Perfect communication. We had a very early flight to the airport and public transportation was not available. I didn't know how to navigate calling a taxi so this was the perfect solution. The car was luxurious and so comfortable for the 30+ minute trip.

The information said our driver would meet us in the arrival terminal after we went through customs and got our luggage. This did not happen. Our plane was delayed, but the flight details were provided, and one would think tracking a flight would be standard. We arrived, and I got a text he was already there, and for us to let him know by sending a picture where we were, which I did. He said come outside and meet him, or go upstairs and meet him at departures. Why would I do that??? We exited and he said not to go to the taxi stand, so we went WAY past that, to reserved cars, whatever that is. He still couldn’t find us, and requested additional pictures, which I sent. He said he was in a black Toyota and gave his plate number, but couldn’t tell me the model. He then called me, talking very excitedly and he waved from across the lot we had already trekked through. So we made our way back toward him, where we had to haul our heavy luggage over then climb over a barricade. I was not pleased. Additionally the booking said there would be water provided and historical info told to us on our way into Paris. Neither of those things happened. I do not recommend.

Henri was very kind and helpful. He was very friendly and his English was perfect. He met us ant the end of baggage pickup with a cart. He loaded the cart then escorted us to the car just steps away from the exit. As he drove us to our Airbnb he would point out places or buildings of interest. Great way to start our vacation!

Driver (Henri) was excellent. Polite, kind and on time (arrived early so we were on the road a few minutes before schedule). Safe and relaxed driving. Knew exactly what he was doing.

We booked this ride two nights before our flight and confirmed the details the night before so we were surprised when the driver was ten minutes late (not the end of the world, but we were getting a little nervous about possibly needing a Plan B). When our driver showed up he didn’t speak English and we don’t speak French, but he used a translation app to explain he had been stopped by the police which caused the delay. He loaded our bags into his vehicle and then proceeded to drive us smoothly to the airport. We were again surprised (this time pleasantly) when he loaded our bags onto a cart and escorted us right into the airport, up to the United desk and also pointed out where I would go for my wheelchair assistance. So kind and thoughtful!

What a relief! Nine hour flight, arrived in Paris in a heat wave. He helped with our bags and gave us water and air-conditioned drive to hotel. Smooth and safe trip. Very kind and informative. Made sure we made it in our hotel and left nothing in vehicle. Very attentive.

This was easy to schedule and convenient. We used them to get from the hotel to the airport, but ad to cancel our initial reservation from the airport to our hotel because our airline cancelled our flight and put the group on different flights hence making some of us arrive at different times. It was easy to communicate and cancel our scheduled pickup and our money reimbursed. Will def use them again

The pick up from the airport was a little confusing as it was very crowded but we figured it all out. Going to the airport from the hotel was amazing ~ our driver was early and so were we so it was a win win!

If you need transport to or from either Paris Airport, this is definitely the company you will want to hire. We have had the good fortune of using them for a number of trips to and from CDG and they have gone above and beyond simple transport every time! Not only are they prompt, courteous and professional, but they are also patient and extremely helpful. The last time we arrived at the airport, we had requested to be picked up an hour after our flight so we could meet the other half of our party at the Sheraton, accessible from inside the airport, before departing. We found our driver, who had been patiently waiting for us, then he helped us find our other two family members, which was not his responsibility. At one point, he took charge of my rolling suitcase himself as we went to our rendez-vous point. He was so very kind in shepherding us to where we needed to be. I can't thank Leo Jasso Company enough for the reliability, dependability and kindness trip after trip.

Everything went off without a hitch; the driver was waiting right outside the baggage area with a sign. He was very pleasant and the vehicle was comfortable and clean, with plenty of room for our suitcases. Very professional.

Airport pick up— we got through Customs quickly and we were in the passenger pick up area , there were very few people waiting for passengers when we arrived. Our driver was not there, we walked around checking the different signs that other drivers were holding and never saw anything with our name on it. We waited for at least 1/2 hour and texted then company, shortly after our email the driver called and said he was at his vehicle and would come escort us to the vehicle. He said that he had been in the passenger pick up area and never saw us so he went back to the vehicle to wait. He offered to assist with our luggage and when we declined he said ok, turned and started walking with us following about 10-15 feet behind him. He did pick up and put the luggage in the back of his vehicle. He removed our luggage and insisted on taking it into the hotel lobby when we got to our destination.

Our driver was on time, waited for us to get through customs, and took time to read our vibe. I napped and my partner chatted with our driver, it was a chill and relaxing experience. Which is welcome and needed following a 10 hour flight. 10/10 He also ensured we knew where our hotel was and that we were able to get in before departing and pointed out areas of interest along the way.

Our driver was ready to pick us up as soon as we got to the ground transportation area. He was very helpful with all of our luggage. He went above and beyond with very useful information of the Paris area and even pointed out some of the interesting historical landmarks.

Service specifically stated we would be met upon exit by our driver holding a sign. No such thing happened. Nobody was there and I spent 20 minutes hunting down our driver. Repeated calls went unanswered. The airport pickup service was meant to be part of a surprise birthday experience. Well, so much for that. Ruined by poor service and failure to deliver as promised. The whole point was to make traveling more luxury and hassle free. It would have been much easier, faster snd less stressful to take a taxi. Amateur service.

We arrived at 6:30 am after an overnight flight with 3 teens. I’m not sure where the miscommunication was but no one was waiting for us. They got there within about 20 minutes after I messaged them through the Viator app. Ultimately we got to our hotel fine but the reason I booked the transport and didn’t take the train was to have a stress free arrival after a long night of travel.

I was so thrilled with this company! We were indeed well cared for! The poor driver had to wait for us for over an hour to arrive and collect luggage and as soon as we emerged from baggage claim, he was patiently waiting with a board displaying our name. We had a lovely talk all the way from the airport to our hotel and he was quite pleasant. We had a second wonderful driver who was also pleasant and conversant even when collecting us from our hotel at 3:00 a.m. for a very early flight. The company is very reasonably priced, friendly, very personable, and the vehicles are well-appointed, very comfortable and spacious. We were delighted to hire them and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again!
