We had an excellent day in Bruges. The tour was perfectly organized, and everything took place in a great atmosphere. A big thank you to Jeanette for her professionalism and kindness. She was especially helpful in assisting us with the bus departure, which we really appreciated. We highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to discover this beautiful city in the best possible conditions.

It was a wonderfull visit with a beautiful weather, we discovered this beautiful city with all the family. Thank's the the Pullman's concierge Janette that book us this tour, she was lovely and made up everything for us
Great visit of the city special thanks to Jeanette the pullman concierge for her help and. Welcoming ❤️
Jeanett has been so nice and helpful to us. She is such a kind and professional person. Thanks to her for making our experience unforgettable !
Great and beautiful city Our guide did not make it clear how to get back to the bus. We had to take a taxi The meeting point should be in the city
Dimitri was a great guide. Friendly and knowledgeable. What a quaint and beautiful city. Lots of shops and eateries. Very friendly
The Trip experience was wonderful, the guide was very professional and knowledgeable, the bus very comfortable and the driver very professional Bruges is the best trip ever!!!
I believe the bus drivers name was zack but I’m not sure. He was rude beyond, with very negative energy. The guides themselves were unfriendly with a don’t care attitude! Would never tour with them again!!!
The tour is fast paced. The guide was very experienced and thoughtful. We needed more time. We took a lot of pictures, but we don't know what they are. Tour needed more time. One day is not enough.
It was delightful to visit Bruges. A long bus ride but worth the ride once there. The guide was helpful and informative.
It’s far but OH SO WORTH IT! Brugge is my favorite place I’ve ever been in Europe. I’m so glad we went. Getting a ticket to do the river cruise there was so fun and romantic. The bus makes a stop on the way and a stop coming back, so you can grab snacks. It’s super helpful. We also had 2 hours to ourselves in Brugge. So fun! It’s literally like walking into a fairytale. We grabbed food at The Olive. So yummy! Multiple shops with waffles and chocolate. I bought lace at the oldest lace shop. I’d go back here in a heartbeat! Gooooo!
The Bruges experience was fantastic. The history and architecture were truly fascinating. The canal boat ride was very enjoyable as well. Lots of wonderful historical sites as well as many interesting and fun shops and lots of good options for dining.
Our tour was excellent! Our tour guide was knowledgeable and witty. Bruges was BEAUTIFUL! The boat tour was great, the chocolate was amazing and I loved the waffles. I highly recommend this tour!
The Tour Guide and Boat Captain were amazing. The Tour Guide was very personable and knowledgeable. The Boat Captain was funny and gave more information about the town.
The total back-and-forth almost eight hours from Paris is worthwhile. Bruges is a medieval jewel. It’s uniquely stunning. If you choose the option that includes the boat ride, which is really nice, be aware that you might have to stand in line for about 40 minutes (depending on the time and day) to get on the boat. Forty minutes is a long time considering that you don’t have much time to spend in the city.
As experienced by a US citizen. Well organized meet and greet staff at the Pullman Hotel, Bercy. Though no place to sit or keep warm while waiting. The bus: similar to airplane seats but tight legroom, no headrests, no usb charging, no screen back of headrests. There isn't a restroom on board and no eating or drinking. But manageable for 4 hour trip as a 30 minute stop midway is for restrooms and quick dining options at a fueling station. The bus also has big plate glass windows for viewing the countryside. You might want to make sure your cell carrier, and ATM/debit card, operates in whatever country you visit. Once at Bruges: depending upon which package you paid for, go off on your own, or spend 90 mins total with an ear bud guided tour, then a canal cruise. This was in April on Good Friday and the city center was very crowded with horse drawn carriages speeding by. You'd hear hooves approaching and have to jump out of the way. Many many souvenir shops, beer and chocolate interests, and restaurants to choose from. Beware of the cash only businesses if you don't have euros handy. Ask about payment first before dining! Besides all the usual tourist obstacles, it's worth the visit. Since it's in the northern part of Europe it closely associates with the Dutch, German and the orginal Flanders people, thus it's a Flemish region. Architecture is unique with the stair step sides of the building reaching to the sky. The cobble stone roads are in good shape. But Bruges is about the canals and bridges. In fact Bruges translates to bridges. We did the full paid package of the audio guided tour then canal cruise. The tour was nice but there wasn't any opportunities to ask the guide questions or clarification. While we didn't technically have to wait in line for a cruise ticket, we still waited at least 30 mins to get on a boat. The cruise guide was very good but when you cruise for 30 mins and capitan is repeating the information about what we're seeing in 3 different languages, I felt i missed alot. Though how amazing is it to be able to navigate a boat, point out sites, and switch between 3 different languages? Be sure to duck fully under one bridge in particular. Lots of good photo opportunities on the cruise. Then we had free time, to explore, eat, and visit sites including impressive churches and museums. Also be aware that ketchup or other condiments will be charged at 1 or 2 euros. In addition, to use a public restroom be sure to have a euro. But grab a free city map on your way out of the non drinking water bathroom. We felt pressured with getting back to the bus by 4:00 thus not really having the time to explore or relax much in the beautiful 15th century city. I almost envied the other passages, who had only paid for the bus transportation, with their free time. For us this trip might have been much better if an overnight stay with a midday departure the next day could be offered. Then I believe visitors could really get a good feel for sweet Bruges' history and uniqueness. But for a one day excursion, to get a taste of Belgium, and Bruges in particular, this trip was worth it. Oh! And it's open boarders in that area of Europe with driving in a bus, so no passports needed. If we had flown, then passport would have been necessary. Plus to give a gratuity was a challenge if you don't have euros on hand. But tipping isn't the norm in Europe so usually is not an issue. Sure ATMs are available but the service fee and conversion rate makes it really expensive to obtain local in-hand currency. We took 50 euros out at an ATM and it cost us $72.50 in US dollars. Yikes. Four hours there, 5 hours back with a bit longer stop and evening traffic returning to Paris. I'm glad we got the opportunity to see a part of another country in-between visiting Paris for a week.
Bruges was beautiful. Excellent guide!! She educated us on history and was very entertaining on the way- it was 4 hours each way. She guided us throughout the trip and provided free time to explore this beautiful and charming town! She gave us the best recommendations for lunch and chocolate shops! Boat ride was a must!
Bruge is beautiful and worth a visit for sure! But it is a 4 hour trip from Paris to get there. We got there at 12 and had to be back on the bus at 4, Not enough time to enjoy the picturesque town. Wish the time to get back was at later time. It took us 5 hours to get back to Paris because of all the traffic. It would have been better to leave at around 6 and avoid the rush hour traffic. Not worth it
So bad, Terrible service. The guide did not speak any Spanish even though I had hired a guide in Spanish. He gave us a wrong explanation saying that the bus left at 4:30. We arrived at the meeting place at 4:28 and the bus had already left. We had to take the train back. Walking to the station was super far away in an unknown city at 1 degree of temperature. And the cost of the train was as expensive as the excursion. Don't take it, it's a rip-off.
Highly recommended! We had a guided tour for about an hour in Brugge and then time to eat and shop and it was great for a day trip.
Company who managed this trip was kind of messy. We were given an barcode to download an app to use as a guide in the city. But the bus wifi wasn't working. And in Belgium it was impossible to download the app. We should of gotten all these instructions a day before so we could have download the app ahead of time.
Bruges is super cute, and full of photo opportunities! My husband and I loved walking through the village. The canals and little bridges make it so picturesque! The traffic getting back can make for quite a long bus ride, but we just sat back and relaxed.
Unfortunately this is the worst experience we ever had. Because we missed the meeting point in the morning they left us stranded in Bruges. We had to pay for a train and a bus on our own to get there and after several contacts with the company via email the customer service representatives never escalated our request to come back with the tour bus. We traveled with a minor and she was very affected. They told us that if we miss the starting point we were not entitled to come back with the bus. Eventhough the reservation never clarified that you can not take the tour half way. We paid $459.00 for our seats and they denied our right to come back in the bus. We received two emails with 5 minutes apart from each other telling us that not refund will be issued. Please don't trust these people, specially if you travel with children or someone disabled. They only care about your money.
The bus driver and the tour guys were amazing. It was a wonderful trip and I highly recommend it to everyone ended up staying. Rosso that night so this was a great day for us to get to Brussels and to see the beautiful BRUGES!! I highly recommended this trip
We selected the Spanish guide option and our guide was great! Very knowledgeable and provided clear instructions. The city itself is adorable and I would have loved to spend more time there. So glad we did this tour!
Our guide, Steve, was great! And the canal cruise was lovely and very professional. There's just a lot of unproductive time on the tour - the bus ride to Bruges is 4 hours and back to Paris is the same. It would have been great to have used this time to get more information about the town or the country, either from the guide or in writing. I left feeling like I want to know more about the place.
Bruges is very crowded and not as expected. Tour operator did made a great job! Not a tour I would recommend to any of my friends.
Steve was a wonderful guide and we enjoyed his talk throughout the tour. He was also very informative and interesting. And we appreciated that he met us at Notre Dame and led us to the bus.
The guide Zolton walked the group into the old city, walked us around for about 40 minutes and then left us on our own for the remainder of the tour. He gave us no map or any instructions on where to go or what to do. More importantly, there was this 20-something young woman accompanying him who spent the whole time flirting with him, swishing her hair at him and worse yet, smoking or vaping the entire first half of the 'tour'. The second half of the tour she clogged up our walking by being on her phone videoing herself not paying one iota of attention to members of the group who kept running into her. Zolton also smoked during this 'tour'. What a complete and utter waste of time and money.
Our guide was spectacular- tour bus was comfortable- Brugge is a a must see beautiful town fulll of history, beauty and chocolate!!!
Very disappointed with the bus provided. For a 4 hour drive they did not provide a bus with outlets to charge your devices. This appeared to be a bus used to go around the city not for a far away destination. The two tour guides were lovely.
We had a wonderful time in Bruges. Just wish the weather was better. Our two tour guides both speak very good English. The whole trip was smooth without incident. The river cruise was a nice experience. The captain was friendly and knowledgeable in history of Bruges.
I’ve been to Bruges many times but this time with my wife. We chose the guided tour with the boat ride. Our guide was excellent. It was really a great day.
Canal ride, walking through town was great but bus ride was too long and boring with little commentary.
We waited for this day to come and we were not disappointed! Bruges is a beautiful city and you can easily fall in love with it. Our guide, my apologies that I forgot her name, was very knowledgeable and patient. The canal cruise was great despite the rain. The food at the restaurant we went to was fantastic.
I loved the one day trip to Bruges. The guide was amazing. She really went in detail about the city and landmarks we were passing. The only thing that I think needs improvement is the fact the in the morning there was no kind telling us. Bout where the bus was. It is advertised as the bus will pick up everyone in front of the hotel but actually we were picked up on the side of the Pullman hotel. 3 of us almost mussed the bus. Luckily we went to look for it and we found it .
Our tour guide was NOT GOOD at all. Did not tell us anything and we waited for 45mins for people to show up for the bus in the am. This time cut into our time in Bruges.
Our guide Fabio did an awesome job. He was very detailed an his translation were in English and Spanish we very very good.
We had a most memorable time in Bruges— a quaint relaxed place with a village-like feel. This brick city is dotted with local chocolate stores, beer halls, lace stores, souvenir shops, and the best waffles! Our guide was also very nice— she took us to all the mist see places in Bruges. We also took the canal cruise, which is included in the audio guide option — very romantic. On the day we went, there was a parade depicting the history of Bruges which, according to locals, was done every 5 years. All in all, we had a wonderful experience in Bruges with a very kind, experienced guide
I am writing this review in regard to our tour guide. She went above and beyond to help our family when we had difficulty.
The Canal Cruise was wonderful. captain was knowledgable and engaging with the group. My husband and I enjoyed the cruise very much. We had a few minutes to buy a traditional lunch while there and that was good. Our guide Amelia was horrible, rude and arrogant. Lacks compassion and respect for customers on board and during the tour.
Great day and so glad my daughter and i did it. It's worth the time for a day trip out of Paris. It's a long day but well worth the early start and late ending.
We had a lovely time in Bruges and Amanda was an excellent guide. The process was simple and straightforward and everything went as planned. Be forewarned that the buses do not have usb chargers. (At least ours did not)
The logistics of being able to get straight from Paris to Bruges was great. Our tour itself was very mediocre with the guide being a bit cluttered and disorganized, often going on tangents unrelated to the city. The group was also a mixed language tour which made for a choppy experience. We felt like we were held hostage until we got the canal cruise tickets. Once we did, we broke off from the group and had a great time.
Amazing experience in a gorgeous city with experienced guides. We had such a great time and will definitely do it again
This was a very fun day, even if long. Manuela was an absolutely wonderful guide. She helped us to see the highlights of Bruges, and gave great tips for free time.
Bruges was magical! Natty was a lovely guide, taking care to keep the group together and informed. The bus ride was comfortable and relaxing, with a stop for restrooms and coffee each way.
We had a wonderful day at Bruges! Delicious waffles and chocolates. There is an excellent way to know this historical city.
