Loved this, one of the best experiences you can do in Paris. We did the regular ticket with champagne, and got on right around 9PM so we saw all of Paris lit up. I think this is the best time to do it, we had dinner by the loading dock and walked down to the ship. We saw so much of Paris and of course the highlight was drifting across the Seine watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle in the night.

This is a must when visiting paris. This is my 2nd time. I chose the champagne package just for a little flair while watching the sunset. Get there at least 30 to 45 mins before your leave time. Our boat was pretty crowded on the top. It got a bit windy and a few too many ppl were coughing so we went downstairs and it was much better. Overall great sights with tons of photo ops.
Need to be in the front of the line if you want the top deck. No one respects the line and will cut in front of you. No speakers all around boat to hear any talking they might do. Overall was worth it for the money but definitely not as romantic as I wanted it to be with my Champaign and plastic cups and cramped seats.
It was awful, it is not worth it. Book elsewhere , do not take this cruise. It was very much a waste of time
Booked as a last minute boat trip as our previous one was cancelled, gosh was it busy! Staff at ticket check and at the counter to collect our mini bottle of champagne were lovely, very helpful and we had a laugh with the guy we collected the champagne from (sorry we didn’t catch your name). Unfortunately the rain started just prior to the boat leaving so everyone huddled inside, we decided to head outside and stand under a bit of the roof as the rain slowed, so we were ok. Toilets were clean enough, warm with plenty paper. The tour itself went quite far down the river and then turned just past the Notre Dame and went back all the way down to the Eiffel Tower - the disappointing factor was that it headed back less than 5 minutes before the sparkle started on the tower so we missed some amazing views and photo / video opportunities.
A beautiful way to see Paris on the Seine. Narration for the highlights and history of the area in various languages. A very nice experience.
Chose this tour to see and learn about some of the sites in Paris. The issue is that as you are travelling along the Siene - the audio tells you about buildings or monuments but doesn’t tell you whether it’s in your left or right side so you don’t know where to look, apart from obvious structures like notre dame etc - all the buildings look the same so the audio is not helpful. Very frustrating. We did notice part way through that they used nautical terms ( starboard / port) - I’m not a sailer so that meant nothing to me.
We bought a ticket not knowing that we would not be guaranteed a place on one of the boats or even priority in the line. The lines were incredibly long, and the staff were rude. We arrived hoping to catch the sunset on the boat and ended up not even being able to get on one at all. A complete waste of money and a terrible experience.
Never got on the boat. Security directed us to stand in a line that spanned from the boat to the access area from the street. Loads of tour buses dropping off people that stood on same line. Very disappointed !!!
It was a nice easy cruise and the audio commentary was in multiple languages as you pass by the different landmarks. We purchased the champagne for two option. It was lovely.
This was our first trip to Paris and it's best seen from the water. Me and my wife loved the views and the champagne on board of course! Highly recommended.
A lovely 9.15pm cruise down the Seine Decided on this time to see Paris at night and it was great The Eiffel tower in particular looked stunning
Go early during high season - the boat was packed but it was a really wonderful experience. We lucked out and the weather was perfect.
Very bad been told totally different info about boat . We paid for boat without tabels and bar . we paid tripple amount pf money that we should pay for a cheap boat as it is . very very bad I want my refund !!!!
Great views and very enjoyable! Memorable experience. 😊🎄 Good price and the champagne was a nice touch. Warm quarters below in the cold and nice views on top outdoors! Great photos were made! Thank you!
We enjoyed the tour. The rain stopped just in time. The city is beautiful. The boat was clean. We wishes they provided something to wipe the wet seats with.
Exactly as presented. This cruise was not crowded which I appreciated. Pretty cruise. We enjoyed the champagne!
You could not pay me to go on this tour again. There are hundreds of tourists crammed onto these boats. There was no way to hear the commentary and people screamed so loudly every time you passed under a Bridge. This is not a lovely cruise down the Seinne to learn more about some of Paris monuments…it’s just people scrambling to get pictures and selfies. Also, there was a lot of running to get perfect seat and a lot of pushing to get off of boat at end. Someone could get hurt. I gave it a 2 star review because the Captain of the boat did an excellent job of timing ship’s return to see Eiffel Tower sparkle. The tour is poorly organized, the champagne is not worth it, it is just a money making ride in Paris. Highly disappointed.
On time, great service. Enjoyed a lot! A must visit for every traveler. Can be booked through Viator easily.
People stood on the sides instead of sitting. The audio was hard to hear. Too many people. The champagne part of the cruise was get a bottle and two glasses at the snack shack. Great view of the Eiffel Tower.
We were the only couple as far as we could see who had ordered the champagne trip. Instead of being romantic it was noisy, people talking over the sightseeing guide. We moved to a different part of the boat but still not great. It's a large boat, not very intimate if you're looking for a quiet, romantic trip. Nothing fancy about the boat at all, nice sights though, disappointed we didn't go past Notre Dame.
Very long que no booked time slots over 45 minutes quing to get on board not enough seats at all more people standing than sitting the vending machine on board also didn't work. Don't let the pictures fool you it's jam packed on the boat
We were unable to do it because of the wind and rain and could not get our money refunded because it was writhing 24 hours.
Sitting on the outside lower deck, you can only see the concrete walls of the river. And you cannot hear the commentary. We had to use Google maps to know what we were passing.
Went with my girlfriend. No champagne as per description, no privacy and boat was dirty. Will not book anything via Viator going forward.
I booked this as part of my best friend’s hen party and we all really enjoyed it. Seeing the Eiffel Tower from this point of view was brilliant as well. It was good value for money and something we will all remember
there is nothing wrong with them. They are all the same. None of these boat companies stand out except maybe Bateaux Parisienne. Here's the thing, I got a ticket, got food, got a drink - paid for all that then the said it's 1 Euro to use the toilette. Are you kidding me? How cheap and disgusting. NO other boat will charge you to use the bathroom after you eat and drink on their boat and buy a ticket. I find them pathetic and would use ANY other one. they are all the same. use one that treats you like you are human and respects you.
The bathrooms were horrendous and they gave 0 crowd control to board the boat. Hundreds of people pushing and no security.
Beautiful romantic way to spend Christmas night. Sailing leisurely along the seine with a little bottle of Moët. Such a beautiful experience
Would definitely recommend this cruise. Its a great way to see many attractions. Tickets are cheaper with viator. Last sailing is 9pm drinks and be purchased or taken on with you.
Although it was a chilly night, the sights were magical. The Cruise was educational and enjoyable. I can't wait to take a cruise again in warmer weather.
A beautiful way to start our Paris adventure! See a bunch of the top landmarks from the river. Starting the cruise while the sun was setting offered beautiful videos of both the sunset and then the lights when it was dark.
The tour was supposed to be in English and there was no English guide. I would not recommend this tour.
It was a very nice cruise but very packed and tight seating. Also , dress warm because it can be quite chilly !!!
No glasses for champagne just a topper for bottle of wine u drink from. Tons of people squished together
Nice cruise, longer than we thought it would be which was good… We had walked both sides of the river, but the views from the boat were different…
When booking tickets online there is no warning about the lines that visitors need to do for obtaining the physical tickets and then, again, for entering the boat. The volume of people doing this activity is huge and the frequencies are low, so there is a big risk of losing the chance to enter if they want to be navigating by the end of the afternoon. For example, we obtained our tickets and entered the boarding area but then had to wait one more hour to start the tour as there was no room for us at the 6pm boat.
Extremely crowded. Not enough seats for everyone. It took a long time to get everyone on board. It was nice to see the Eiffel Tour lighted as well as other points of interest. This is not a romantic trip since you are with hundreds of others many of whom are mostly interested in yelling and screaming as the boat goes under the many bridges on the Seine.
The crowd was extremely large and loud. While it was nice to see Paris lighted up, this was hardly a "romantic" or pleasant experience.
The river-level views of the city. It's been on our list for decades. On our fouth stay in the city, we finally did it!
A nice afternoon trip along the Seine with useful information on the beautiful architecture along both banks….
We absolutely loved it! We had some trouble with TripAdvisor tickets but this was easily resolved! The scanner didn’t recognise the tickets but people box office sorted this. It was definitely worth the money - I’d recommend going early if you want good seats. My only issue was we were on a trip with clearly a big travelling group who were quite rude. But overall 110% worth doing it!
Lovely boat ride - very relaxing and enjoyable. They lost a star for organization though. Directions were not clear and when we finally arrived, staff gave conflicting information. We asked about restrooms and were told to pay a euro to use the ones in the parking lot when there were restrooms on board. Also - directions for getting the champagne preordered were not clear. One staff told us to get it on board; while another tried to sell it to us prior to boarding even though it was included.
Don’t bother ! Unless you get the time straddling sunset not much to see in the dark and is CROWDED. Waited 45 minutes crammed together like sardines. champagne is warm pour into paper cups. If we do again, will choose morning before noon
So much to see and had so much fun. I would take this tour again. I could roam all over the boat. I am in my 70's .
Provided you with the history of the Seine River during a relaxed trip. Would recommend taking this tour to familiarized yourself with all of the monuments during your trip in Paris.
This tour was misleading. For the champagne cruise you showed pictures of tables and chairs by the window for a romantic trip on the Seine. This is a circus on the water. I don't mind that but it wasn't what you were advertising. Drinking champagne straight out of a bottle with 5000 of my closest friends was ok. Not great.
Excellent i did this at 9:30pm i got to see sunset and then the magnificent lights. particularly the Eiffel Tower
The views were beautiful! And we were even able to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle! Very friendly and helpful staff.
Great experience and the service and attention to details. Our server Lovely was a perfect fit to a wonderful experience
