Booked through a third party and paid, got to hotel and the extremely rude gentleman at the front desk accused us of not paying, showed him the receipt and he just said it was cancelled! No explanation just “it was cancelled bc you didn’t pay” as we are showing him the receipt that it was paid even showing him bank statements proving it! Just exacerbating the stereotype of rude French people!!! All of this was on the first day of our 2 week vacation, could have been handled way better, luckily we found another hotel and booked it through the same 3rd party and it was perfectly fine. Find anywhere else to stay, might have great rooms but the guy at the front was negative help, whole experience really sucked In response: we will literally find ANY place other than here, whoever was working the front desk at 130pm on October 8th was probably the least understanding person and just straight rude as any person can be, we appreciate your response but honestly the taste left in our mouth is dissuading us from even coming back to Paris, we’ll stick to Italy where the people are pleasant!

Absolutely wonderful stay in August 2026! The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a family stay, including a washing machine and dryer. The location was fantastic, but the highlight was the breathtaking, unique view of the Eiffel Tower right from the apartment. We highly recommend Résidence Charles Floquet and would love to stay here again!
We had an incredible experience staying at Charles Floquet. Susan, the receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. When we arrived, they gave us a free upgrade and it made our experience absolutely amazing. We got to watch the fireworks for Bastille day from our room, the hotel is at a great location for food and shops. Everything else was a short uber away. When we come back to Paris we will definitely be staying here. Thank you for helping to create great memories!
American in France for the first time, and this place made me feel right at home. Suzan is awesome. We walked in, and she was very friendly, speaking great English. Our room had an amazing Eiffel Tower view. It was a large 2-bedroom apartment with a kitchen, washer and dryer (super important because we really needed to do laundry). It’s close to great restaurants, bakeries and a grocery store (and Eiffel Tower, of course). We had a dinner reservation cancel, and Suzan was amazing about helping us book something new.
The apartment was perfect for our family of six. Plenty of room and places to relax after long days of walking and sightseeing. The location is iconic, at the foot of the Eiffel Tower. Good eating within walking distance. We had a car and parked on the street in front of the building. The washing machine and dryer were a pleasant surprise. Would stay here again.
