A great Segway tour. It went to all the major sites, stopping at each. Florian was very knowledgeable, and passed on interesting information as well as the usual facts. The tour went at a pace to suit us, and we even had the option of stopping for coffee along the way. It was a safe and fun experience, and we'd recommend it to others.

Fantastic way to see Paris and discover hidden gems. Florian was a super guide, very informative, funny and attentive. He was also very safety aware so would be great tour for all the family allowing you cover a much bigger area than on foot as well as being great fun! Would highly recommend.

First warning: He operates out of a white van. No formal place of business. Meeting point is in the UNESCO parking lot. His charm will convince you he is “legit”. Second Warning: This company does not stop at all the main historical sites. Third and MOST IMPORTANT WARNING OF ALL: I firmly believe that I was set up by the CHARMING Tour Guide, FLORIAN, as there was one site specifically where he asked us to get off the Segway. I reached to take out my bag from the Segway pouch and he insisted my bag would be safe in the Segway pouch because the Segway has an “alarm”. He also made sure I was always at the back of the line. The Segway was parked on the street. He encourage us to all gather in closely to look at a door close up approximate 30 feet away from where we parked the Segway. FOOLISH of me to go against my instincts and leave my bag in the Segway. Florian insisted I lost my wallet on a chain elsewhere… This is NOT POSSIBLE. Other than my time on the Segway, my bag which is deep, is always in front of me at my belly. I even walk with my arm on my bag. Someone had to go digging in my bag to get to my wallet on a chain (small purse) that sits at the bottom of my bag underneath a hat, scarf and bottle of water. The most valuable (and irreplaceable) items in my bag were my 18K white gold rosary given to me by a childhood friend and my RING. The most stressful loss is my PASSPORT! Imagine navigating that situation. I’ve done many other Segway tours in Paris and around the world. I have never been asked to leave my Segway. I filed a police report and also had to go to the US Embassy to get an emergency passport. The Police and the Embassy both agree, I WAS SET UP. The US Embassy encouraged me to leave a detailed review in hopes of PROTECTING OTHER TRAVELERS AND TOURIST. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BOOK A TOUR WITH THIS COMPANY.

Florian is a welcoming and friendly tour guide. He quickly assessed everyone in a relaxed way and we were instantly made to feel comfortable despite it being my girlfriend's first time on a segway. The tour was fascinating and a unique way to see the main sights of the city, and Florian was hilarious. I would recommend for any travellers looking for a fun way to see Paris and have a good time.

We had such a great time on this Segway tour! I went with my two teenagers, and as someone in my mid-50s, I was definitely apprehensive at first. I wasn’t sure I would be able to get the hang of the Segway or keep up with my teens. Lucas was amazing. He was incredibly patient and took the time to teach me and make sure I felt comfortable before we got going. It didn’t take long before I felt completely at ease and was having so much fun! Lucas also adapted the tour to our needs, which made the experience feel very personal. He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and just a fantastic guide. All three of us had a great time, and this ended up being one of our favorite experiences in Paris. I highly recommend this tour, even if you’re a little nervous about riding a Segway. Lucas made it easy and fun, and by the end I couldn’t believe I had been worried about it at all!

A great way to see central Paris on a hot day. A very safe way to travel with a great guide to explain the history of Paris landmarks.

Our family enjoy a great adventure zooming through Paris with fascinating historical teachings and viewings. He took us to Napoleons tombs which was so entreating we returned to tour the inside. We also viewed many historical parts of Paris and learned the background. It was an amazing unique way to cover a lot of ground and stay cool

I had a fantastic time in this Segway tour hosted by Florio. Florio was very good at explaining safety and procedures as well as the operating the Segway correctly. Equipment wiped clean as he mentions from the beginning. He was there on time and waited for everyone to come before we all left as a group. This was a wonderful introduction to Paris! We started with a tutorial on how to ride the Segway, which was fairly easy after getting the hang of it. Shany was an excellent guide, showing us some twenty points of interest and offering interesting commentary. There were plenty of opportunities for photos, and since it was Bastille Day, there was a particularly festive atmosphere. If there's one tour you take in Paris, let it be this one!

Our Segway tour of the Versailles Palace grounds with Florian was one of the highlights of our trip. After a fun and surprisingly easy training session (our three couples are in our 60s), we glided through the vast estate. Each stop came alive as Florian shared fascinating stories about the kings, queens, and architects who shaped Versailles. He was meticulous about safety, always attentive but never overbearing, so everyone felt comfortable (most of us were first-time riders). His humor, energy, and deep knowledge made the whole experience both educational and quite funny at times. We covered more ground than we ever could on foot, with beautiful views and plenty of laughs along the way. Florian is a master of both history and hospitality.

This was our first Segway tour ever - we had received a recommendation from a friend to use this tour company as they had been on this exact tour before and the tour was absolutely fantastic. First, there was a whole training session at the beginning of the journey which was very important as we had never been on one before. The Segway take a bit to get used to - but our guide, Florian, took care of our entire group. The tour was in English because our group of 8 all were from different countries - no one speaking French - and Florian’s English was great. Florian could tell that my wife was uneasy on the Segway and he was guiding her throughout the entire trip - this was very important to protect her safety. There were other individuals in the group that he also took care of as they got used to their Segway - care I wouldn’t have expected. Now - to the tour itself - it was an absolutely fantastic way to see Paris. Florian pointed out wonderful sights and their significance to Paris and France - but also took us to some off the beaten path stops that we would not have known about. My wife and I highly recommend this Segway tour. It was a wonderful way to experience Paris and a wonderful time.

olivier (sp?) was excellent. very patient with us while explaining how to successfully ride the segways and follow his lead. he successfully guided us through heavy paris traffic while imparting interesting historical and current information. we stopped at numerous locations to learn about paris. i highly recommend this adventure (and guide).

Even as a disabled passenger I was able to access the segway tour thanks to the incredible host, Florian!! He was so kind, helpful, funny, entertaining and informative. He made the whole tour an absolute joy, whilst keeping everyone safe at the same time. We not only saw all the amazing tourist treasures, but he also included an extra treat by taking us to visit a "secret garden", which was absolutely beautiful. Florian made our first day in Paris the perfect start. He’s funny and patient and a great guide. This is my third Segway tour and second in Paris. The rest of our group were first-timers. Amazing tour; fun, informative, and chill. Lucas is a natural tourist and did not rush any part of the tour. This experience was awesome! We were traveling with two teenagers who were a bit reluctant to take a tour. Florian instantly connected with the boys and took us on an incredible adventure through Paris where we learned about history, architecture and French culture. I just got done with an excellent Paris Segway Tour with my 15 year old son and wife. Florian was an amazing tour guide - full of interesting facts, funny quips, and with a focus on safety. I’ve done 8 Segway tours before, and Florian was the best I’ve seen at getting people comfortable with riding a Segway, and he did it in the least amount of time, too. Which leaves more time for the sights - and boy do you get them. This is the longest Segway tour I’ve taken before, which is usually my only complaint after riding…wishing that I had more time on the Segway. It’s incredible how many sights of Paris we were able to see in such a relatively short amount of time. Let's be honest, booking an early spring Segway tour in Paris with a group spanning from 12 to 77 years old sounds like a bold move. A move that, in hindsight, might have seemed a tad optimistic as the "coolness of spring" started to feel more like "the chill of an Antarctic expedition." But then, like a knight on a gleaming, self-balancing steed, came Florian, owner and our phenomenal guide for Wheels and Ways Segway tours. The Man, The Myth, The Jacket-Giver Forget your average tour guide; Florian is a legend in the making. Not only is he the friendliest, most personable human being you'll meet, but he's also apparently a mind-reader of body temperatures. My daughter, bless her brave little heart, was doing her best impression of an ice sculpture. Before I could even mutter "hypothermia," Florian, without a moment's hesitation, took the coat off his own back and handed it to her. Now that's what I call service! My only regret is not bringing more visibly shivering children to see what other sartorial sacrifices he might make! Safety, Sights, and Serious LOLs Zipping through Paris on Segways with a diverse crew could have been chaos, but Florian had us feeling completely safe, even my 77-year-old mother, who initially eyed the Segway like it was a wild beast. We saw so many sights, practically gliding from one iconic landmark to the next, all while Florian peppered our journey with genuinely hilarious commentary. It was less a tour and more a rolling show with stunning backdrops. Every single person in our group, from the tween to the senior, had an absolute blast. It was, without a doubt, the highlight of our trip. So, if you're heading to Paris and want an unforgettable experience that combines sightseeing, safety, and a true experience of Parisian hospitality (plus the potential for emergency outerwear), you have to book with Florian and Wheels and Ways Segway tours.
