Maison Albar Hotels Le Vendome

Prior to our visit, Concierge Camille and Damien went completely above and beyond to help me organise a special birthday surprise for my daughter. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and escorted to a truly beautiful room. The room and the entire hotel were spotless, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the spa facilities were fantastic. The location was fantastic as well, making it so easy to explore. Every single member of staff we encountered during our stay was brilliant. We will absolutely return and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to friends and family!

Our family of six spent two magical weeks at Maison Albar Le Vendome, and it was the highlight of our trip. This isn’t a massive luxury hotel it’s intimate and casual. The interior garden is a serene oasis, beautifully decorated with cozy furniture that feels more like a stylish private home than a hotel. The rooms are equally charming thoughtfully designed comfortable and quiet despite being in the heart of Paris. But what truly set this stay apart was the staff. A special mention to the wonderful Auriane and Camilla, who went above and beyond to book restaurants, museums, and even Disneyland Paris tickets. They handled every tiny detail with warmth and efficiency, making our two week stay completely stress free. Their restaurant, Le Patio, is a gem perfect for relaxed meals with fresh delicious options. If you’re looking for a luxury experience that feels personal unpretentious and genuinely welcoming, this is the place. We left feeling like family.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at Maison Albar - Le Vendome, and what impressed us most was the exceptional customer service. From the moment we arrived, we genuinely felt that the staff cared about making us comfortable and helping us enjoy our stay in Paris. Everyone was attentive, welcoming, and always willing to help. A very special thank you to Sudarshna, who worked incredibly hard and took such great care of the guests. His kindness, attention to detail, and genuine effort really stood out and made our stay even more memorable. He is truly an asset to the hotel, and I hope his hard work and dedication are recognized by the management. We were a little disappointed that the swimming pool was undergoing some work, so we were not able to enjoy it for as long as we would have liked. However, we were still happy that we had the chance to use it for a short time, and it was a very relaxing experience. The location is also excellent — very convenient to the major department stores, the Opéra area, shopping, and many great restaurants. It made exploring Paris extremely easy. We stayed at two different hotels during this trip to Paris, and Maison Albar - Le Vendome was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. If we return to this area of Paris, we would absolutely choose to stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

In general a very solid hotel in a very convenient location. Service is what made it special though: 1. Allowed my family of 3 to use the spa facilities before our room was available (we arrived at 8am) 2. A check-in bag was damaged beyond repair, one of the staff offered to replace it with something similar and will be placed in our room when it is ready. We received two brand new nylon bags! 3. Highly recommend for any families with babies / todllers / kids as the hotel provides a series of special gifts for the them 4. Breakfasts were solid with sufficient options for toddlers and kids Possibility of improvements: 1. Corridors outside the room could be better lit 2. Light controls within the suite are not as independent, which means that the lights in the living room must be swtiched on / off together with those in the bedroom
