Maison Mere

Great boutique find. The rooms are cozy but well equipped and very clean. The location is on a quite block but very close to bustling streets with excellent restaurants. It's centrally located for walking or taking the train to anywhere you may want to go. Approx. 30 minutes walk to the Louvre, for reference. The staff is very kind and hospitable. Only one star knocked because unfortunately, they seem to need a little work on internal communication... a few moments that was evident but by no means a deal-breaker. I also wish the bar was open earlier.. it didn't open until 7 and while its the norm for things to open late in Europe, its usually the hotel bar you can count on for a little aperitif before heading out for the evening. All in all, we would go back anytime.

Absolutely wonderful stay at Maison Mère ✨ I stayed here for one night and was genuinely impressed by every detail. The atmosphere is beautiful, the rooms are stylish and incredibly comfortable, and the staff made the entire experience feel warm and welcoming from the very first moment. You can really feel the attention to detail in every corner of the hotel — elegant design, spotless cleanliness, amazing bedding, and such a relaxing vibe overall. The breakfast was also excellent and exceeded expectations. Maison Mère made my stay in Paris even more special, and I would happily come back again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Maison Mère is such a great boutique hotel. We stayed here in early July during the 2nd heatwave and were so grateful for the air con. It got to the point our room got a little too chilly - unheard of in Paris! We had two rooms - rooms 604 and 503 and perfect for us! The beds were so comfortable, I could stay in them all day 😉, but alas Paris was calling my name to come explore. Room 604 had the large bathroom and tub with a view that you could see the Eiffel Tower in the distance. That view was great to watch the Bastille Day fireworks and drone show. Our young adult daughters had room 503 and enjoyed the little balcony. I loved that we were near great cafes and restaurants, including Maison Mère’s own Nectar, where we had breakfast every morning of our stay. We were also close to two different Metro stations, a local jardin, and stores. Great walk ability and never felt unsafe. The staff were delightful and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

I stayed at Maison Mère for one night and really loved the modern charm of this boutique hotel. The location was great, with easy access to public transportation, and the staff was friendly throughout my stay. They even had live music, which was a really nice touch. The rooms are definitely cozy, but everything felt clean and comfortable. Early check in was not available when I arrived, but the staff allowed me to freshen up in a bathroom downstairs, which I really appreciated. The one frustrating part of my stay happened at check in. When I tried to enter the room I had been assigned, someone yelled from inside. I immediately went back to the front desk and explained what happened, but was initially told that no one was in the room. I assured them that I had clearly heard someone, so they eventually went to verify it themselves and reassigned me to another room. Mistakes happen, so the room mix up itself was not really my issue. What could have been handled better was the response. I would have appreciated them simply checking the room first rather than initially telling me no one was there. Once they confirmed there was an issue, I also did not need to wait while they tried to determine or explain what might have happened before getting me settled into another room. There was a lot I liked about Maison Mère, particularly the location, charm, cleanliness, and atmosphere but wish things were handled differently.
