I stayed there in September 2025, and it was a very important trip, as I was planning to propose to my girlfriend. I reached out via WhatsApp for advice and always received friendly assistance. It is worth noting that there were three receptionists; the one who provided the most support and with whom I interacted the most was Máximo. While the other two were likely good, they didn't quite match Máximo—and if he is reading this review, I want to thank him deeply for his attentiveness, his kindness, and even for trying to understand my poorly pronounced English. I truly appreciate his willingness to help, and I hope he continues to be the excellent person he is.

We stayed for five nights, and the location was excellent—just a short walk from the Opéra, making it very convenient for exploring Paris. The hotel is equipped with an elevator, air conditioning, and a small refrigerator. The staff, especially the monsieur, were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Every morning at breakfast, they asked what we would like to have. We ordered coffee, fresh orange juice, and an omelet, as they also offered a choice of egg dishes. I accidentally broke a glass during our stay, but they simply thanked me for letting them know. When we checked out, we had a lot of luggage, and the monsieur kindly helped carry everything all the way to our taxi. I had intended to leave them a tip to thank them for their kindness, but in the rush of checking out, I completely forgot. I still feel sorry about that. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and will stay here again the next time we visit Paris!
My husband and I recently stayed here during our two nights in Paris. The rooms are quaint, beautifully decorated, and the location is quite walkable to shopping, coffee, bakeries, and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious and it took us about 30-40 mins to walk to the Eiffel Tower. What truly made it exceptional was the service. Baptiste, the duty manager in reception, was beyond warm and accommodating. When my husband accidentally forgot his phone in our taxi, Baptiste was eager to help, calling our travel company, translating the language for us, and waiting to retrieve the phone. We cannot say enough positive things about his ability to handle a stressful moment with such ease and professionalism. We felt welcomed and taken care of in every aspect of our stay here, highly recommend.
I stayed with my teenage daughter for one night on our way to next destination. We found this intimate and cosy hotels location perfect for shopping and we also took a stroll up to Montmartre and back. The service is excellent and friendly, breakfast is tasty and we do surely come back. The only minus is the lack of space for n the room, even after the kind upgrade we received. But for a shorter stay that is not a problem. Lovely beds, linen and towels.
We were completely satisfied with the Superior Double room my husband and I booked on our recent stay. They sent us an email a day or two beforehand with helpful information for our arrival. The lobby area is cozy and all the staff very friendly. Our room was super quiet, bed very comfortable, bathroom actually larger than we expected with nice bathtub. We did not try the breakfast so cannot comment on that, but there are plenty of good coffee shops and restaurants nearby! Great location for shopping and theater, would absolutely come back to stay again.
