We had a great time at this hotel. The location was perfect, with the ability to walk to many destinations and shopping. The hotel staff were extremely pleasant and happy to help with any of our needs/requests. Special recognition to Nasir and his staff at the breakfast cafe who consistently went above and beyond to serve our needs and ensure our satisfaction!
Maison Delano offers a generally strong stay, with rooms that are well-maintained and thoughtfully appointed, though on the smaller side compared to expectations for a hotel of this caliber. One significant issue during the stay was a malfunctioning air conditioning unit that went unresolved for multiple nights, compounded by a notably slow response from the service team in addressing the problem — a frustrating gap in an otherwise attentive operation. The on-site restaurant stood out as a genuine highlight, offering elevated dishes that reflected real culinary ambition and quality execution. Breakfast, however, fell short of expectations, with a selection that felt disappointingly limited relative to the overall standard set by the hotel. Aside from the air conditioning issue, service throughout the stay was quite good, with staff generally attentive and accommodating. Maison Delano delivers a solid overall experience, and with more responsive handling of maintenance issues and an expanded breakfast offering, it has clear potential to reach an even higher standard.
A wonderful experience at Maison Delano during my visit to Paris. The atmosphere is elegant, warm and incredibly cozy. The flat white was honestly the best I've ever had and the dessert was both delicious and beautifully presented. Special thanks to Marina, whose kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care made my visit truly memorable. Looking forward to coming back!
We had an amazing stay at this hotel. It’s in a fantastic area, the rooms are beautiful, and the terrace is lovely. All of the staff were attentive and welcoming, but a special mention has to go to Nasir. He looked after our family of four so well throughout our stay and was incredibly attentive, often anticipating what we needed before we even asked. His service truly made our experience exceptional.
I don’t even know where to begin! One of my friends recommended this hotel, and I was honestly a little nervous because I usually stay at larger hotels. But from the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the check-in process was seamless. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, and during our stay they were hosting a summer party on the terrace — it was such a gorgeous atmosphere that I honestly wished it lasted longer. The rooms were spacious (especially for Paris), spotless, and very comfortable. We booked the junior suite for three guests, and they were able to accommodate an extra bed for us without any issues. What really stood out was how attentive and accommodating the staff was throughout our entire stay. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, and they were genuinely so pleasant the whole time. The next time I’m in Paris, I will absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!
