Do not book with this agency! They canceled on us without even an attempt for an apology or explanation and left us scrambling for alternatives less than 24 hours before our scheduled tour which we had booked over three months in advance. Tripadvisor needs to do a better job monitoring unreliable offerings.

Received a cancellation around an hour before the tour - we had already walked towards the tour when we realized I received an email with cancellation (no details as to why). Louvre tickets were generally sold out and this means we can’t fit a louvre tour this trip, which is disappointing.
Our experience was not good at all. We went to the location that we thought we were supposed to meet at and had our data on our phones so that we could be contacted if needed. We circled for over an hour, only to not find the tour guide. Apparently, we had issues with our Sim card data that we were not aware of until we tried to figure out why we did not receive a phone call from the tour guide. This was not a cheap excursion, and we honestly tried to do our best to find the guide. I submitted a refund request and was denied the refund more than once. Even after telling them about our struggles. Due to the NO REFUND we were not able to afford to go to the Louve Museum. I would have been happy if they would have at least meet us half way on the refund but instead I was belittled by their response "It would very unlikely that only 35 people who attended our tours on this day saw our flags, except YOU!" Seriously, not heart in Paris...
The Louvre can be an intimidating place, so I highly recommend a guided tour, and Melina did not disappoint. As an art history graduate she had an in-depth knowledge of all the key works in the Museum. Her personable manner made the tour extremely relaxed and enjoyable. We had some extra time so she extended beyond the set tour hours to show us some hidden “gems”. She was open to various questions and discussions about the pieces and even offered to take family photos along the way so as not to miss out on the great moments. A very memorable experience!

Mindy’s tour was fantastic! She easily shared her depth of knowledge in a way that our entire family could understand, including my teenagers. Vivian was an incredible guide. Asides her knowledge we particularly appreciated her patience allowing us walk at a convenient pace and even offered that we sit and rest while she shared very insightful information about the art. I completely will not do this otherwise and we were grateful to have a guide to manoeuvre the museum.
We arrived 40 minutes early and never found the tour guide. We found the other members of the group, but no guide. My wife waited her whole life for this tour and left in tears. Horrible experience.
My fiance and I really enjoyed our time with Wei who made everything as easy as possible and got us right in to see the best pieces of the Louvre. There were 8 of us in the group. He gave us a lot of cool and interesting information and was very nice, we also had earbuds which helped as the place was packed, I am so glad we did this semi private tour!

We loved our tour of the Louvre. Our guide was fantastic. Her passion for the art made each piece more interesting. Our teenage boys stayed engaged listening to her describe the art, she brought it to life for them. It was the perfect way to see the highlights of the Louvre as a family.

We had originally signed up for a private tour but were presented with an option to either rebook or do a semi-private tour - we chose to do a semi-private tour and it was great - there were only 6 of us in our group so it wasn't overwhelming - our guide, Wei, was very knowledgeable and personable - much appreciated was how he worked hard to keep track of us all in the chaos that is the Louvre - even more appreciated was the partial refund for our tour that was already being processed by the end of the day of our tour!!
Our guide Melina was a great guide! We were chatting with our boys and they mentioned it again, they could feel her passion for art and it helped them enjoy the Louvre. We saw the museum from a whole other perspective that we wouldn’t have been able to do without a guide. She also took us to the apartments of Napoleon which is something a lot of people miss out on. Audio devices were low quality. Therefore it was difficult to hear. It felt like the guide read through a memorized script. She was wearing a mask and constantly breathing into the mic, which also made it difficult to hear. We actually made an excuse to the guide and left midway through. We toured the rest of the museum on our own.

She also navigated the crowed masterfully and made sure the whole group was able to get to the front of each piece of art. Very personable, knowledgeable, and informative. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable. We were touring with my elderly parents that struggled with all the steps. Our guide was very patient and stressed that it was OK to take our time and let my parents sit and rest.
The Louvre is an exquisite museum although very crowded. Our guide was nice and knowledgeable. She did not seem well although she did wear a mask for part of the time. We had Vox headsets with only one ear piece for the right ear. It was very difficult to hear with the crowd. Do your research and save some $$$.

Worth it! This is the most efficient way to see the louvre. You skip the line for the mobs waiting for tickets and entrance. You also get to focus your time on the most interesting pieces in chronological order giving you a more fulfilling experience. Melina was a terrific guide and challenges you to look past the visual beauty and question the artist intentions and emotions they are trying to invoke while tying it to the context both the pieces time period as well as the overall artistic evolution. She was so thorough and knowledgeable. Even spent a little additional time with us so we could be sure to see the mummy!

Our guide Ben was exceptional in every way. He attended to our every need from bottles of water to giving us time to use the restroom, which he was not obligated but he was kind enough to do. We would not have enjoyed this experience as much without him. His knowledge of art is incredible and he moves confidently through the craziness in the Louvre. This is by far the best tour we had in Paris, thanks to our amazing guide who made it more than worth it. Ask for Ivana if you take this tour, she has an outstanding storytelling skill, I haven't seen before. I will definitely recommend this to anyone coming to Paris
Our guide was very knowledgeable and brought the art pieces to life. He was kind enough to help us with getting a wheelchair for my dad even though the tour length had to be extended. We really appreciate his patience and highly recommend!
Our experience was terrible! Although we stayed well before the scheduled time to find the guide, it was impossible for us to find him. We took pictures of all the guides we asked if they were our guides. My phone was damaged, but we called the phone indicated with my sister's phone and they didn't answer us.
Our guide Helena was very nice, had an answer to all questions and led us straight past the long long long queue in front of the entrance. In the Louvre we saw all the important works of art, she adjusted superbly to our wishes. Really recommendable!
