Confusing get on the bus and the very little talk in English mostly Spanish we hild on the bus. The guides were adamant above the leaving at 4pm so be back before then. 7 or 8 were late by 10 to 15 minutes. It was a joke having a good time no hurry.

Bruges is beautiful. But 8 hours on a bus for 4 hours of experience is not what I'd do again. Stay a couple nights. Great place spend the time. If you do go you'll need to rely on your GPS to get back to the bus in time.
Terrible, terrible and terrible. The same day of the trip (when I was at the meeting point) they informed me (another tour operator) that my trip to Bruges was canceled. Too bad that I never received any cancellation message! Worse, they never gave me a refund..I lost €278
The tour states it is 14 hours. It is 4 hour drive there with a 30 min gas station stop, the same on the way back. You will spend the majority of this day in a bus. We arrived at 11:30am and they can't drive into city center so you are dropped off outside and walk. We didn't pay for a guided tour so once we arrived we are on our own which is how we wanted to do it. They guide said to start walking back by 3:10 to leave by 4. So we had from 11:30-3:10 to explore Bruges. If you really want time in Bruges, this is not the tour for you.
I loved Brugges! Beautiful place, great beer, super nice people. You get there in around 3.5 hours from Paris and stay around 4.5 hours, enough time to walk the city. I would have loved to stay a bit more, as the city is beautiful and super romantic. If you choose audio guide, they give you a map and a pen that gives you the story of each place you visit. We stopped in a beer place for tasting, which was delicious. Try the waffles and of course the chocolate.
Very long tiring round trip 9+ hrs in bus and only4 hrs in city with lots of things to see/do , the audio system is not helpful when you are lost on the map, people in Bruges are very nice n polite, beautiful town n views
Bruges itself was a wonderful place to visit. The "luxury coach" was dirty, the bathroom was not available for use on the trip to Bruges, nor was it available on the trip back to Paris, and the space is very cramped, especially if the seat in front of you reclines. However, it was nice that they had a stop in the middle of each leg of the journey to get some snacks and use the restroom there at the rest stop. Again, Bruges itself was excellent. My husband said it was the highlight of our trip.
I chose to only have transportation so I didn’t participate in the guided tour. Coach was great and the guide was very nice.
Awful tour company. I was on time for this tour at the wrong hotel. Upon realizing my mistake I rushed to the correct hotel and constantly called and emailed them...NO RESPONSE. No one from the tour didn't even reach out to see where I was. Just left. I did everything in my power to contact them and nothing. Now they won't refund me. Absolutely terrible company.
City is charming with lovely shopping. Would highly recommend for an out of Paris experience! Guide was very helpful. We enjoyed are time in Bruge!
This was one of the best part of our vacation. This town is very beautiful and I would absolutely love to go there again.. plenty of time to look around and to take beautiful pictures.
The tour was great the bus was very comfortable and relaxing. The tour was informative. We went in late November so it was cold and raining. Wasn't able to enjoy Bruges as well due to weather. Will definitely go again in warmer weather.
The independent tour was perfect for us, because it allowed for stress free travel to and from Bruges, while letting us have total control over what we did. Bruges was a very walkable city, and perfect for a day trip.
Bruges is a magical and enchanting place, I felt like I stepped into a fairy tale. Surrounded by water and greenery, I loved walking by the canals, by the charming narrow street and into the main square with the magnificent buildings. My son and I enjoyed eating the famous chips, waffles and chocolates. It was a delightful trip, the bus ride was long but pleasant, going through rural farm lands, with an adequate stop to refresh and stretch our legs. I am so glad we went on this trip, it added an otherworldly charm to our Paris vacation.
A great option if you're looking for transportation to and from Bruges with the ability to do your own thing during the day! The cost of this experience was around the same cost of a round-trip ticket from Paris to Bruges and back. The bus got into Bruges late in the morning and we left around 4:30pm, which was honestly the perfect amount of time to explore the city (I was able to grab breakfast, do a brewery tour, and do a walking tour within that time frame). My only suggestion would be to have the pick-up be a little bit more organized. Since the pick-up time is so early in the morning, there was some confusion between attendees on which bus to get on and which bus was going there. It definitely would have been helpful to have a point of contact meeting us at the bus to let us know which bus to get on.
This is a long trip from Paris but I felt well worth it. Bruges is a beautiful city with quaint shops and lots of restaurants. We enjoyed the river cruise and lunch. It was a wonderful day exploring the town. The tour was very punctual and we had plenty of time to explore.
My sister and I really enjoyed our day trip to Bruges in an air conditioned bus. We had all the time to see and do whatever we wanted. We hd been there four years ago with Paris City vision but it rained so much that we did not see anything then. It was a very positive experience.
Very quaint medieval city! Our tour was very well organized and we had more than enough time to explore the city itself using the independently audio tour! Definitely worth every penny! Would definitely visit again!
We are so glad we went on this excursion! It was a great experience! Beautiful scenery, history, and food!

For independent travelers, this is a perfect trip. My daughter and I enjoyed the relaxing 4 hr bus trip from Paris to Bruges, then were walked into the center of the city by a tour guide, given a map of Bruges, and told where to meet up again after 5 hours on our own. We checked out a brewery in the historical center, ate a delicious lunch in an outdoor cafe', and shopped/walked around town. We only wish we could have spent more time in this lovely place. For those who prefer to have a tour guide with them throughout the whole day in the city, there is also that option.

El viaje muy cómodo, el autobús. Los guías muy amables y serviciales. 100 % recomendado.
We were recommended this tour in Bruges, we opted for the independent and it really is worth going out a little bit of Paris when you have a few extra days. There are actually beautiful areas outside the capital!
A place full of history. It takes more than a day to enjoy it. We moved from Paris by bus but we lacked time.
During our stay in Paris we did 3 tours with Paris City Vision: 1. Witch tour with audio guide 2. Skip-the-line visit to the Louvre 3. Visit to Versailles (this was only done by my in-laws) In the first two tours we did very well, the Third party for my in-laws because not so much. 1. The witches we did with audio guide since we wanted to tour the city ourselves at our own pace. The schedules were respected and the bus in which we moved was quite comfortable with WIFI included throughout. 2. The museum of Louvre played us as a guide a girl from Argentina named Daniela. Very professional, knowledgeable and very sociable. It's rating that he enjoys what he does and even helps you with anything you ask. My boyfriend and I wanted to see the statue of Spartacus and she gladly found out where she was just seeing a picture on Google (she managed to identify the room where she was) and thanks to that we could go to see her when the tour ended. 3. The one in Versailles, neither my boyfriend nor I went but my in-laws told us that they had a bad experience with one of the guides who shouted at them because my father-in-law was not on the bus at the time they were going to leave... one understands that the tours have set schedules but they also have to understand that not all people walk at the same speed and that to these tours go people of all ages. My mother-in-law explained to the guide that her husband was already on his way but was walking a little slow because of his age and the guide told us she treated them very badly telling them that she was going to leave them booted in Versailles for not respecting the time (even though it was not that they stayed doing something else but that the walking speed did not reach them) If you do not have patience for a group of tourists of different ages choose one of teenagers who can walk faster. Luckily they waited for them and were able to return with the group but definitely one does not go on vacation to a place to be yelled at.
For the one-day tour, we got 3 English, Spanish and Chinese speaking guides. Even though the departure schedules do meet, we had some bad treatment. First we asked for a seat on the floor below the collective, as my mother was unable to climb stairs, and very badly we were told that there is no more, at our insistence, they gave it to her. Then during the trip, we got attention for talking, and another family too, very badly. In Bruges, the time we were left for a walk was less than what we were told at the time of hiring. I don't recommend them at all
