Perfectly adequate boutique hotel in a great neighborhood. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean with nice bathroom; AC worked well. Lots of good restaurants, bakeries and cafes within a 5-minute walk. Close to Montmartre. No complaints.

The room was very small not the way we thought we booked from Expedia, on the picture looked nicer, it didn’t look like a 4 star hotel, not even close, maybe 3 star or less , hotel looked old , breakfast was very simple. The only good is about this hotel is the staff, front desk and lady in the breakfast room named Maya were very nice and friendly.
Awful breakfast if you can call this breakfast, disorganized staff. I stayed for three nights and changed rooms every night. If I had known that my stay would be ruined, I would never have come. I would like to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay and share what was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had, particularly due to the handling of the situation by the manager, François. After paying for a double room, we were only able to stay in it for one night. During our stay, water began leaking from the bathroom ceiling due to an issue originating from the floor above. As a result, we were moved to a much smaller room. The receptionist assured us that a suitable double room would be provided the following morning. Unfortunately, this promise was not fulfilled. Despite the hotel's website continuing to show double rooms as available—and despite my having photographic evidence of this—François insisted that the hotel was completely full. Consequently, we were required to spend two nights in a single room, which was significantly smaller and highly uncomfortable for two people. I am extremely disappointed with the way this situation was handled. The manager failed to provide an appropriate solution, communicate effectively, or ensure that we received the accommodation we had paid for. Given that we paid for a double room but were forced to spend two nights in a single room, I believe a refund or appropriate compensation is fully justified. If you don't want problems and a great vacation, run away from this place.
It’s called Le Grey Hotel because your hair will be Grey after staying here. I genuinely don’t understand how this hotel holds a 4‑star rating or how anyone could claim the breakfast is good. It was honestly the worst breakfast I’ve ever encountered: everything was stone cold, and you can’t even make your own tea or coffee .. you have to ask staff, who seem annoyed by the request. I wouldn’t pay €5 for that breakfast, never mind the €18 they charge. On our second night, water started leaking from the bathroom LIGHT, which is a serious safety/electrical issue? Two employees promised us a new room the next day, but when the next day came, Francois the front desk manager, dismissed his own staff as “crazy” for promising us a bigger and better room because they were “fully booked.” Meanwhile, Booking.com clearly showed a twin room available for 9th June. The dishonesty was unbelievable. We stayed only 3 nights, yet we spent the entire trip packing and unpacking because they couldn’t provide the room we paid for. The first room (the one with the leak) was so tiny that when you sit on the toilet, your head hits the wall in front of you. And speaking of the toilet: it’s right beside the bed, so you get the lovely toilet aroma drifting over while you sleep. To make things worse, the sliding bathroom door has no lock, offering zero privacy. All in all, the staff here have no business running a hotel. Between the unsafe room, the false promises, the terrible breakfast, and the complete lack of professionalism by calling your staff crazy and being completely unaware of your hotel guests situation, this was the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Stay away from this place.
My mom and I stayed at Le Grey for 4 nights - they had great service (including free airport pickup), it was a perfect location, but the room we were given was the smallest hotel room I’ve ever had. We barely had space for our luggages to be laid out, and since there’s no rooftop or patio, it didn’t feel that relaxing to stay at the hotel for anything other than sleeping. That being said, we had an overall positive stay considering we were exploring so much of the time anyway. This would be a 5 star if not for the room size.
