I had a three-night stay during a business trip and found the hotel to be a pleasant experience. Check-in was smooth, and Harminder, the receptionist, was incredibly kind and attentive throughout my stay. She had a great sense of humor, which made the experience even more enjoyable. While I didn’t use the spa, I did notice that the facilities looked well-maintained. However, the gym was quite limited. The location of the hotel was perfect for my needs. It was conveniently close to my office and had everything I required, including cafes, restaurants, and other amenities. The only downside of the rooms was the small desk and the lack of a standard chair. This made it difficult for me to work comfortably, and it even caused some back pain. Despite this minor inconvenience, I will definitely be returning to the hotel. I might even ask for a different room with a standard desk next time.

We stayed at the end of September into the beginning of October. The room itself was clean & modern. Small for what Americans are used to, but we still had plenty of space. The staff were friendly and professional. We came very early in the morning thinking we would drop off our bags at the front desk before sightseeing, but the staff surprised us that our room was ready & we could bring our bags to our room. This was really nice as we took a moment to freshen up after our flight before a tour. The spa is open to all hotel guests with a pool, sauna and steam room. We also booked a welcome massage offered by the hotel for our first night. The masseuse was professional and did a wonderful job. The only issue we ran into was that the steam room would frequently not be working, but the staff was more than accommodating. They would come down and reset it for us which seemed to fix the issue. We spent every night in the spa before dinner, so we felt bad that we had to bother the staff every night. The hotel is very quiet. We would have tea at the end of the night, and one of the staff members had brought us some macaroons to have with our tea. The location of the hotel is with walking distance to many attractions such as the Palace Garnier & Moulin Rouge, close to the train station and subways, and there’s lots of restaurants and bakeries surrounding the hotel. Overall, our experience was amazing here & we’d definitely stay again. The only reason I gave 4/5 stars was because of the steam room issue.
Has a lot of potential but a few let downs unfortunately. Staff were an absolute pleasure which was great, very professional and extremely accommodating. Location is great! Room size is quite small- not a big deal but can become hard to navigate when you have 2 suit cases etc. Fridge was dirty which was a bit unpleasant to see when checking in. Shower leaked heavily and water collected on floor- definitely a hazard and needs urgent attention. Previous reviews from 2 years ago showed hotel guests had issues with pillows and Laz’ had advised they replaced pillows for better comfort, however after our first night we had to specifically ask for better pillows as our necks were so sore, however they did promptly replace our pillows with better ones which was nice. Lastly, our room was continually set up for just one person, we kept having to call to get an additional towel after house keeping had come through which became really annoying. Few small tweaks and it’s a 5 star hotel! Thanks for having us.
I had a great experience at this hotel. The reception staff and housekeeping was very friendly and did everything to keep my stay comfortable and welcoming. I stayed here over a week and the rooms were spotless each day. I didn’t experience any issues throughout my stay and check in was easy. The room with the queen bed was not that big, but plenty of space for 1 single person or a couple. The bonus part is in a prime location and this hotel is a short walk from the Saint Lazare station, so other parts of the city are easily accessible from here. The neighborhood is also pretty quiet and not hectic. I would recommend staying here and I would definitely consider staying here again
I absolutely loved this place. The pool and sauna areas were so relaxing and not overcrowded. When I arrived with my puppy the stuff offered me another room other than the one that I had booked because it had a balcony. Basically a free upgrade! The location was also phenomenal and the staff were friendly and helpful in general. I will definitely be returning!
