It was my second time in the hotel. Another fantastic stay. The staff was accommodating, professional and lovely. Nothing was a problem. Everything was done with a smile and patience. The rooms so clean, big and classy. I will come back for sure many times. Thank you!
I have been staying at this hotel for the past 17 years when I visit Paris. The people here are so kind and generous and it feels like we are returning to family every time we stay here. The rooms are so clean, the hotel is centrally located, the employees and director are so kind and generous. I can't speak highly enough. They are the very best. They really make us feel welcome and comfortable and I felt so lucky to have found this wonderful place where I will keep on returning to if I am lucky enough to visit Paris. With all my gratitude.
From the moment I arrived at the Villa Pantheon, I felt welcomed. The staff is extremely warm and efficient. Everyone from the front desk to the breakfast staff and the cleaning staff were so friendly and helpful. They accommodated every request that I had and went beyond to ensure my stay was wonderful. My time at the hotel was during the Paris Heat Dome and the staff never lost their cool. My only suggestion would be that the rooms would benefit with a renovation, but they are comfortable and spacious.
I found the staff at your hotel to be the most personable and helpful people in Paris. Anything that I needed they were able to respond. I love the location. It's not that far from the Seine. It's in the student district and so that was real nice to have all the young students about. The services in the neighborhood were so good that I frequented them the most, including the sporting good stores, the patisserie, your two restaurants on opposing corners And the coffee shop around the corner and the nail boutique around the other corner. The breakfast was a perfect start for the day. Included everything needed for nourishing,delicious items to choose from. And the espresso machine . The Best deal in the City! Had an absolutely fantastic time at Villa Pantheon. We had an issue with the air conditioning, and were immediately moved to a new room, no questions asked. The staff, Wiktoria, Merryl, Vincent and Lilia really are the stars of the place. No request is too much, always a big smile and super helpful. We really liked staying at Pantheon, and this has become our “go to” next time we are in Paris. Thank you so much for making our stay so easy and fun.It was perfect
