Had an overall positive experience but one of our three rooms did have some cleanliness issues like hair on the bathroom floor and a dead bug smushed in the bathroom door frame. We mentioned the bug to the overnight team and they said someone would come clean it while we were out but no one did. Breakfast buffet was good and had a variety of choices. The hotel was recently renovated and the cosy room was small but I’ve definitely stayed in smaller in Europe so I feel like it was a good value. However the rooms are already slightly worn. Overall, as a diamond member and someone who works in hospitality, I feel like the hotel was a good value for the price but there’s just a slight lack of attention to detail that could raise the bar even further. I hope the management team sees this and puts some effort into quality control and training for the housekeeping team on little spots to focus on.

Some honestly feedback and advice: I arrived to find at reception that the a/c wasn't working in the extreme heat. The portable a/c provided did work, but the room is right above a busy street, and had to have the window open for the a/c to vent. It was so noisy in the evening I couldn't fall sleep. Then I was woken very early by the deliveries. If you have a hotel on a noisy area, and need to have the windows open. Invest in some sort of foam wedge to block at least some of the noise. Also, we had to leave early and missed the paid for breakfast, an option for a couple of pieces of fruit and some pastries in a to-go bag. Would be a great option.

a wonderful stay at Voco Paris Montparnasse. The hotel is beautiful, very well located, and offers great amenities and service. What really made the experience special was the staff - everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special thanks to Killian, who assisted me greatly during the weeks before my arrival, and to Aminata for her kindness and professionalism during my stay. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris. Looking forward to coming back!

Great hotel in Paris; clean, comfortable, and well-located. A special mention to Wissem at the front office. He was very friendly, welcoming, and informative. I have stayed in many hotels worldwide, and his service truly stands out. He is an exceptional asset to the hotel. Also, the rest of the team deserves appreciation too. The housekeeping staff kept the rooms spotless, and everyone from reception to support staff was courteous, helpful, and professional throughout the stay. Highly recommended!
