My wife, daughter, and I stayed at Hôtel Mercure Paris Montmartre Sacré-Coeur for five nights, and we were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel is in a great location, close to the Moulin Rouge, with access to different parts of the city. The hotel itself is cozy, beautiful, and clean. The staff were also very friendly and professional. We would especially like to thank Andrea, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We truly appreciate all of his help and kindness. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Fantastic stay!!! Andre was wonderful at check in and even asked about the reason for our stay and gave us recommendations. Everytime he saw us he would ask about our stay and remembered us and this really made it feel like we were welcomed. The breakfast was fantastic and never a problem To get a table. Check out with Josh was smooth easy and efficient. They gave us help and suggestions to get to the airport to make it easiest for us. Thanks for a great stay!!!
Fantastic location for visiting Montmartre / Sacre Coeur. 4 min walk to Metro which is so easy to use and get around Paris quickly. We had originally booked Ibis Styles round the corner and switched because of the size of the Mercure rooms - if you have a lot of luggage the extra space is worth it. Privilege rooms are on 8th or 9th floor with views of Sacre Coeur or Eiffel Tower. We chose Sacre Coeur and it was wonderful. Good bathrooms - bit of a leaky shower but fine - lovely Nuxe products. Breakfast not included in our rate and I would say don't buy it separately if it's not. Much better, cheaper options around Paris instead. Mini bar had some complimentary drinks for Privilege room which was good I've only marked service as a 4 because of breakfast and drinks. Wine was expensive by Paris standards and definitely the warmest and least palatable I tried across the city. Overall a great stay and if I was to choose this area again I would definitely consider rebooking.
We spent six days at the Mercure Hotel and overall had a really great stay. The highlight was definitely the staff: everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. A special thank you to Khalil, Mehdi, Ahmed, Claire, Annabelle, the bar team, and all the others I may be forgetting — they truly made us feel at home. We were also very pleasantly surprised to be upgraded, and our room was extremely spacious and comfortable. The only real downside was the Wi-Fi in our room, which unfortunately was not working properly throughout our stay. I personally didn’t suffer too much from it because I had 4G access the whole time, but my husband depended on the hotel internet and was understandably frustrated. Nevertheless I will give the five stars rating because of the staff. As for the neighborhood, it has both positive and less appealing sides, but the hotel itself feels very solid, comfortable, and well managed. All in all, we had a lovely stay and would gladly return but hope they will have fixed the internet problem this time 😉
I had a great stay here. The location is excellent, right next to Sacré-Cœur in a lively and charming area. I stayed in a privileged room, which was very spacious, well designed, and filled with natural light. The bed was extremely comfortable, the amenities were excellent, and the water pressure in the shower was great. Overall, the room felt very comfortable and well thought through. A special mention to Claire, who made a real difference during my stay. She was incredibly helpful during check-in, took the time to explain everything clearly, and was genuinely warm and welcoming. She made the whole experience smooth from the start. Would definitely stay here again.
