Warm welcome and wonderful service thanks to Giorgi! My husband and I stayed here three weeks ago, and one of the highlights of our trip was Giorgi at reception. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us so warmly that we felt at home right away. His restaurant recommendations were spot on, and we enjoyed every place he suggested. Throughout our stay he was friendly, attentive, and always happy to help with whatever we needed. It's rare to meet someone who makes guests feel this genuinely cared for. Thank you, Giorgi, for making our stay so memorable. We would happily come back!

Our stay at Marquis Faubourg Saint-Honoré was absolutely exceptional. This beautiful boutique hotel captures everything we love about Paris—timeless elegance, refined luxury, and an intimate atmosphere that makes you feel as though you are staying in a magnificent private residence. The suite was spacious, beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail felt sophisticated and carefully considered. The location is perfect—quiet and discreet, yet only steps away from the most beautiful streets, boutiques, and attractions in the heart of Paris. A very special thank-you to the hotel manager, Kais Gargouri, whose gracious hospitality and personal attention made our stay truly unforgettable. He went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect. His warmth, professionalism, and genuine care for his guests represent five-star hospitality at its finest. The entire staff was welcoming, attentive, and committed to making us feel completely at home. The service was personal and effortless without ever feeling intrusive. Marquis Faubourg Saint-Honoré is a true Parisian gem—elegant, luxurious, and full of charm. It felt like our private home in Paris, and we cannot wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a truly exceptional five-star experience.
BEAUTIFUL SYAT! The attention to detail, the kindness and attentiveness of the staff, the decoration, the breakfast… I don’t even know where to start. Everything was delightful. A great place to relax and live the whole Parisian experience! I fell in love with this hotel and would come back every time.
Breakfast is surprisingly good considering they only have a small dining room with four or five tables. Every item was well made and tasty. Staffs were friendly. Room was very spacious. The heated floor in the bathroom is very thoughtful. It was a nice experience to stay in the mansion that once belonged to the Marquis Lafayette.
Please avoid this hotel. I think people should know what to expect before booking this hotel. From the moment I checked in, things were already off. The room was clearly not properly cleaned. There was visible residue in the toilet, hair left behind from a previous guest, and even basic items like hand towels were missing. This is the kind of thing you would expect to be checked carefully, especially at a hotel that presents itself as a higher end property. I brought this up to the front desk on the first night and asked for a manager to follow up. No one ever did. During my stay, the issue was never properly addressed. Even by the time I checked out, there was still hair in the room. The service experience was just as disappointing. The hotel seemed very understaffed. There were multiple times when the front desk was unattended, and guests were left waiting. At one point, another guest was even given the wrong room, one that was already occupied. That alone says a lot about how things are being managed. What made this experience worse was how my complaint was handled afterward. Instead of acknowledging the issues, management responded by questioning my account of what happened. That was honestly more frustrating than the original problems. When a hotel chooses to challenge a guest’s credibility rather than address clear issues, it raises bigger concerns. For context, I travel often and have stayed at many high end hotels. This experience was far below what I would consider an acceptable standard, especially for a property associated with Small Luxury Hotel. If you are considering staying here, I would strongly suggest thinking twice.
