Novotel Paris Centre Bercy

I wish to comment on two wonderful employees, both in the restaurant. Quentin — with a great personality — guided us to choosing Pad Thai, something we wouldn’t normally choose outside of Thailand or in a Thai restaurant, and it was perfect. Quentin seemed to really enjoy his job and his costumers. We were in this hotel for a week and most days Zohra was on duty for breakfast. During my leisurely breakfast each morning I watched her do her work with professionalism, patience, going the extra mile for many people including me. Her warmth, steadiness and kindness spoke volumes.

It was a wonderful stay. Slept on the comfortable bed. Felt at ease in a good-sized room. The room service was up to the mark and timely. No complaints. Thank you for the hospitality. Looking forward to staying next time too.

Pleasant rooms, clean. The location is nice, even if you don't have a concert at the nearby Arena: the metro station gives you access to most of Paris, and the Gare de Lyon is very close (easily walkable area). Our experience with the staff was always nice! Noise insulation is not great, though.

This is one of my favorites hotels in Paris. It is not the most luxurious but really great in terms of price-quality. The staff is always friendly, accommodating, helpful and able to speak in different languages. The location of this hotel is superb. The Bercy neighborhood is nice, the metro is 1 min away walking distance and the accor arena is next to the hotel. Good restaurants offer and a great private paid parking. The rooms are not very big but not small. For the parisien standard, I would say that are very decent. The super asset of this hotel is the breakfast, which is not good but great. They have a snack area for children and several services like e-bikes renting. The rooms are comfortable, the bed is really comfortable and clean. I really like this hotel. I tried many in Paris and I go back to this one already for more than two years. Lovely.
