I discovered this hotel by accident while looking for Bar James Joyce because its entrance is very discreet. Although I did not stay overnight, the Front Office Manager kindly showed me around the property and allowed me to view one of the rooms. It had a modern, elegant design, an extra-large bed and plenty of natural light. I also visited the atmospheric underground spa, located within the hotel’s historic vaulted cellars. A beautiful property hidden in plain sight in Saint-Germain-des-Prés.

Had a great stay here for 4 days - centrally located, quiet with the Saint Germain atmosphere. Very accommodating staff. Restaurant has a well equipped cafe area for apero, didn’t have a chance for dinner but seemed popular. Would definitely stay here again. The free bikes are also a great feature- biked to the 9th for dinner, great way to see the city in the evening.
Great hotel, great staff and can’t beat the location as walkable to a lot of great restaurants, sites and shopping. The convenience of having a great restaurant on site was super helpful to start our day and for nights where we were feeling lazy. Also the pool area was the cherry on top. Would recommend for families or couples alike.
Our stay at Pavillon was great. While the standard rooms are a bit small for the price, the service is superb. We used the pool a couple of times which was rarely used by other guests so it felt private. The highlight of our stay was definitely the room service. The restaurant in the hotel is where the food comes from so I would say it’s the best room service I have had. Breakfast was very good too but was very similar to our breakfast at Kimpton St Honore earlier that week. It can be a bit weird to walk through a restaurant to get to your room but it’s a very snug boutique hotel so it didn’t feel too out of place. We will try Relais Christine next but wouldn’t be surprised if we come back to Pavillon again in a future trip.
Wonderful experience and we would not go to any other hotel in Paris. The staff is friendly professional and actually care about their guests. Of course their are bigger more expensive places we could go but they would not compare with the feelings we get when we step back into Le Pavillon when u had a busy day shopping or going to lunch or seeing the city. They are truly interested in making us feel special. A great experience!
