It was a great experience despite several delays in travel. After a long three hour flight delay and another in baggage claim, Armen was patiently waiting for us. This was extremely refreshing as other car services have cancelled on us without refund when similar circumstances occurred. Thank you Armen! Highly recommend
Great ride from CDG airport to my hotel in Paris. My driver Adel was very pleasant and friendly. Bottled water was a very nice touch and much appreciated after a long plane ride!! So nice to not have to scramble for a taxi.

It was wonderful! Our fight was delayed and they were very understanding and were there when we landed. Our return trip, the driver told us stories of some buildings and areas. It was a very pleasant drive. He also showed up early at our hotel and loaded all our luggage. Great experience! Will be booking with them again!
We booked a transfer from our Paris hotel to CDG. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The online booking was easy and the confirmation was immediate. They followed up requesting flight details. I received a WhatsApp message confirming the day prior and another message with the name of the driver. The driver Lucient was waiting out the front of the hotel early and a smooth transfer to the airport. The driver assisted with the bags and I was able to pay cash to the driver on arrival. This is a great service, highly recommend.
Our driver met us outside baggage claim at Charles de Gaulle airport and he was right on time. Our car was parked nearby, and he handled four bags for us very efficiently. We made it to our hotel without delay. Everything about this trip was great. I will use them again whenever I am in Paris.
Driver was waiting and easy to spot when we arrived at CDG in Paris. There was terrible traffic and of course no fault of the driver. Would consider the metro in future if arriving during the weekday in Paris.
We booked Comfort Cars as we were arriving late in to Charles De Gaulle and wanted a direct transfer to our hotel. Driver was there for us, although the sign on his tablet had gone dark! We arrived at our hotel safely and were picked up promptly to return to the airport on the day of departure. Driver couldn’t speak English but seemed nice and communicated with us via Google translate. All in all, can’t complain! Thank you Comfort Cars.
I purchased a car transfer for my college age daughter and her friend from Paris ORY airport to their hotel in Paris. As promised the driver was waiting just outside the arrivals area for the girls. It brings me comfort to know this company did as contracted to do. My daughter said the driver was amazing, on time and professional. Thank you from this nervous mom in the US.
Brilliant service from comfort cars, on time waiting for me and my family at arrivals and on time for collection from disney. The driver was so friendly and nothing was too much for him ( a slight delay getting checked out ) and he kept reassuring me there's no rush. Highly recommend them with the price of trains being madness in Paris.
