It was a terrible experience. There were no instructions that our driver would be meeting us inside the airport. We picked up our bags went to the car pick up area. He called us and does not speak much English. He got upset that we were outside instead of where he was waiting for us. I expected us to have a black Mercedes-Benz van like the picture shows and it was an old white band that was beat up and a window taped. When we got in the car, he was very loud and upset because he had said he had been waiting for us. He picked us up a little after 12 PM and our appointment was for 1 PM. Very disappointed. His driving was not good either. He was busy talking on the phone and had to make a couple of abrupt stops. Everything we’ve ever done through Viator has been top-notch. This is the first time we’ve had an issue.

The car was a disgrace - not a lux sedan as advertised but a very small and banged up Toyota. Very disappointing! The driver drove way too fast and reckless.
