Terrible experience here. First of all the photos that they advertise have filters applied to look better than they actually are. In reality, the room is much worse quality than it appears. The bathroom has no hand soap. The door to the bathroom is broken. There is only one room with a balcony and guess what, it's not available. The so called "city view" is a view of the building across the street. The hotel room looked more like a college dorm room. The staff here does not operate in good faith and will deny you a refund no matter what. Do not let them hold your passports either, other hotels simply need to check it to verify your identity. They scan your passports here to do who knows what. Steer clear, any 5 star reviews you see here are paid reviews. Not worthy of the 1 star review. Abysmal hotel ran by con artists.

This hotel is a beautiful, and restful quiet gem. It's not perfect, just like a home is not, but the staff make your stay comfortable and ready to help with any questions, directions to sites or needs. There is a varied cuisine nearby and shopping. The Tour Eiffel is close. The river Seine also has a hop on and off boat that makes it easy to get at the heart of many popular tourist destinations. Do dress warmly for this in the winter. Ask the managers to check to see if any place is closed for work or the usual operating hours. After a long day enjoy the tranquility of the hotel. I find it helpful when I need to work, to stay and make shorter trips and no long nightly commutes when traffic is congested and taxi's cost the maximum. Enjoy your stay. I know I will every time!
Beware of possible caution deposit fraud! We arrived and were immediately asked for a 200 € caution deposit. We were a little confused but paid the 200 Euros. When we checked out, we asked about a refund of the caution and the employee assured us that we would get it back after room service had cleaned the room. However, to date, we have not been refunded the 200 Euros, even though we have brought this matter to the hotel's attention via our travel agency. We left the room tidy and without any damage. We can describe the employee in detail and ask the hotel to resolve our problem. Otherwise, we reserve the right to take legal action. We recommend that guests refuse to pay the caution in any case or, better yet, stay away from this hotel altogether.
⭐☆☆☆☆ **Very Disappointing Stay at Villa Mademoiselle** My stay at this hotel was far from satisfying. Although it’s listed as a 4-star hotel, the quality of service is closer to a 2-star level. Breakfast was served as a buffet, but there were only two or three pieces of each item available. Each guest had just one plate on the table, and if you needed a clean one, you had to ask the staff. The rooms are very small. The bed advertised as a *Queen bed* was actually closer to a large single bed. The bathroom door is a sliding one that doesn’t close completely, and there is no ventilation at all. Amenities such as towels and slippers were provided for only one person, even though we had booked a double room. Overall, this hotel does not deserve its 4-star rating and is not worth the price. I would recommend considering other options before booking here.
When I entered the hotel, I paid the staying tax, and he asked me to pay 100 euros for caution money, even though I could pay by cash. Then I asked why, since I had already paid for my room on Booking.com. He said the caution was for the minibar. The man said he couldn't give me the room key. I showed the rules on Booking.com, which didn't mention that I needed to pay caution money. I said I would call Booking.com, and then he tried to act like he took the card details from the previous payment for tax. Then he gave me the key. I entered the room and I was shocked because that room was not cleaned and there was a champagne box. Then I took a photo and went to the reception, and he gave me another room. I attached all the photos; also, inside the room, I saw a notice that the minibar was included with my price, so I understood they were trying to cheat me. Even though I live in France, I speak French well.
