Mercure Paris Centre Gare Montparnasse

A beautiful hotel in a fantastic location, right on a very lively street with plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and very pleasant. Breakfast is good and offers a nice start to the day. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Perfect location close to the train station and subway system. Rooms are on the smaller side but very well put together. Loved the high pressure on the water. Breakfast is simple but quite good and staff is very helpful.

Location of this hotel is great! Close to 2 metro stations and lots of restaurants. We had a warm welcome, on arrival but was disappointing by the poor cleaning and condition of the bathroom.. see pictures. It was also my birthday and I was disappointing the hotel did nothing to recognise this despite my husband making them aware. Aircon in room is good, has a mini fridge and safe. Body wash in bathroom also. For the large room rate I left very disappointed. Would love for the manager to share their email address to investigate further.

Rooms: We had two single beds which were quite small, the blankets were quite big and heavy which were uncomfortable to use and I ended up using my jacket for majority of the days. The bedsheets didnt feel soft or comfortable, they were quite plasticky and rough. The light system was nice and you could turn off all the lights right beside you. The bathroom was nice but it was a bit tight for space. The pillow was square...? I've never seen that before but I think I prefer rectangle normal pillows better. The soap dried out my skin. My room was facing a wall, which was upsetting as I wanted a noce view but it's alright I suppose Service: Very nice service and help from the employees there, the cleaners were all very nice and helpful and understanding. No complaints there Location: Montparnasse is a lovely spot, this hotel was close to multiple transport facilities and food just downstairs
