don't have a ticket. Just wait in the same line instead and buy this ticket for less than half the price...
As the ticket only allows for general entry, not timed entry, you will stand in line with everyone else who does not have a ticket. This does not save any time at all. The museum, though, was fantastic
Was unable to download my ticket waited in line. Long time was at the ticket desk as well for a long time.. they could not get my tickets to download and I could not go in
We were sent tickets that said explicitly that they could not be honored unless we had a specific time slot reserved with the museum. Since the museum did not have any time slots open online, we called TripAdvisor who spoke to the vendor and we were assured that the museum would indeed honor the tickets without a specific time reservation. When we went to the Orangerie on the indicated day, the staff told us that they could not honor what the vendor sent us, but that we could wait in the 3 1/2 hour line in the rain to see if an admission slot opened up. We checked with 4 different museum staff to be sure this was correct, and they all separately confirmed. We had to leave and could not get into the museum. We have asked the vendor for a refund but have not heard back from them yet.
Don’t make the same mistake we did and think this will let you in quickly. We had to wait an hour in the line for people with no tickets or no set time on their ticket. We went at 9:15am on a weekday and waited an hour to enter.
These tickets do not have a time slot to enter. Therefore you have to wait with everyone who does not have a ticket. So I am paying 3 times as much to buy thru this site when I could have just waited and got the exact same thing
You should not have sold untimed tickets as wait with a untimed ticket was way too long. On the museum website all timed tickets sold out. We gave up after 1.5 hours waiting in the queue and very little movement. Very disappointed!!
Loved how easy the whole process was. Tickets were delivered on time and entry was seamless. The museum doesn’t take too long to explore but it’s packed with amazing art from Monet, Renoir, and Cézanne. Ideal if you don’t want to spend a full day in a museum
Total scam they RE sell a fixed hour for double the price and when you arrive you have to make a two hour line to get in. Book directly at the museum. I got this only because it was sold out. (By this people probably)
Musée de l’Orangerie itself is lovely and easy to explore. We had a small issue with accessing the ticket before arrival, but once inside everything was smooth.
Really lovely experience and great art museum. What I didn't realise however, was the "tickets" we were initially sent on payment were actually vouchers and you got sent different tickets, so I just wish that was a bit clearer.
This was a scam. You do not get a timed entry ticket. You get a general entry ticket which means you wait in the same 2+ hour line as people without a ticket. Only difference is they pay 11 euros and you’ve paid $45. The vendor does not respond to chats or emails. Save your money and just get a ticket at the door.
We had some questions before our visit and the team responded quickly. Tickets arrived on time and entry was smooth. The museum itself is beautiful and ideal if you enjoy Impressionist art.
Deceptive advertising, made to believe that these tickets give you preferential entrance to the museum, FALSE. We had to stand in the longest line which we agreed to pay money to avoid. We walked away without using the tickets. Requested a refund and were denied. It is a scam
One of the most amazing experiences of my life - my family and I felt depressed upon leaving something so beutiful....
The museum was very good - seeing Monet's Water Lilies was moving. The museum was sold out on the official site so I purchased the tickets at a higher price through Trip Advisor. I was happy to be able to get tickets, but the process was problematic as I was initially only sent a Trip Advisor receipt, not the tickets. It took 3 phone calls to customer service to get the tickets sent.
Not a big museum, but very exciting 😀
