Great tour guide! He knew the whole area and was able to answer all of our questions about the areas that we visited. Got to taste some great Champagne! But on top of that I learned a lot about Champagne that I had no clue about before going on the trip! Was a great, wonderful experience!

What a fabulous trip! Phillipe was the best! He was so funny! We were with a great friendly group. We learned so much in champagne about champagne. Highly recommend this trip!
Our guide Laurent was excellent. He was very knowledgeable. I don’t think we needed as much time provided at our lunch stop. The town was very small. Other than that everything else was wonderful.
This was a very memorable experience and a great way to get a first taste of Champagne. I regret that I don't remember the name of our tour guide - this was our first tour of four over two weeks. But he was a fantastic guide, very helpful and informative. I absolutely loved visiting the small family-run house of Pierre Domi. The tour of the cave was interesting and fun. It was exactly the experience I was hoping for with a lovely tasting and the opportunity to ship some (very reasonably priced) bottles home. I also loved stopping briefly in the vineyard - it was one of the most beautiful views I've ever encountered, mainly because we lucked out with perfect weather and a gorgeous morning. I would have loved more opportunities to enjoy the beautiful day and get into the vines. The visit to Reims Cathedral was a nice way to start the day. I also really enjoyed the lunch in Epernay. Our guide kindly invited our whole group to join him for lunch at a favorite spot with locals - it felt very genuine and was a nice glimpse into everyday life in Champagne. I would have loved more time in Epernay. I was not a fan of the second Champagne house we visited. It was a large, loud, corporate factory and took all the romance out of how I view Champagne - which I suppose is the point - to show the different sides of the industry. I would have preferred to relax and enjoy the beautiful afternoon at another smaller producer as opposed to walk around a factory for an hour. I also did not think the stop at the grave of Dom Perignon was necessary. It is a long day and the pick up time was the earliest of all our tours, but I do have to say that the croissant at the meeting point in Paris- Cafe Dada - was the best I had the entire two weeks in France. Don't sleep on that! This was a great way to inform future visits - I know now to stick to small producers and plan for more time in Epernay. Thanks for the intro into this incredible region!
Victor was the most wonderful tour guide. It was an excellent day. Beautiful transport. We could have skipped the second tour as it was repeated info and done an extra tasting. We preferred small independent champagne houses. But excellent day. Very enjoyable. Knowledgeable and welcoming tour guide
Lovely day exploring Champagne! We visited two wineries and enjoyed our lunch stop. Clem was a fantastic guide.
Clem was very knowledgeable and likable. Beautiful part of the country. Would definitely take a tour with him again.
It was a small group, only 5 of us total. The tour guide Victor was great and we all had a marvelous time. The tastings were vastly different and we learned so much about how champagne is made
This was an amazing day!! Traveling through the Champagne Region, visiting 2 houses (Fagot and Nicolas Feuillatte) sampling champagne and learning all about the process. Our guide Clermont was excellent- fun and knowledgeable.
Seeing the contrast between a boutique operation and a large scale on was informative. It was great to learn more about what goes into the champagne making process and, of course, the tasting was fantastic.
Our guide Clement, was fantastic. He made a point to learn everyone’s name and engage us all. The weather didn’t cooperate. It was cold and drizzles it would have been more spectacular in the sun.
We had an exceptional day. At first we thought it was a long tour but it goes by fast. The day is well organized with lots of variety. The two wineries are great, very informative!
Our Tour Guide, Michel was very informative on the region, and the Champagne Wineries we visited!! We had time to learn about each location with his expertise in the areas!! He is wonderful, we would use him again!!
We had a lovely experience on this day excursion trip. Enzo our driver was so nice and a great friendly guide. We are so glad we did this experience and got out of the city. The countryside is beautiful. It was fun going to the small champagne maker before the large one. Both gave great full tours. We enjoyed the stop for lunch and the views along the drive were beautiful. We highly recommend this excursion for the price.
Great company with a well organized tour and very friendly guide. Good clear pick up instructions. The tour itself was good, the Reims morning was beautiful. First winery very interesting and good tasting. Then lunch in a cute town with nice photo stops on the way. The second winery was fine, but the tour of it felt repetitive. Would have been better to just enjoy their wine and have more free time. Overall good tour.
This was a lovely day once away from Paris traffic! Our guide Victor was knowledgeable and friendly. He grew up in the Reims area and was very knowledgeable and passionate about the area and the champagne process. I enjoyed the contrast between a family run champagne business and mass production business And the champagne tastings were delicious and generous.
Great experience, lovely tour guide and small group made it intimate. Definitely feel welcomed with the group. Tour guide was very helpful. Loved the family owned winery was very intimate and exclusive. Would be great to add a more well known house for the second visit.
Beautiful day with our guide Monceau. It takes a while to get to the region but worth the detour. Coup de coeur - Family owned Pierre :Domi!
Great day. Our guide was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about champagne and the region. I highly recommend this tour and I recommend
Good tour, long day, lots of riding in van. Enjoyed Fagot vineyard very much. Clementine was a a very good guide. The large vineyard was a a bit sterile, especially compared to the smaller but lovely Fagot vineyard.
Victor was a great guide, very informative. Champagne tasting at Pierre Domi exceeded our expectations.
Great trip! Victor was very knowledgeavle and accommodating. Van we traveled in was great and comfortable for 6, maybe 7. No way trip should allow 8. At that point better off taking a crowded bus. Van equipped with speaker system so clearing heard everything Victor takes about. Visited 2 producers. A small family producer and the largest cooperative. Family tour was great and it would have been better to visit 2 small producers than the large.cooperative. Cathedral we.visited was stunning. Overall highly recommended.
Absolutely wonderful. Very comprehensive tour with all the sights. Loved the tour, the history, and the company
Our tour guide, Mathew, made this a super fun experience. We started at a small vineyard in the morning and visited a much larger producer after lunch, with Mathew explaining everything we needed to know along the way. He was personable, informative, friendly and kept us on schedule the entire day. If you're a fan of champagne, this is the tour for you.
We had a great time on this tour and learned a lot about Champagne. The tour guide, Frankie, was very knowledgable and had a great personality, making for an enjoyable day. We would definitely recommend this tour through the beautiful Champagne region.
Great day. Learned so much. Our guide was knowledgeable and personable. Beautiful day and had such a great time.
I’ve done my fair share of winery tours/tastings in California, Washington, and Spain and this one was pretty great! We were celebrating my mother’s birthday in Paris, she loves champagne, so it felt like a no brainer to go to champagne country! The tour gives you a glimpse into the winemaking process from two different angles; a small family winery and a very large/industrial one. Our tour guide was Victor, and apparently ours was his first group doing this tour (which I found hard to believe because it was seamless)! He grew up in the area and has a lot of firsthand knowledge about the region, crops, land, and history, and could answer any question we threw at him. Throughout the day he peppered in anecdotes about helping to harvest the grapes, pointed out interesting sites when we were driving, took us to 2 churches, 2 wineries, an overlook for photos, 2 food stops, and got us all back to Paris in good spirits! I highly recommend this tour; it’s a long day, but a fun one with beautiful sites, you’ll learn something, and drink great wine along the way!
A wonderful event. My guide was the best I have had. He was friendly and well informed and had learned all of our names.
Excellent service, the tour guy very helpful and care person
great tour. got to see Reim in the Champagne region. wineries were wonderful and champagne was delicious. tour guide was knowledgeable.
Excellent trip. We didn’t know anything about the history of champagne and now we do. The vineyards we beautiful and the tastings we fantastic. We are now fans of champagne. Highly recommend the trip.
Enjoy the beauty, faith and livelihood of a family-owned vineyard/producer contrasted by one of the world’s largest consortium operations. You will learn about everything from the terroir to the bottle capping, and how these sparkling wines are proudly and meticulously grown, harvested, rated, labeled, and marketed for the world to enjoy. Keep some baggage space available for taking home some bottles to celebrate a delightful day-long journey.
Fantastic tour! Loved every minute of it. Our driver was was great! Beautiful countryside scenery and the champagne tasting was excellent.
We had an amazing day on this tour. Julian our tour guide was amazing! The champagne tasting was very good. We were there today while grapes were being harvested and we actually saw the grapes being pressed! So happy we experienced this region of France.
This small group tour was a fun day. We learned a few things and laughed a lot. Then we sent some champagne home.
The countryside is absolutely beautiful and we went right as harvesting season started which was earlier this year due to the heat wave. I really liked the charm of the smaller champagne, famous ly owned company, but also liked to see the production line of the bigger champagne company. We did see Dom Perignon's house, but we did not see his tomb as listed in the itinerary. Lunch is not included, and we were not given an option of where to eat. When the waitress brought our bill, she divided it in two eaual receipts for what I think is 8 ppl total. I think our driver's meal might have been in there too, which wasn't a big deal, but she should have divided it out by couples or families. I enjoyed the champagne tastings from each company.
It was a great way to travel from Paris to the Champagne region with no hassles! The itinerary was just as I expected -- and worth doing! The two champagne houses were very good - highly recommend them. My daughter and I were traveling together, and were happy to meet another mother/daughter traveling with us that day and another woman from Canada. So comfortable! The driver was friendly, helpful, but not a lot of history provided -- but again I was so thankful for the easy way to get from Paris to Reims and Epernay without dealing with public transportation and the price was right!
My trip to the Champagne region for the wine tasting was incredibly enjoyable! I was nervous about going solo, but the guide, Michael, made me feel right at home from beginning. And he was so knowledgeable about the winemaking and champagne-making process, which is why I wanted to go. The 6 glasses were just right—3 before the nice, classic French lunch and 3 after. The two wineries were very different and showed us the wide range between small, family-owned business to the extremely large cooperative! The drive there and back flew by. The surprise was the visit to the Notre Dame in Reims! Such a special place with amazing history! Stopping by the church where Dom Pérignon was a monk, was fabulous too! Thank you to Blue Fox Tours and Michael for the wonderful day in the Champagne Region!
This was a wonderful tour. I would recommend this to anybody. Our guide, Michael was exceptional. We knew nothing about champagne before today before today. And now we can’t wait to get home and start drinking it.
We learned how champagne is made. We saw small and large company and learned all the history of the process. Fascinating and fun. The Champagne region is beautiful!! Our guide, Karin, was very nice and knowledgeable.
Our tour guide (Karim Antony) was timely and extremely knowledgeable about the champagne making process and industry (as well as the local towns). He was very accommodating, helpful and polite.
This was one of the best ways to see the Champagne region. You are picked up at a central location, visit Reims and Epernay. Wendy was a great tour guide. I really enjoyed the day.
Our guide, Wendy Sam was a very knowledgeable and very entertaining individual. His personality and insights and true understanding of the Champagne making process made this trip quite worthwhile.
Just wonderful. Outstanding Guide Nicolas was fun and very professional. Visited great champagnes locations.
My wife and I really enjoyed our experience in Champagne. I don't drink but I still gained a lot from this tour — excellent views of the countryside, a great stop at the Reims Cathedral, fascinating winery stops, and a great guide!
Michael was an excellent guide - friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about wine. We visited two wonderful wineries, one large and one small, which gave us a great opportunity to compare different approaches to winemaking. The tour is perfect for both beginners and those who already have some knowledge of wine. Transportation was comfortable, and everything was well organized. We never felt rushed and had plenty of time to enjoy the tastings and ask questions. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for an enjoyable and informative wine experience.
Our guide Carlisle was so fun. He took such great care of us. The trip was amazing. I wish I bought more at the family vineyard as it was the better wine we tasted. 10/10 highly recommend
What a perfect way to spend the day! Beautiful locations, champagne tours and our driver Enzo was awesome! The drive through the country is beautiful and you really get to know the champagne houses. From the history to the tastings, everyone was exactly what we hoped for. Thank you!
Loved it!!! Excellent day trip to visit Champagne region
This was a trip highlight on my husband and I’s honeymoon. The van was very comfortable for our journey and our guide so nice and it was so much fun to stop in reims and see the beautiful cathedral that’s actually larger than Notre Dame. We then continued on to the beautiful region of Champagne and went to a private family owned winery for our first champagne tasting, and it was INCREDIBLE. It was so much fun to not only learn about the champagne process but also taste authentic champagne, and yes I could tell the difference. We ordered 10 bottles and shipped them back to the US for us to continue enjoying. We then got to go to the Nicolas Feuillatte and see a huge production of champagne which was breath taking. Overall a must do and so much fun!!!
