Prince De Galles A Luxury Collection Htl

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Prince de Galles. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Paris and close to everything—while still feeling elegant and peaceful. The rooms are beautifully designed, very comfortable, and perfectly sized. What impressed us most was the exceptional level of service. Every single request was handled within minutes, always with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. The entire team made us feel incredibly welcome throughout our stay. A very special mention to the doormen, who were absolutely amazing—always helpful, attentive, friendly, and ready to assist with anything we needed. Their warm welcome every time we arrived at the hotel made such a difference. Everything about our experience was excellent, from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. The hospitality and attention to detail truly exceeded our expectations. We felt completely at home and very well taken care of. Prince de Galles will definitely be our hotel of choice whenever we return to Paris. We cannot wait to come back! Highly recommended—an exceptional Parisian hotel with truly outstanding service.

Great time at the PdG. I especially want to highlight Louise in the Concierge who helped with a few requests during our stay. We loved the property, service and room (interior, with balcony, room 725). We enjoyed the area as well, close to shops and metros to go to other areas (Le Marais was our favorite!).

I hate posting negative reviews but I felt the need to today. We are staying currently at the hotel. It’s beautiful and in a perfect area. Staff is amazing as well. Our issues are with the cost and the current issues with the room. It’s been warm here prior to our arrival but pleasant now. Our room is extremely warm. When we asked for help the were great but the solution was fans. We ended up moving to a new room a little better but still using fans. The new room is small. Smaller bed. A hand shower that keeps falling down. Really insane. We have two rooms and for 6 days the cost is $14,000 euros. When staying at a luxury hotel this doesn’t happen. The AC being an issue in the summer is inexcusable at this price point. It’s going to be warm next week again so beware of this fact if you plan on staying here. Sorry to be a downer but I just needed to post this!

We had the best time celebrating the Easter Holiday and spring break with our family. The entire staff on site was incredible and every single moment exceeded our expectations. Our family hopes to return again and will definitely be staying here.
