Vendome Opera Hotel

At €400+/night, I expected polish and quality. Instead: bathrooms with a persistent bad odor that the manager acknowledged outright — and then did nothing about. Dusty surfaces, dirty toilets, limescale in every corner, a leaking shower, and a broken soap holder rounded out the experience. The staff themselves were warm and friendly — genuinely not their fault. But friendliness without authority or a solutions mindset doesn’t fix a smelling bathroom or offer a resolution when a paying guest raises a legitimate issue. For this price point, guests deserve either the standard advertised or an actual effort to make it right. The hotel manager, Areski, promised to reach out, we have yet to hear back from him.

very nice hotel to stay in Paris with good location. Service was excellent and specially with Mr Ameer . Rooms are a bit small but very clean and nice . importantly there is an air condition in the Rooms.

I have visit the most Europe countries, I have to say that this hotel is one of the best stays that I ever had. The hotel staff was super polite and helpful , the location of the hotel was perfect , 5 min walking from metro station and about 15min walking from the most of the sightseeings.

This hotel was a great surprise, so nice and accommodating. Breakfast was absolutely delicious throughout the 7 days we stayed, homemade touches and personalized recommendations. Very clean, daily turndown service, and comfortable bed. Super centrally located, everything was within walking distance and they even helped with having a stained sweater cleaned for the next day. The front desk concierge staff was really nice. I didnt want to leave.
