Our stay at Le Relais Saint-Honoré was absolutely exceptional! This charming boutique hotel, with only 17 rooms, offers something truly special: the warmth and hospitality of a family combined with five star service. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like a king and queen! We especially loved Jerome, Aurora, and the entire wonderful staff, who went above and beyond to make our wedding anniversary unforgettable. Their thoughtful surprise of chocolates and a heartfelt welcome letter touched our hearts. From arranging restaurant reservations and taxis to checking on our needs every morning, their kindness and attention to detail were remarkable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and every aspect of our stay was perfect. The location couldn't be better! Situated in the heart of Paris, surrounded by luxury boutiques and wonderful restaurants, we were able to walk to the Louvre, Musée d'Orsay, Notre-Dame, Les Invalides, the Eiffel Tower, Champs-Élysées, and beautiful Rue Saint-Honoré. We only needed a car for our visit to Versailles! But what truly makes this hotel extraordinary is its people. Jerome, Aurora, and the entire team made us feel not simply like guests, but like cherished members of their family. We left with beautiful memories and heartfelt gratitude. Thank you for making our anniversary so special. We cannot wait to return! Five stars simply aren't enough!

A Gem of a Boutique Hotel! I can not overstate what a wonderful experience I had at Le Relais Saint-Honoré. While the hotel is charming, the room was lovely, the location convenient, it was the staff that made our trip to Paris so special! Prior to arrival, they were so helpful with making hard-to-get reservations and helping with a gift in the room to celebrate my daughter's birthday. And then during our visit, they could not have been more warm and friendly and helpful. The room was thoughtfully appointed and very comfortable with huge windows that opened to views of quintessential Parisian buildings. The location is within walking distance or a metro ride to everything we wanted to do. We can't wait to return!
My partner and I stayed here from 31/08–02/09 and honestly, all we can say is wow! We were on the 4th floor and had a lovely street view, which was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The room itself was fantastic, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was amazing, and everything was clean and well presented. The staff really made the stay even better. Everyone we came across was so friendly, polite and welcoming, and there was always someone available no matter how early or late it was. We felt incredibly safe throughout our stay, while still having that feeling of privacy. We genuinely couldn’t fault our experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!
Stayed here for 5 nights while we were in Paris and we were very happy we chose Le Relais Saint Honore. We are a family of four, so we had opted to stay in two connecting rooms, in essence they were two separate rooms sharing a hallway that had an additional locked door, so it was more of a private hallway when you have both rooms booked which worked great for us and afforded us privacy. The rooms were great, very nicely appointed with all the amenities you would need and very large sized for a hotel in this area of Paris. Everything was modern especially the bathrooms with the heated floors and towel racks, and the bedrooms had a nice mixture of modern and classic design touches. Everything was very clean and luxurious, the beds were huge and comfortable and lots of pillows were provided. The air conditioning in the rooms were very powerful so it never felt warm at all. The staff were excellent, from the warm and welcoming folks at reception to the house cleaning staff who had our rooms cleaned very early each day, they all did a wonderful job. Our rooms were ready for us even though we arrived early unannounced and checked in at 12:30 in the afternoon without having to pay an extra fee. A breakfast buffet is available at the hotel as an option, even though we didn't try it, if you are an early riser you may want to consider it as most places in the area do not open until 8 am at the earliest so breakfast options can be slim if you want something before that time. The location is also fantastic, Saint Honore is a classic street with many shops and plentiful brasseries, bistros and patesseries nearby within a short walk. There are also many Japanese, Chinese and Korean restaurants in the area as well if you need a break from French cuisine. In addition, the hotel is a 5 minute walk from the Louvre and the Tuileries, and a short walk from several Metro stations making it easy to connect to transit to get around the city. Just note that the elevator in this hotel is really small, it won't fit more than 3 to 4 adults (really tightly) and luggages will require multiple trips but this is fairly standard for any hotels in this area in older buildings. We really enjoyed our stay here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a place that's in the heart of Paris, feels luxurious, can accommodate families and doesn't break the bank.
What a wonderful stay! The hotel is situated a block or 2 away from the Louvre and sits on a street filled with perfumeries so it smells amazing outside. It is was a terrific area, quiet at night but bustling during the day. We had 2 semi connecting rooms which actually was perfect for our family of 5. We were able to walk to multiple sights (except the eiffel tower). Staff is extremely professional and entertained all of our questions with ease. They also tried to help accommodate us earlier than our check-in time due to traveling with children which was very much appreciated.
