The pickup from the airport by our driver Ahsan was so seamless and easy, i cant sing the praises of this service more. By the time we were off the plane, we already had a welcome text and information on where to meet him. He took our bags, and the ride was comfortable and fast to our hotel. The only thing we didnt get was the water, which i needed after the 8hr flight. I removed one star for that…but honestly no matter the cost, we didnt have to roam and figure out how to get to the hotel and with the olympics going on, comfort and ease is key! Worth the peace of mind!

Company cancelled 2 hrs before pickup while airplane was in the air: as a result a young woman arrived at CDG for the first time and was lost and confused…company had confirmed all details in advance but then claimed thwre was no driver available….i recommend avoiding this company at all costs…

Even though my flight was nearly 2 hours late arriving in Paris, my driver, Zlatan, waited for me. He was/is professional, personable, and knowledgeable. All-in-all, Viator provided an excellent transfer experience.

Our flight from Toronto was delayed arriving but our driver had contacted us on arrival in Paris to let us know where he was waiting. That was very helpful as I was concerned with our late arrival it could be a problem. Our driver was helpful with our luggage and navigating us through the airport terminal to our vehicle. I had though the vehicle was going to be a car as that was what was the picture provided but it was actually a van which was perfect and comfortable. He drove safely through the city to our hotel. This company was definitely reliable and I would recommend them to any travellers.

Our driver was EVERY bit PROFESSIONAL! Our plane was at least 35 minutes late yet our driver ( I’m so sorry I do not have his name) was there waiting with an electronic name board( very easy to read our name) He drive a beautiful new car. Our drive from the airport to hotel about one hour. Conversation was GREAT! Thank you!

It was not exactly clear how and where to meet driver, but we figured it out. It would be better to say, “meet at exit “X” and driver will be there with your name,” but we worked it out…no big deal. Almost sure driver got lost as it took an hour and half from CDG to Latin Quarter. Driver finally plugged in address to phone and we got there. But driver was there when we got there, he was friendly and nice clean vehicle, which was better than some services we have used before.
